Due to SANITARY reasons we DO NOT EXCHANGE Jewelry that has been USED by someone else. As well as we CONFIRM that the said jewelry is what you want. Therefore it is trickier to accommodate jewelry for a piercing or piercings we did Not do.We have a lovely staff, clean environment, and want people to have safe and Healthy piercings. I was a little nervous at first because I read all the bad reviews, but when I got there, the staff and owner was nothing like the reviews! They were all super friendly, held smiles on their faces, joked around with you and also made you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place ! Amanda was GREAT and so was the owner !!!!!

I asked the girl what I needed for my new piercing. She sold me the jewelry she picked out and it was way to big. When I came back and said the jewelry she recommended was way to big, she said to just buy the next size down. After I had spent 20 dollars. She wanted me to spend more after she had just wasted my money. Will not be going here anymore.

I went to go get my bellybutton pierced. I am plus sized. They body shamed me (out loud to my face) and told me I shouldn’t get it. I’m only 18 and it’s grown women body shaming me. I still got it pierced despite what they said. The only person who can actually pierce is the older lady. The other 2 have no idea what their doing.

I think some of the tattoo artists are professional and talented however the receptionist and management are quite rude. They do not have a welcoming environment at all and when you first walk in there they act like they don’t want you to be there. They aren’t clear on pricing at all and many tattoos are overpriced. The receptionist is unclear on the quotes. The tattoos themselves are not artistically the best. I gave them a reference photo for my tattoo and said I wanted something similar. I was hoping they would draw something up to change it up. They did not change the original design but somehow the tattoo looked worse than the reference photo. I honestly should have just left and saved my money. Their business practices are horrendous. They speak poorly about some of their clients and they do it openly with anyone. Although the place is nice and clean the poor attitudes of the owner and receptionist made it easier to not go back . I feel bad for the few actually talented tattoo artists there. I should’ve listened to my friends who warned me about going there, I guess I learned my lesson.

Came here several times and were treated as if staff did not want to be of any assistance when came down to helping me with finding the right piercing ring for my nose. Also the girls were not friendly at all what so ever. I would not recommend coming here.Staff was very rude.

I spoke to an artist (named Art, ironically) and told him what I wanted to get, and he said that because it was small I do not need an appointment and I should just walk in. When I walked in, he told me I would have to wait two hours. I said I thought that was unfair and he said that I would not be getting tattooed by him. Extremely unprofessional!

My Daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. My wife and I wanted to make sure it was done correctly by someone who cared. We worked with Amanda. She is awesome. She made the process easy, and took her time. My Daughter is extremely happy with her piercings. If it were anyone else I think that my daughter may have had second thoughts. Amanda took the time to make her feel comfortable and let her get mentally prepared for her first piercings. Its not easy to pull that off for a 5 year old who could have easily changed her mind. The process was smooth and not forceful or rushed. Strongly recommend working with Amanda, shes great! Thanks Amanda! You made this a memorable day and a fun experience for us all, but most importantly my little girl!

Called to make an appointment because I live out of state but travel to the area often to visit family. I was told very rudely by the lady who answered the phone that there was no way for me to make an appointment and I could not pay the deposit since I could not walk into the shop. My family referred me to this shop because they have spent time and money with them. I however will not spend a dime with this shop! Hope the rude attitude was worth the money it cost you.

My mother & I went in to get matching tattoos and were blown away with the final result. Our tattoo artist was Art Boy, and he was super nice & professional. This was my second tattoo and the biggest & the most colorful, talking to him & my mom made the experience super easy breezy. He explained the after care instructions at the end of my tattoo and at the end of hers, and he gave us clear written instructions on how to care for them. His art definitely speaks for itself! I actually have know about this place for two years. My friend got her first tattoo from here and since then I knew I wanted to get my first body piercing here. Going in was amazing. My piercer (Amanda)was very quick and very trained. She knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable and doing okay then entire time. She explained what she would do and how everything would transpire. After, she went through the after-care steps and told me to contact her if I wanted to change my jewelry out or had any questions at all. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Absolutely the best place to get a piercing done if you want it done right and done under very sterile and comfortable conditions. They have a very good environment for both children and adults. Your comfort and happiness is their main goal. I will definitely be going back.ASK FOR AMANDA!!!

I paid a week in advance, took a vacation day and drove an hour one way only to receive a bad tattoo. The person/artist was rude, told the other artist he was uncomfortable doing my tattoo, I asked if I should get my deposit back or book with another artist. The artist ask to give him a few minutes and left me sitting waiting for one hour with no explanation. I should have left then. It took the artist an hour to draw the design on stancil transfer paper, not a big tattoo and not a lot of detail to it either. I should have left. The artist transferred it to my body twice and wiped it off. I should have left. Before the artist started he said he had a headache and did not want to talk during my session. He told me he didnt want me to walk out and write a bad review. I should have left. During the session he kept having to answer incoming calls and got agitated because no one was at the front desk. I should have left. The tattoo does not look like the design I gave him. It looks like a kids drawing. Another bad tattoo, I should have left.

The artist that did my tattoo (Patrick) did an awesome job my tattoo came out amazing. He was also LGBT friendly, which can be hard to find in the south. Highly recommend Patrick

I got 2 conch piercings today. My piercer was very knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of jewelry they have is the best I have ever seen. Both the piercing studio and tattoo studio were very clean and sterile. Will definitely be going back!

I called ahead and explained exactly what I wanted which was a sugar skull on my forearm, I was told that I could be fit in with KEITH . I WAS A HOUR AWAY from his shop, drove all the way to SC, and once i showed Keith what i wanted the first thing he said was how much was I willing to spend I said around $350, he said yeah no, youre looking at like $500. And he would have to cut out some detail due to my slim arm. When I spoke to Amanda on the phone she said I would be able to be fit in. Keith said it would take him 2 hours just to draw it up. Sooo...needless to say, I had to walk out empty handed. Very unprofessional and rude.

Great staff clean shop couldnt get any better

I am extremely unimpressed by them. I got helix and naval piercings and I don’t like either. The lady that did them never asked where I wanted the helix placed on my ear and just stuck the needle through. As for my naval, she didn’t pierce enough skin and my body started rejecting it and I had to take it out. I also had to pay $30 per piercing and I don’t like either. I will never come back to this place and I would never refer anyone to it.

I got my nose pierced, and my five-year-old got her ears pierced. Ms. Amanda and Mr. Thomas were terrific in how they talked and explained to my daughter what was happening. No tears, and she cant wait to return and let Ms. Amanda switch out her earrings. I will defiantly return for other services.

I’ve had several piercings here.(all of them in my nose) lol. Very clean, and fun atmosphere. My septum didn’t even hurt. I will come back for more. (I don’t have anymore room in my nose 😉)

My husband and I went to Painted Pony Piercing on Sunday to get his eyebrow pierced and my ni**les pierced. I was impressed by the kind service of the staff and their ability to be efficient while still providing you with an excellent, personal experience. It is obvious the staff knows their trade well. Overpriced receptionist very rude

Overall the piercing shop is clean and the lady is nice and does a good job. The only downfall was that she pierced me with a hoop which is a big no no when getting pierced and also the shops hours are really inconsistent. The website tells you one thing but then I’ll drive 30 minutes to get there only to find out they closed early. You always need to call to find out their hours for the day before heading over there.

I got my nipples pierced here and Amanda did an amazing job I’ll definitely be back when I go to get another piercing ! Thank you !!!

At first I was skeptical of this shop after receiving a bad tattoo about two weeks ago from an artist that is no longer at this shop(go figure, it was awful). But, the owner(Redneck) fixed it to where it is a hundred times better, and also did another tattoo on me the same day. Big shout out to Redneck!! Hes the only artist Ill go to at this shop from now on

Incredible artists at a good price. I have been tattooed here twice and both times I was very impressed. My wife and most of my friends also use this parlor exclusively. I have never heard a complaint from any customer I meet. If you are tentative about getting a tattoo for the first time or an inked up veteran this is the place to go in upstate South Carolina.

I came as a walk in and was instantly greeted and listened to about exactly what I wanted. They drew it up and had it ready within 10 minutes and were very concerned and courteous about the details of the tattoo. The artist was professional and did the tattoo very well.

I highly recommend Painted Pony Piercing. I got a helix piercing by Thomas (Redneck), and was very impressed. This place is VERY clean and professional. He did a great job and was very fast. He also has a good selection of jewelry. I went around 7:30ish on Saturday and was able to walk-in with no wait. I will go back to him in the future.

Clean environment, and do a good job of making sure the sketch is what you want. My mother got one here by Shannon, and he did a great creative job.The only issue was that she put a $20 deposit to hold the appointment and they forgot about it so ended up paying $20 more than she should have, plus a tip. But we forgot about it too until we left.
