I am new to the area, I have always had someone take care of all my car issues for me, but now I am on my own to do this. Being a woman and not knowing about cars. I had to find someone that I could trust. I believe I have found my go to auto repair shop. This was my second time at the shop, they were as nice as the first time that they worked on my car. Russell is an angel. I was stranded in the area with a car making noises while driving, and I was so stressed out thinking that the car had an engine problem. Russell accepted to test the car for me despite his extremely busy schedule. He told me what he believes the source of noise is and fixed it. I didnt wait there even a minute. I cant say how much I appreciate him and his business. Hes the only one who accepted to see the car in the area and he even refused to charge me for the diagnosis and the repair. Was referred to shop, when in person to ask for quote then later called, but each time was told Id be called back. Now 2 weeks later still nothing, speaks poorly of this shop!

Had a rear end go out in an F-100 - they replaced it for us, but the truck was driven in the rain, water got into the rear drums, and rusted the shoes to the brakes. We had it towed back and they replaced the brakes just for the cost of labor, even though the issue wasnt really their fault. Great people, great service.

Russell was great and very nice.

Our Sonata had a leak around the oil drain plug and I stopped by to get their advice. Joe, the lead mechanic, spent a lot of time discussing the possibilities with me, and ended up giving me three different types of crush washers to try, all at no charge. Also Russell patiently spent a lot time with me discussing the matter and giving an estimate for a new oil pan.No luck there with the crush washer experiment, so I ended up back at the dealership and they found the oil pan had a hairline crack and it would be repaired under warranty.So, these guys have probably a half hour minimum invested in me, all at no charge. If I ever need any non-warranty work done, it will definitely be done at this shop.Very pleasant, gracious, and patient.

These guys are SO NICE!!! Im not familiar with cars, I am not the most knowledgeable by any means in this department and these guys were so nice in putting it into terms I understand. Not only that, but they went the extra mile in taking my car to a tire company to replaced it and even brought it back to their own office after it was done.Unfortunately, I was under some work time constraints and needed my vehicle ASAP. It caused me to have to be a pest and call twice in a day for updates (which I feel terrible about). Even when I called at 5:28 to check on my car (they close at 5:30) they did everything they could to get my car ready and even let us pick it up after hours. Thanks to them, I can get to work this week! Again, sorry the rush!Thank you for your patience, kindness, and hard work. I am extremely happy with the results and it was very inexpensive 😃 I will be using them again for further needs!

This place takes take of all of my vehicles. I trust them to keep my cars on top shape because I do not ever want to be stranded. Their prices are fair and have a reasonable turnaround.

We were on a cross country road trip and our AC went out unexpectedly. We had stopped by 3 other shops who were too busy to help us and wouldn’t help us with a quick simple issue. We then found ASA, called, and talked with Russell on the phone. He told us to stop by even though they were busy when we arrived. Russell came out right away, put our car in the bay immediately, lifted our truck, checked our evap hose for debris and cleared it, then made sure we had cold AC. We were in and out in 10 min! Russell declined any payment we offered and wished us luck on our cross country trip. Russell and his team are dependable, trustworthy, professional, and kind and I highly recommend their services!

Great Service as Always

These guys are great and it has been in the family for years. They never take the shortcut and usually solve it the first time. I know the owners and they are always helpful and people I can trust. They also back their work up and will fix it if you have any trouble later. When you have something that needs to be fixed you may spend a bit more than somewhere else, but it will be fixed!

Excellent and prompt service. Honest repair shop. My son is a freshman at Clemson. His 2003 F150 would not start, so I had it towed to ASA and spoke to Marcus. The problem was related to his anti-theft system, and Marcus recommended a repair for under $50. Problem was repaired same day with clear communication. Since I was two hours away in Charlotte and the truck was towed in, it would have been very easy for Marcus to inflate his pricing and keep the truck a extra day or two.
