Wow! We were looking for an activity to do while visiting the area and decided to do a tag-a-brew. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this brewery, the art on the chalkboard, the exposed brick and ceiling. The staff was very friendly and happy to help us pick a beer to try. It was clean and the service was fast.My only issue was that the pretzel and cheese we ordered was already room temp by the time it got to our table. I am not sure if it had been sitting there for a tiny bit but it was still delicious nonetheless.

Good food, good selection of beers, most local, and a couple ciders. The staff is helpful, and theres a yearly program to upgrade your drinks there if you think its a good price.The beer selection rotates throughout the year, and theyre trying new menu items too.The atmosphere is relaxing. I havent seen anything wild the several times Ive been in.Pricewise its pretty standard, and they take both cash or card. I bring that up because theres a few bars in the area Ive found that took cash only.

Stopped in yesterday and had a great time. So friendly. Sat outside with some locals and learned a lot about the area. Shared stories and had many laughs. Thank you

Great brewery find in downtown Anderson. Stupendous selection of home brewed beers at very reasonable prices. Toppling Goliath IPAs on draft as well and in take out cans. Solid food menu for your munchies plus it is family friendly or 21 and over at the bar. Go check them out...friendly owners and stsff

They have great beer they make and from other breweries. That also have soda for those who may not be feeling like a drink. I tried their wings and tots; wings were great, tots were on the mushy side. Overall good experience especially with the friendly staff. Ill be back.

I usually dont like bars and I dont consider myself a big drinker. I LOVE this place! I think this is my favorite bar/brewery Ive ever been to. The ambience is wonderful, they did an amazing job designing the place. Its very clean and it has really nice bathrooms. They have awesome draft options. Right now Im having their Pineapple Cider with their House Smoked Teriyaki wings, and its amazing. The staff is awesome, the speakers have awesome quality. The ceilings are nice and high and the tables are nicely spaced out. Literally the only issue with Creatures of Habit is that its in Anderson.

Extremely friendly staff, and patrons. Knowledgeable of a variety of beers. Ended up having a couple of the ESB’s, chicken wings were fabulous, Smokey and very good. Hamburger was good the tater tots could have used a little seasoning salting after they have slightly cooled is too late.

Very nice atmosphere drinks are reasonably priced definitely need to try any of the sour beers. Staff is topnotch and food is very good.

I attended the ribbon cutting on opening evening.They were ready for the massively curious crowd to come and sample their wares. Each of the beer samples that I tried was super solid. The historical building remodel has created a very upscale industrial atmosphere particularly suited for this craft brew vibe. The staff and owners are super attentive and friendly. Looking forward to visiting again sometime soon and exploring the food options that are coming down the road!

Great house brews and an outstanding list of guest taps. Good deals on carryout beers as well. Highly recommended if youre in the area.

Good food, excellent beer. Owners wife was behind the bar and gave us the history of the building. Met some really nice patrons who helped us with the food selections.

Ate here 03/04/2020 the food is absolutely fabulous! I ordered a Hawaiian burger that was absolutely out of this world who would of thought grilled pineapple on a burger would so amazing.They also had a free trivia night that was quite awesome!Definitely will be visiting again!

Industrial design but homey feel. The beer selection is wide - I really recommend The Ale Tap. The staff is very attentive and kind. They provide fun games to play. All around a fun place to be.

Really nice brewery In downtown anderson with a big selection of craft beers there were 16 beers total when I was there. Parking garage directly across the street and its free parking which is very convenient!!! Growler fills are available also!!

The smoked chicken wings were incomparable! The beers were unique and smooth! The brewmaster is really good. Well definitely be back.

We love this place! The beer is great and the food just keeps getting better. The staff is awesome too.

Overall my experiences have been very average.The staff is good. Friendly and provide prompt service.The building is nice. Good lighting and well kept. The glassware and plates were nice. I like the industrial theme. The TV is nice and the audio is good. The projectors are not very good. I think they are cheap units. They are very dim.The food is sub par. I had the BBQ wings they were somewhere between overcooked (dry) and burnt (had a borderline ashy taste). Also tried the Jalapeno dip. The dip tasted like sour cream, not jalapeno. It had no spice to it. The chips that came with the dip were good. Salty, but not greasy like some. There doesnt seem to be a real kitchen, so I believe the food is bought ready made.The beer is unfortunately very average. When I go to a brewery I expect the beer to be a cut above what youd expect to find elsewhere. However it just isnt. Ive tried five of their brews so far and didnt find one that was remarkable.Lastly there is a 3.9999% service charge for using a credit card. This is 2020. Most people dont use cash regularly. If they want to run cash only they should. Pushing a your fee back onto the customer is just petty.In summary a five star experience that loses one for the food and two for the beer.

Great friendly atmosphere, with outdoor seating as well, and music to play from your App. This brewery has great unique Beers to choose from (we had the pineapple ipa this visit-very good), and the food menu (kitchen) is growing. The continued focus on the food offerings, will grow this brewery for sure. I heard from rumors there, that a family section is in the near future. Keep watching the beer selections on social media. The beer postings make you thirsty. This brewery with its unique beers is walking distance to many other fine/fun places to visit also, including the Paramount. While the snack, appetizer, bar type food was in fact good and tasty, its a little on the restaurant entre type pricing level. We both had 2 beers and a food selection for $50.00. Overall 5 🌟, but not an inexpensive visit here. Drink great beer here, but maybe spend similar money on another dinner if you want a meat and tators so-to-speak dinner with your money. THE BEER IS GREAT!

Awesome brewery with a huge selection of beer with most names paying homage to things in Anderson, which is super cool. The environment inside has a cozy warm vibe and its just really chill. Music played is even at the perfect volume to chat or listen to if you please. My personal favorite brews so far are the Alebrije Mexican Lager and A Town Raspberry Ale. Check it out and grab a growler to take home.

Ive traveled all over the USA visiting microbrew & all three major brewerys, cant say enough of how good Daniels brews are. He is making Outstanding beers!! Best in Indiana!Great job on the renovation of that old building, and the upgrade from pilot brew to what you are doing now! PLEASE keep those great brews coming !

The beer was fine but the food was awful!! We ordered a flat bread and pretzel with beer cheese. They took the pre made flat bread out of the fridge and microwaved it. Not sure how the heated the pretzel but it came with a pre packaged container of COLD cheese! When I asked if they could heat it they said no! Umm what about that microwave you heated the flat bread in?!! When we asked a question about the menu, the bartender said “I don’t know, I only work here a couple days a week”...that’s no excuse. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the beer was ok...just ok.

They havent had their grand opening yet so theyre working out details. The only food they had tonight was chips and salsa (it was amazing salsa) and flatbread pizza. We dont drink (we were at a meeting) so the selection of beers is lost on us. The location is cool--the highly varnished wood floors are gorgeous--but all that wood and brick and hard surface is going to make it unbearably loud and echoey when they get any kind of music or even a big crowd. The staff were fun and helpful and apologized more than necessary for pre-opening hiccups.
