We had a great salesman David. He took the time to take us to all the different mattresses and had us try each one. He didn’t try and push any of them on us he just let us make up our on minds. We spent about an hour and a half just trying out mattresses. We finally picked the two that best fit our needs and David worked up the sale and then we went to a few other places but no one could beat the price that David was giving to us and none of the sales persons were as pleasant to deal with as David was. Would highly recommend that you go to Mattress Firm and to see David.

I bought a bed from Fred. I explained what I was looking for. He showed me several different options, then stood back to let me make my choice. Easy peasy, was in and out satisfied!

We bought a mattress from here, it was the worst thing ever did and they didn’t care. It was a king size and paid over 1,200.00 for it. Never again.

We needed a mattress in a short period of time (2 days) and we were looking for a specific mattress. According to the internet we could find the mattress at this store. I called and spoke with David who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested a mattress similar to the one I was looking for explaining the difference between trying to purchase the mattress we fell in love with at the hotel we were staying at and the one he suggested in his store. He invited us to come into the store and lay on the mattress and not just take his word for it as I was certainly ready to do. So we visited David at the store and he made us instantly feel welcome. We laid on the mattress he suggested and his suggestion was spot on. It was so wonderful to meet someone who knows their products so well. I believe we got a fabulous deal as well. If your in a hurry and dont want to be sleeping on the floor or just taking your time to shop, I highly recommend visiting David. So we went in there to look for my 2 year old David was so awesome he told us a lot about the beds and what he thought was a good fit for my upcoming surgery’s told him my budget and get got us as close to it. It was the best experience thank you David

Mattress firm company did a good job helping us we regret to say that the Stearns and Foster mattress was very poorly made there was a needle on the piping strings all throughout, a broken handle just very poor craftsmanship for an expensive mattressWe suggest using a different brand we are going to look into this matter.

Quick and easy trip to Mattress Firm! Great customer service.

The mattresses on display must be different from what you will get. We ordered a soft “plush” mattress that was like laying on a cloud in the store, but the mattress that we picked up was hard as a rock. The salesman store manager said to “jump” on the mattress. Really? Is this standard procedure to soften a mattress? Why is there not a sign in the store letting customers know that if u want a soft mattress it is required for u do jump on it?

This is my second mattress purchase from Mattress Firm. As usual, I got outstanding service. Jarred was quick, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Great mattresses and great terms. I won’t go anywhere else the next time I need a mattress.

I was amazed at the quickness and the availability of what I needed I was thinking I would have to wait 3 weeks for mattress but the in-house salesman send me such a good deal on what he had their I was really impressed I bought a mattress from mattress firm before and always had good PR with everybody you have good representatives there that really care so thankful that I found me a bed that I can go pick up tomorrow and at a good price I can afford.

This was the easiest process! I went into the store and told the associate that I was looking for a plush bed. I explained that I had purchased a firm bed just 4 years ago because I always thought that’s what I needed. He quickly pointed me to the bed right in the front. He said this was his most popular bed. It was heavenly. He then suggested 2 others to try just to make sure that’s what I was needing. The two didn’t feel as good. We talked over the free adjustable bed available. And that was it! Took just a few minutes to get the paperwork done and I was back out the door. Thanks Mattress Firm!

What a great place to buy a mattress.. I went in to get a set if mattresses for my parents and David Nelson went out of his way to help us. In turn we ended up buying one for ourselves. I did do my shopping around and even the place two doors down couldnt beat their prices.. so if you need a new bed this is the place to go.

Eric and Robert were very knowledgeable and kind. Unlike other sales people, they were not pushy or hovering. They helped through the try out process and then let us go from there with minimal to no interruptions. They never tried to upsell or push, which was very refreshing and appreciated. Walked in there to shop for mattress had our three year old daughter with us, walked out because she wasn’t having it so we didn’t want to cause a scene.
