You will need to have your email with the sale barcode to get the Fall Deals and the Opener who greeted us as the gate was rising up was AWRSOME... I always like going to Bath and Body Works. This was my first time at this location. The store was very crowded, but amazingly didnt have to wait in line long. They had every register open which made everything move along smoothly.

My wife of course found some deals in there! Went to go get the 5 hand soaps for $24, and ended up finding some clearance items that were 75% off! Luckily she had some 20% off purchase coupons to add to the great deals!! She loves that place!!!

Customer Service has suffered in this location recently...With employees congregating to chat instead of attending to customers and customers being taken at the register ahead of those who have been waiting in line. More training is needed.

I went in and asked a few questions and got the cold shoulder... I approached the manager and asked her the same questions only because i did not get a strait answer from the previous associate and the manager acted like I was a total idiot. I left very unhappy.
