Me and my grandson spent the past four days trying to get a car just been waiting on the finance company to due a QUR we have got finance threw the company just waiting on this questionare to leave the lot with the vehicle. But, they are so nice especially Brady. The girl that did his frist loan let him leave the lot with a mileage wrong on the vehicle so he had to take it back.

Make sure your car has no issues before you leave the lot.. mine had the anti lock brake light on.. the windshield washer wouldnt spray and needed new struts.. the warranty I was forced to buy they said would cover it all and just call them.. well they didnt cover any of it.. they only cover major parts.. was also told cause my car had a piece of rubber molding missing from the roof and a piece of plastic at back drivers side door off that they would get those 2 things and call me to come get them put on.. they never called.. never ordered either.. was also told car had a clean carfax.. wrong.. been in a wreck as I learned later.

I went to Andy Mohr here in Indianapolis and got some of the swear service I have ever gotten in all my years of driving and was it left me feeling I can’t trust anyone. However I call them and talk to Jessica ( who is the best seller rep out here) and explain my situation and all that had just happen to me at Andy Mohr and she was very understanding and said she would make sure my experience with them would be different and 10x better. Man was she right she did everything and I mean everything and went above and beyond for me to get me in a car and she got me in a car I have been trying to get for 2 years and the color I wanted and it was not a easy road cuz my credit is bad bad and she worked worked to get me want I wanted and was completely honest they out the whole process from start to finish. Brady seemed so nice and honest sold me a vehicle promised it had everything I asked for and it was all a lie. It started having problem within the first month. They couldnt fix it because their mechanic was in rehab (should have been a red flag). I had the car for only one year and it now needs a whole new engine. Its not all wheel drive like he said. It has so many problems when he assured me it had none. Then after I found out I had to put a new engine in it he promised to make it right and now refuses to answer any phone calls and will walk right past me if I show up in person and refuse to answer or speak to me. This is the worst place EVER. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR NEED A VEHICLE BADLY DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

This car dealer is amazing. They are kind, down to earth, and not pushy at all. I had the most pleasant experience purchasing my dream vehicle from them. Bought a vehicle off them. Had lots of trouble at first, which they did help me with. Was told good truck, no issues, never been wrecked, it wouldnt leave me stranded, made out to be really nice from Brady. But went recently to Sam Pierce, got an appraisal, found out the truck had been in 2 accidents, and I was the 7th owner. Had strong cigar smell and burn holes. Just wish a little more honest. Overall nice people.

Bought a mustang, nice car but they sold my $350 subs and $100 worth of tools out of my truck, didnt let me get my personal belongings as promised, afford me $100 and thats it, took 8 weeks just to get $100 out of them, i wouldnt buy a car here they are extremely unprofessional. And i havent even got the $100 yet, they literally cannot do anything without being called and reminded and even when i do that nothing gets done about my property they sold that wasnt theirs unprofessional as can be.

The best place I have ever been to get a vehicle. They are very honest and go out if their way to get you what you want. They are very mindful of the word budget also.

Excellent service, very helpful. They thought the a/c just needed refilled but found out a pipe had a hole in it so they are paying to have it fixed and not charging us for it. I highly recommend them

I bought a 2008 hummer from these people the car came with cigar guts all over the vehicle and shredded paper, I was like ok whatever no biggie then it rained and the car was getting soaked on the inside, I brought it in to a auto body and they told me there was mold and mice nests in the ceiling and on the floor as well, he said not only could I have got sick but I had my 8 month pregnant fiancé driving in the vehicle, as of now it has cost me 3,000 to basically rip it out, I have been calling them non stop and have not got a phone call back then I talk to Doug and he says hey partners there is nothing I can do, please do not do business with these people they didn’t even apologize or offer a cent, I am going to go to convincer protections and business bureau, how can these people sleep at night

Dont buy a car from here. They slap together cars good enough to run for a week. I know. I used to work for them. They have no business sense what so ever. Thats why they had to hire a guy off the street to manage the place. And he ended up quitting because of the way they do their customers and their employees. Better off getting a car at Oak motors. Bunch of jacked up cars that just happen to look good.Oh and I was hired on as a detailer. And got fired because I dont know how to paint directly over rust. Was not no lying about anything I posted..

I have a trailblazer through Doug bowmer. I have a decent experience with them. But Ive replaced brakes, water pump, ignition switch on it and the drivers window switch panel has some kind of electric problem the buttons will not work unless you pull the whole thing out and move it to the right position then it will work. And I have a gas tank leak around the neck of it somewhere. I mean I still love my truck but just wish the problems werent there.

Terrible experience. They don’t take responsibility as a company for their crook employees they hire. I’d definitely recommend Redwood Automotive.

Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from this place! First of all, how is it that no one knows how you do their own paperwork! If a vehicle is sold, how is it that you do not reassign or sign over the title? Bought my vehicle over a month ago, and they ordered what was suppose to be a sensor to put in, one reason and excuse after another, sensor is not in. Find out the warranty they are pushing doesnt cover everything they say it does and I was gonna purchase another vehicle before all of these problems, but ABSOLUTELY NOT! if you buy one from here. Mark my word, get the catalytic converter checked, whether the light is one or not, get the oxygen sensor checked. Lights can be reset (wink). They made arrangements for my vehicle to be fixed, A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT, get there and its a problem! Vehicle cant be done, and yet the part that was suppose to be ok next 6 weeks ago still isnt, this added issue, all they said they were going to fix, a warranty that is garbage. Was told the brother makes outrageous promises that are impossible to keep but am incline to believe that wrong customer this time!Complaints with bbb, FTC, consumer protection and alliance! Insulting all the more t ok offer to take my family out to dinner, I dont need that, I need my vehicle to work properly, I need you to do what you said you were gonna do!So today 7/18 I get a call from Dee who make absurd warranties after the fact and whom I got rec ok red and fried to blame everyone, cursed at me, first before Iw went to the left. You dont curse at me. Keep it business....because you couldnt deliver on what you promise......DO JOT BUY FROM THES UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! Good people able to help get folks financed who may be have difficulty else where. Nice to have the 90 day warranty on the car.

Checked all 4 tires on test drive. They were fine, few days later bought a car, next day check engine light comes on, seems they like to clear codes, a week later had the car on a lift, rear tire showing wires (FWD), wont be recommending business or return business

Was not pleasant sold me a truck with no sway bar links an refused to give me my Cheyenne back an my $1500 cash truck I bought from them lasted 40 miles an now is stuck at my work been looked at by real mechanics an the mechanics have said there is so many issues lifters are bad no sway bar links when we bought the truck an they won’t help pay for anything or return my cash it it’s a law to allow a car or truck to be returned within 24 hours of purchase an they did not allow me to get my money or truck back
