I took my 2018 Ford F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very professional and nice. As I was waiting, they brought the air filters for me to see. They were really full of debris and dirt. Thet had not been changed since I bought the truck. Truck has over 30000 miles on it.They went ahead and changed them and now my truck is breathing fresh air again as well as me.James McCall

Far and away the best new vehicle purchase experience I have had. Jonathan England for salesman of the year! I have been waiting for months to find a good deal on a new Powerboost F150, they had the best price by far. I buy cars often so I prefer to cut through all the nonsense and get an out the door number before going into a dealership. Most salesman try and lure you in for a test drive and a high pressure sales pitch. Not Jon, he texted me on the 22nd as soon as they opened, gathered my info and got me the numbers within an hour or two. Told him where I wanted to be and they agreed. I live 2.5 hours away and wouldn’t be able to make it up there until Monday the 25th. Jon offered to deliver the vehicle on the 23rd which saved me a 5 hour round trip. Went as smoothly as possible, truck arrived at 8:30 AM that morning. So smoothly that I left sunglasses and a garage door opener in my trade. Still, no problem, overnighted it and got it to me today. Really top notch salesman who knows how to cut through all the nonsense and get the deal done. I would highly recommend him and Anderson Ford.

Outstanding service dept. Had a recall for service change. One 5 minute call got me scheduled and parts ordered. I was early arriving for my appointment and as it was early am my tech had not arrived. . I turned the car over to them and they asked if I needed a ride. I didn’t. The service tech called me within an a few minutes explaining what would be done and how long he expected. Later in the day they called well before the time quoted telling me it was ready. I picked the car after work and they quickly review what had been done, handed Me the keys... perfect experience, clean shop, clean work.

Not a huge selection, especially as far as used vehicles go... but the car dealer guy I dealt with was very tall and relatively friendly enough. ((Yes, I mention tall first of all - the man was like 7 tall. O.o))

Not a place to buy a 2021 GT500. WIFE Found tears in the seats two miles from the dealership. They are hard to get a hold of And I spent 90K. DO NOT TRAVEL any distance to buy a car from them. It’s inconvenient and disorganized. And they over changed us APR according to the letters received from other banks after the saleI already called the GM as you requested. He called me a Coward. Simply, Fix the seats and take care of your customer. That will stop these kind of reviews.………

Came in for an oil change and service was great and fast. Didn’t remember about the Ford points so was going to pay cash but they asked if I had any and turns out I had plenty to cover the oil change and more left over.

Purchased a 2020 Explorer from this dealer. Garrett G was a great salesperson and has continued to do what he could to assist me when there were issues. Jake who works in their financing department is also a good guy to work with and has always followed up with anything I needed from him. Both great with calls, texts, and an all around good guys (5-Star Review for G and Jake!). Unfortunately, the good review stops there...ROBERT WILLIAMS the General Manager will never return your calls. I have called over a dozen times with no response. When I bought the car from him (he personally did my paperwork), he told me how many issues the dealership was having and that they brought him in to turn it around from all the bad reviews. Unfortunately, once I signed the paperwork he was gone and will no longer communicate with me now that there is a problem. I have also had several problems with the service department and am met with arguments and a poor attitude when I call. This has been going on over the past few months and has resulted in me calling the corporate office to get the Zone Managers info to discuss these issues.I have had several issues with my vehicle since my purchase just 6 months ago including:-headlight being out (not a simple fix, quoted approx. $1,200 repair on these new cars)-backup camera went out which took 3 months to get a new one. They said that this is a known issue with all explorers and mustangs and that I will need to come back in for a 3rd camera when this one goes out again.-windows auto-roll down and I have found the car outside with the windows down and nobody in them. Called this morning to schedule an appointment with Ashley in the service department and the customer service was poor as usual.I am a Ford fan and have owned several Fords and had many great experiences with Ford Dealers in NC & SC, but this one has been a regret since I moved past the sale of the vehicle. If you want a relationship with the dealer beyond just buying a car I would suggest you pass on Anderson Ford. I have been able to make contact with Keowee Ford in Seneca and they were very friendly and are taking care of the warranty issues for me promptly. Glad to see the friendly and professional response I have received from them already even though I didnt buy the car from them. Will keep that in mind on my future purchases...

Literally have had the worst experience ever dealing with these people. Unfortunately my sales guy Micah passed away. He was the only pleasant experience out of this whole buying experience. From the financing department taking their time and pressuring me to approve funding even though I did not have the vehicle in my possession. I was without my car for a week and what was needed to be fixed wasn’t I went through issues with this place for a month! They replaced a bulb in my headlight, now since replacing that bulb my headlight has condensation in it. Any and EVERY person knows there should NOT be ANY condensation in your headlight. I called them about it, they told me to bring it and they’d order me a new headlight. Now this morning I get a call and the Sales Manager says, it’s a used car with 63k miles on it and he’s not paying for a new headlight. First of all I didn’t ask for the headlight to be replaced, all I said was there wasn’t condensation in it before the bulb was replaced and now there is so someone will fix that! I will go above and speak to whomever I need to in getting this issue resolved!

My husband and I drove from Simpsonville to test drive the Bronco. We called first make sure it was available because we didnt want to waste our time. We were beyond disappointed to find out its not even the lot. Rachel told us it would be ready for us when we got there. We texted her twice, when we left the house and when we were 15 minutes out. When we arrived someone had to go find Rachel and we were told the vehicle was not on the lot. Rachel didn’t even come out to explain and apologize for the inconvenience.

The men said good service. It was a long wait, 1 1/2 hours. The building needs refreshing, outside and waiting area, pretty boring, close seating, drab. The back work area looked run down too. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

I diagnosed the problem with the vehicle (rear hub assembly – bad bearing), and on my request, they ordered the part and my kid was in and out in 2 hours. Drove 3 hours to this dealer to purchase a new Ford Bronco Sport. Contacted dealer by phone to discuss vehicle. Dealer agreed to hold the car for the time it would take to get there. When we arrived it was exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Checked all the boxes on options. On starting to negotiate dealer came with a price that was almost 5% higher than MSRP. While we expected to pay a bit of a premium on this high demand vehicle, this inflated price was a bit unreasonable. It only went down hill from there as we were informed that that vehicle was a courtesy car and had 3200 miles on it. There was no negotiation just a statement that it was going to be the price and we had to just deal with the fact that it was a used car at this point. Needless to say they could have shared this information with us on the phone call instead of after driving 3 hours to purchase the car.I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and I have never encountered as poor a customer service and interaction as we had at Anderson Ford in Anderson SC. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I have been here years before and wasnt satisfied with the service I received but I went back today and things were cemetery different. I started with Mika and actually spoke with a couple other managers about getting the best price. I then shopped around and found that they had actually done just that. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Blue Ford F150 and couldnt be happier about my purchase . No buyers remorse because they also offered me a 3 year warranty that I took advantage of. Honestly much better service here with the management change.

The experience my wife and I have had dealing with Chance in your sales department and Jake in finance has been without question the worst I have ever dealt with during all my car buying experiences. I had the opportunity to do business with Benson Nissan in Easley, Crown Nissan in Greenville, Vic Bailey Volkswagon, Friendship Nissan in Forest City North Carolina, Dilinger Ford in Hickory North Carolina and never have I ever had to wait on taking ownership of a vehicle that Ive purchased with them. My buying experience has been exactly the same with each dealership.Im a disabled veteran who banks with USAA...my money and credit have always been top notch. When I decided on a vehicle I provided the dealership with the information from USAA and Im given the keys and were out the door. Here we are a week later and I have yet to take ownership of the vehicle that I purchased with Anderson Ford. I was not informed that I would not be able to take the vehicle home until after all of our paper work had been completed....VERY underhanded. I was told it would be Wednesday before I could pick up the vehicle - then I was told it would not be ready until Friday. I got in touch with Chance regarding this issue. When I could not get a resolution through Chance, I attempted to reach out to you for a solution. I spoke with Jake in Finance and after explaining the situation, his impression was that I did take the car home that day and did not know Chance or the dealership was holding it until payment was electronically processed. He then proceeded to insinuate that I was somehow at fault for waiting so long to communicate this to someone. I told him I had records of phone calls and text messages with Chance regarding this very issue. I did not appreciate the way that Jake nor Chance handled this situation.In addition to this, our trust was already frayed by the Bait and Switch that we experience. The car internet price listed for around $9000, and the initial Out the Door offer I received from Chance was $13,000. When I asked about the price difference, his explanation was that we need to provide a trade and finance through Anderson Ford. Chance stated this was on the Anderson Ford website under the car listing. No where that I could see did it mention this on the car listing page. My wife and I walked right out of the dealership feeling miss lead by your sales department. all though we were able to comeback and do business with Anderson Ford, I can assure you that no customer of any dealership would appreciate this type of sales tactic.I definitely will not be recommending Anderson Ford to anyone I know and I will be going onto social media to communicate about my dealings with your dealership. It seams that Anderson Ford is not Vet-friendly nor do they appreciate the Disabled Vets who choose to do business with them. USAA is not a small town bank. We took our truck to the service dept. To have air conditioner looked at. Had a extended warranty of which they claimed didnt cover. Charged us $300.00 for something that didnt work and wanted to charge another 350 for something they should have checked the first time. We told them no. We told them to park it outside we would pick it up. We go pick up after hrs and they lock keys up in the sevice dept. Go back the next day and my husband was treated awful. I guess thet think we are stupid. We will never go back there again and will never buy from them again.

Don’t buy or use this dealership for nothing.if you do the service is awful.they don’t know what a appointment means.Called an made appointment for a recall two weeks in advance.should have took a hour .made appointment @ 10.00 was told they won’t start working on until later. I called at 430 they said it was ready. No call by them. I was going to buy new truck but not from them ever.
