I have been a customer with Honda for over 2 years now, I have had issues with Honda service department in the past but this time tops everything. My car which is a 2020 Honda Accord was schedule in Friday, March 19, 2021 to be serviced due to a noise I been hearing, Christian who works in the service department scheduled me an appointment for 730 a.m. that morning. I explained to Christian I was going to be dropping off my car because I was going out of town. Monday came around and I havent heard anything, So i decided to call and again Christian answers in the service department, I ask about my car and he goes on to tell me he didnt know my car was there to be serviced, He asked me was I getting an oil change and tire rotation, I explained to him once again the issue my was having. He goes on to tell me my car wasnt pulled in for service because I didnt put the keys in the key drop box, which I was never advised to do that. Than he goes on to tell me hell get it checked in that day for service. I asked to speak to a manager, which I believe I spoke with Brandon he gave me a call back, because he wasnt available at the time, he says Christian performance wasnt great and customer service is #1 and he will be retraining Christian. I get a call back the next day from Christian explaining the technician cannot fix the issue and or he doesnt know how, but they know there is a problem. I was so shocked!!! Christian went on to say theres nothing they could do for me, but if I roll my window down the noise will go away!! Again shocked!! No one expressed that they will figure this out, I also believe my car was never looked at accordingly or there were never anything noted about my car. This is a car I am paying on and havent had it for a year. Honda and their team begged me to buy my 2019 Honda Accord back and I did, and now I am having issues with the 2020 Honda Accord, and no one can help me or try to figure these issues. I am a loyal customer, and the service department let me drive away with a unfixed car that is under warranty. Ive called the service department manager Brandon back left a message no return call yet. I am frustrated and let down by this department. I will be taking further action. I will no longer take my car there for service.
Very knowledgeable and friendly sales and staff. Unlike so many dealerships their people dont hover around you while youre looking. They give you plenty of space all while keeping attentive enough to quickly come to you if you have questions or need assistance. Great service department with a very quiet and comfortable waiting area with drinks, snack options and a large television to help any wait time as pleasant as possible. Have purchased cars from numerous dealers over the years I would never go to any other dealer than Tom Wood.
Went for a recall. Drove the extra time from Indy because Ive had such great experiences at Tom Wood Nissan and Tom Wood Subaru (Mike Eicher!). So the 2010 Honda Fit I bought from Mike needed a new left and right drive shaft due to a recall. Drove to Anderson and there was no wait as I was early for an appointment. Everyone was very attentive. Left in a Lyft and waited for their call. They said 1:00 and it was just a little after that they called and the work was done. We were stranded as there was no Lyft drivers available. Christian in the service department worked his magic and Brian with Uber shows up and gets us back to the dealership. Top notch service. On time. I am very impressed by Tom Wood on so many levels.
Cody Greenlee a service advisor worked with me. He was honest with me the whole time. When I asked a question he gave me his honest answer and if he didn’t know it, he went looking to get an answer for me. He was always on the move serving me or other clients. He talked things through with me clearly and helped me to understand what was going on, which was assuring. There were things out of his and other employees control but him being clear and willing to help gave me a peace of mind when I began to feel impatient. Cody will serve you will and make sure you are taken care of. I appreciate his help and I appreciate the professionalism the employees take on themselves.
Dropped car off Sunday evening for a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change. Service advisor Cody called and said they were taking it back at 8:45 am. Just a simple oil change. It is now 5:06 pm and I’m am still waiting for them to complete my oil change. Really!? Over 8 hours for an oil change. They said 35 appointments were scheduled and they only had the manpower for 20. That’s fine but 8 hours for an oil change!? To top it off they never even called to say they were behind so now I’m stuck at the dealership! Not cool Cody!

Dealership/service center combo. Bought my latest car from here and had it serviced here twice. Staff of the dealership and repair shop are both excellent. Both teams always super friendly, professional, and helpful in explaining everything. They are very time efficient and update you on whats going on so you are not sitting there wondering when you will be done. Would highly recommend buying from this location.
We were looking to buy a brand new car, we walked the entire lot, even looked at the cars right next to the entrance. All the sales reps were too busy lolly gagging inside to even ask if we needed assistance. Needless to say we will take our money where its wanted.
My daughter broke down near the entrance and sales staff pushed her car into lot. Service took over from there and did a great job of getting her back on the road. Very nice and helpful staff. Sales, Service writer, and mechanic all made an out of town dad feel reassured that she was in good hands
