Had a recall repair and front brakes done on my Jeep and both visits were great. Both repairs took less time than expected and the price on my brakes were cheaper than other places. Robert in service helped me with both services and was friendly and informative about everything. I’d definitely recommend!
Had a check engine light come on, stopped in to have it checked, they said I had to set up appointment, which I did, they said bring it in at 7am and theyd check it, but it would be a couple hours before theyd get to it, they said theyd call me on what they find out. Went home and waited, and waited, 1145am I called them, they told me the Tech who had it was out to lunch and as soon as he gets back theyd call me, 1230pm they called and said he just got it in and theyd said as soon as he finds out what it is, SO AGAIN I sat at home waiting,and waited and waited, SO here it is 4pm and I still havent heard from them, So AGAIN, I had to call them, theyput me on hold to check with the Tech, then told me the code was a evaporator coil leal, and said they checked it and couldnt any leaks, cleared the code and to keep an eye on it and see if it come up again and was charged $100 for labor that warranty doesnt cover. My COMPLAINT is from 7am to 4pm(which is 8 hrs) they had my truck(which is my only transportation), 4hrs before even looking at it, and another 4hrs before finding anything out, in which I had to call them everything. ALL FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, hate to think what it would be like if I had a bigger issue, theyd probably have my truck for the whole year. Not sure if anything so wrong again, if Id take it back to them.
Simply...Talked on a Friday. I was given numbers on a Jeep Wrangler 4xe. Then Kris stopped responding to me that day and did not get back to me until I reached out the following Tuesday.I scheduled an appoint for that Friday. Kris and I text back and forth Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning for our 12pm appointment.20 minutes prior to our appointment they called me and told me they could not honor the prices and rebates they could 1 week prior.Horrible timing.Horrible follow up.Wasted my time and did not try to earn my business throughout any point of the week I spoke to them.
Been buying from them for years. The salesmen are excellent and work well with customers. The only negative would be sales working with service. I know they ask for certain things and they are put on the back burner. But I am very happy and will continue to buy from them until I am treated different.

Recently bought a used Ford from here. My sales associate was very pleasant; however, there were multiple items missing from the vehicle (owner’s manual, 2nd key fob, not a single physical key, and also the wheel lock nut). Furthermore, there was not much effort in trying to reconcile this beyond contacting the prior owner. I have purchased vehicles before from other dealers whom went above and beyond to provide the best service. This particular vehicle appeared well-kept so I overlooked asking about these types of items initially. Regardless, I think more effort should have been made in the name of customer service especially considering I flew over 1000 miles to do the deal.

Isaiah was awesome! I called ahead and asked if I could make an appt to test drive two different vehicles. He said, text me when youre on your way and Ill have them warmed up for you! And he sure enough did. Most of my time spent there was deciding which vehicle I wanted. After I got all the paperwork done at the bank, I texted Isaiah to let him know I was on my way back with a check. He told me hed have my vehicle filled up, washed and ready to go when I got there. And once again... He did!! Excellent service!
My 2014 Ram had some issues and out of warranty. Randy White the service writer and Brian Burke sales manager, were both a big help in making this a NON issue. The 7 years of owning this truck has been a pleasure because of the people owning & working at this dealership. Honest, fair & knowledgeable, I highly recommend them.

I liked the sales department. The service department is incredibly slow. Plan to be here no less time than 1.5 hours even if the fix takes 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
This dealership provided the easiest, hassle free, haggle free car buying experience ever. Got my deal handled via email and text. I never told them I had 7 other dealerships I was getting pricing from and they bet the best price I’d received by a couple thousand dollars. I drove in from out of state, test drove the vehicle for roughly 15 -20 minutes, went back had papers signed and car traded in less than 10 minutes. Best of all no pressure in the finance office. Excellent example of what a dealership should be. I thank the team and Jeremy for helping me get in my Jeep stress free!

When I purchased my Jeep Cherokee for my wife and new infant the interior of the car was dirty. I was told the car just arrived and the cleaning team had not had a chance to clean it yet. I was promised that after the sale I could bring the car in and have it detailed. My wife would be given a rental car so that she wouldnt have to wait at the dealership with our infant while it was cleaned. When she showed up they told her they didnt have a rental and she should just wait because they could get it right back and she wouldnt have to wait long. They spent 15 minutes detailing the car and it came back just as dirty as when it went back. The only thing they did was clean the floor mats. When I found this out I sent an email to the dealership that included pictures of the cleaning job they did. Complete with dog hair, dirt stains, mud, and scuffs on all parts of the interior. A manager called me back and promised me that he would personally make sure we were taken care of. I was promised that someone would come to our house to pick up the car, leave a rental, and the car wouldnt leave the dealership until that manager had inspected the car to make sure it was clean. That was 3 weeks ago. I have been calling the dealership and every time I am told that their drivers are out on vacation and they cant pick the car up. I could bring the car in and wouldnt have to wait long. That is what I was told the first time my wife brought the car in. It is going to require multiple hours to complete the cleaning. They know how long it is going to take because they have seen how dirty it is but they still insist it isnt going to take long to clean. That doesnt add up. I was promised a clean car. I was promised a rental. I was promised the car would be picked up. I have not received any of these things and every time I call the dealership I am told they will get back to me because they dont have anyone who can complete the job. Brian Burke, the GENERAL MANAGER, sent my wife an email saying correspondence would only go through him after multiple complaints to make sure everything was taken care of. Called him and left him a message a week ago. No call back. Called him again yesterday and who calls me back today NOT HIM. The Jeep we bought had low miles and was a good deal. Their service, follow up, and commitment to doing what they said they would do is atrocious. I wouldnt go near this place.Follow up after the response from the owner:We did reach out to the store manager. Multiple times. It was the store manager that ran us around in circles so they didnt have to clean the vehicle. Its appalling that you are just posting a cookie cutter response to my review without even reading it.

Do NOT buy a car from the Ed Martin Auto Group, especially if you are trying to buy online, they are the epitome of used car salesman. Only care to get the sale. My family and I had been looking for a particular used SUV that led us to EM Chrysler/Dodge. Working with the Used Car Manager, Dereck Barker, I was able to find the SUV that my wife had wanted, loaded, V8, low miles, tow package, Certified, etc. This had been hard to find and since working on the phone, I wanted assurance that we had the car bc it was an Anniversary gift. Dereck sent me the Bill of Sale and assurance it was done. All he was doing was getting drivers to deliver it to us. So I printed copies of the pictures and surprised my wife and kids that night with the car. Only to get a text the next morning that read the car had sold. What? We have since been patronized by the General Manager, Brian Burke, that he was going to make it right. Well, a month and a half later we sit here with the hope that they actually cared now gone. This is a slimy used car dealership network, I even talked to the owner Mark Harrison, hoping that he could get his employees to do what they promised...nothing. All they care about is the sale and screwing a customer is no big deal. This was the Used Car Manager and the General Manager, they both know they had sold the car, but during the process they found a better sale and did think twice about screwing me or my family. I hope at least one other person reads this and thinks twice. Do not believe one word that comes out of their mouths.UPDATE: Went on their Facebook page and left similar statement; after it caught others eyes, they removed my statement.Do not buy from this automotive group. They only care about the sale in front of them. SLIMY CAR SALESMAN all around.SECOND UPDATE (as reply)You state the car is ready and to call you on here as if all is good, but what you dont state is now you want to charge me an additional $2151 above the price you had SOLD the original car to me for even less warranty coverage. I contacted Ed Martin a month ago in regards to the Grand Cherokee we were interested in. I initially had email correspondence with James Brooks. He kept me informed on price changes and availability prior to our purchase. He patiently waited for our taxes to be finished. At the time we were finally able to purchase our vehicle he was not going to be available. He got us in contact with Jeremy Greer. They worked together with us for a smooth and flawless purchase. We could not have been more pleased. Jeremy took the time to go over all the features in our Grand Cherokee which was fueled up, clean, and ready to go. I love my 2019 Ram. My only regret is the dealership I purchased it at.Have yet to get good customer service. Got my truck back dirtier then when I dropped it off.The guy who sold me it was nice and honest, but every other service they provide has been less than satisfactory. If I could do it again I wouldnt shop for a different truck, just a different dealer.
James Brooks has been our sales person for a long time now, he has continued to time and time again give us the best service and experience possible. My wife and I have bought many cars from here and him and will continue to do so. We have sent friends and family to him as well because we trust him to take care of them. This is my new preferred auto dealer. There are multiple locations and a large selection of quality new and used vehicles. What ever the make and model they they probably have a few. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Bottom line they sell quality new and used vehicles at fair price without a bunch hidden fees and convenience charges.
Sometime between the agreed upon, negotiated price and the finance department the agreed upon price was altered by approximately $3000.00. Buyer beware. Super nice salesman but kinda disappointed that we were forced to have a second contract made due to a mistake on this establishments part.I want to add that I was a witness to the aforementioned. The buyer of the truck is a close friend who immigrated to this country years ago and as a citizen. Its a shame that someone like me, an English teacher, has to accompany a second language speaker to make sure that they are treated fairly at this establishment.

I traded in my truck for one of their cars. The car I was looking at had sat for 3 months and had rust on the rotors which I know is no big deal but still a concern for the vehicle. They didnt really budge on price which I thought was not acceptable being the car is 13 years old. The drivers side fender did not match the rest of the cars paint color, and the CATALYTIC CONVERTERS WERE REMOVED AND THEY STILL SOLD THE VEHICLE TO ME. I keep having a check engine light come on because of the cats are not there and they didnt inform me of this and I bet they kept clearing the check engine light every time someone drove it. UNACCEPTABLE! Do not come here, they will not negotiate with you, they will hide issues of vehicles with you, and try and stab you in the back with price. Terrible dealership! TERRIBLE!!!!
SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I usually love Ed Martin. I bought my vehicle 3 years ago and have been bringing it back for any service I need (even though it’s over an hour away from my house) because usually they are friendly, nice and helpful.Today I brought my Durango in for an oil change, tire rotation, system check and I had a coupon for a car wash. They took it back for the service but brought it out without the car wash ( there was still grass all over the front end from following a semi beside the highway mowers).The attendant acted annoyed that I asked and abruptly took it away. When he brought it back, he left it running and the door open and THERE WAS STILL GRASS ALL OVER THE FRONT END!!! Any car wash would have been able to wash some if not all of it away.If that’s how they are going to treat me, I’ll just find somewhere closer to home to get better service.It’s so disappointing to be treated disrespectfully after 3 years of faithful business, even recommending Ed Martin to friends and family.
Dodge Charger, 2018 - $23,000.Kris G. was pleasant the entire way through, he reminded me a lot of an old friend I used to have, Dan Chopp. Enthusiastic about cars and had hell of a personality. Kris brought a little memory from the past and shined the spotlight on me as we closed out a deal Im pretty happy to be a part of. This man walked out with me on numerous occasions in the heavy pouring rain as I stood and admired this Maroon Charger. Dan would be proud. I know I am. Came a hell of a long way from where I was, with a sad 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, to a real, proper vehicle.Thanks Kris G.
The salesman who helped me was nice and sincere but soon after I found out I had been sold a salvage title vehicle in March of 2016 and I was given no knowledge of it. Auto check showed the vehicle was sold at auction 09/17/2015 as a salvage title and no one at the dealership told me while I was in the buying process. Now I’m being punished when trying to sell it. DO NOT shop at Ed Martin Chrysler. Ask for Autocheck or pay the money to see it yourself. It tells you so much more info than a Carfax and I NEVER would have bought my car from them if I’d known this. Disappointed and ashamed I shopped here. I’ve been calling them constantly and getting the run around. It’s been over three weeks since I first contacted someone and no one has reached out.

I purchased a new Dodge Challenger at Ed Martin in Anderson. I looked at cars at other dealerships first who had been in business longer (this branch of Ed Martin was new in our community). Finally, as I was nearing a decision, I decided to give them a try because I like to support my local businesses. I was pleasantly surprised from the start. After an initial inquiry, I was contacted immediately by Jeremy. They had a car similar to what I was looking for, so I took a test drive. As I became serious about making an offer, they worked with me on price and I got a good deal. I was very specific about the exact model, color, etc., that I wanted. They found only one and then drove out of state to pick up the car and bring it back, all within a couple of days! After the sale, everyone has gone out of their way to help me, from sales, to service, to parts. They recognize me when I walk in and are just as nice and helpful as when I was looking for a car. I plan to use them for all of my new Challenger needs and am very happy with this dealership. I believe their philosophy is to be truly customer-centered; that is how they behave. I highly recommend this dealership!
I have a Fiat and its hard to find a place that can get my oil changed. I easily made my appointment for a convenient time for me to get in. Got it done and it was a good price. I will definitely go back there for my next oil change.
We just bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 and we are very happy with how we were treated. There was no pressure or attempting to up-sell us; we were able to shop at our pace and select exactly what we wanted. It made the whole process very painless. Not to mention, the price was the lowest we had seen for the particular options we wanted. Well be coming back again in a few years to replace our other vehicle. Thanks guys!

As always, every time my wife or I go to any Ed Martin we have an exceptional experience. The salesman, in this case James, are never pushy, very well informed about any vehicle on their lot (or will make sure they get you 100% accurate info on it) and keep the experience as stress free as possible. The salesman on the left as soon as you walk in James is rude and his customer service was pretty racist and discriminative and the manager Brian when he was called was even worse than the employee he literally kicked me and my uncle out of the store... Ive never thought if youre coming to spend your money, with someone they can still be racist towards you this was a frightening and terrible experience, never in my life felt so belittle for the way I look

I was in Anderson Indiana on business when I discovered a suspected oil leak in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I called Ed Martins service department at 8 AM and spoke with Kevin. What amazing customer service! I explained that I had driven to Indiana from Pennsylvania, 8.5 hours, and would have to make the return trip 4 days later. Kevin took my information and told me to bring my Jeep right over, he even dropped me off at my work site. The service department completely checked out my Jeep and called me a few hours later to say all was well. They topped off this wonderful service by washing my Jeep and removing the salt that covered my vehicle secondary to the snow I drove through on the way out here. While I dont live in Anderson Indiana, I highly recommend this wonderful dealership to those of you who do, or who may be in Anderson on vacation or business. Thank you so much Kevin!

They did well with the repair. I dont normally have someone else work on my vehicles but since this fix was under warranty I though why not. If you are purchasing a car, truck, or SUV, I would recommend Ed Martin over most others in our area.
My wife and I just purchased a beautiful 2015 Ford Mustang from James at Ed Martin. We were very happy with our overall experience. James was very well spoken, polite, and most importantly, not abrasive or overbearing. We had our 4-month-old with us while we were looking at the car. James and the staff were accommodating to our somewhat fussy little one. I told James exactly where I needed to be on the car (plus my trade in), and he worked hard to make it happen. We left feeling very well taken care of. We got the exact deal we were looking for. Every staff member we dealt with from receptionist, to salesperson, to manager, was very friendly and not at all pushy (which we loved). We will always consider this dealership when pursing other vehicles, and we will always recommend them to friends. THANKS!

Worst experience ever. They were extremely eager to sell me the car but will NOT fix it. I purchased the 2013 vehicle used with +/- 30k miles on it. Within a 5 month period I believe my car was back on the lot getting fixed a good 6 times. Yes I know used vehicle, point is no matter how many times the car gets serviced issues are arising left and right. Half the time I have to ask if everything I asked to be serviced is fixed because they never fix it right the first time. They have replaced the spark plugs 3 times in a matter of 20k miles but theres still issues. Each time I go to get it serviced they try to charge me a $100 fee. Even after multiple times of telling them, in my contract it states there is no service deductible they still try and sneak it on there. They refuse to back down from that fee until I show them my service contract. If you ask me, never purchase a car from here unless you like paying for services you shouldnt have to and not having your car due to the fact that you cant drive it, or its at the dealership getting fixed. I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated. I would give 0/5 stars but that is not an option.
More than once I’ve taken one of our Jeeps in for service only to be called 9 hours later and told that the issue couldn’t be reproduced. One of these issues was clearly visible, (seatbelt not fully retracting). So, I showed the service advisor the issue when I picked up my vehicle. He just said something along the lines of, “oh yeah I see that...well, mention it next time and we’ll take care of you.” (Why not THIS time?)The most recent issue was with my wife’s vehicle shifting roughly. This has been occurring everyday for some time now. The service advisor called and told me “my technician says this is one of the smoothest transmissions he’s ever experienced.” (Implying that not only was nothing wrong, but there’s no possible universe in which anything could ever be wrong). Then, he went on a condescending rant about shift points and implied that my neither my wife or I know how to drive properly. He also told me that their technicians only get paid if they find a problem, so his technician worked for free on my vehicle and now won’t be able to put food on his table since I wasted his time. (Too much to unpack here...smh).When they HAVE found an issue, they’ve often created a new one. One time, it took 3 trips for a tire rotation because they broke my wheel lock key. So, they ordered a new one, but when I came back they figured out they’d ordered the wrong one. They then proceeded to force the wheel locks off by drilling them and damaged my center cap in the process. So, they had to order that...miraculously they didn’t set my car on fire the third time I brought it back, and I was able to get my tire rotation completed.So, I’m done. I’ll make it my life’s work to ensure everyone in my radius avoids Ed Martin service. It’s one thing to not be able to reproduce the issue, but to be condescending and keep us waiting for 9 hours on top of that is totally unacceptable.
I have 2014 Ram Eco Diesel that recently had a recall from FCA due to a EGR thermal fatigue. I was fairly new to this area, working some long days and really didn’t have time to deal with a recall but FCA said contact your local dealer. So I called two dealerships in Indy both are close to my house and neither of them would even talk to me....both said “we can’t help you” and “you need to get help from Fiat Chrysler”. Ok....I call Fiat and they are no help saying I would need a case manager and it would be days before they call me back. By this time my head is about to separate from shoulders, as I didn’t create the problem and the company that said there is a problem will not do anything to help me...the consumer.I work in Anderson and found Ed Martin Dodge and gave them a call, I was transferred over to Randy in the service dept, I explained my situation and that I just needed someone to help me figure this thing out. Randy I said “ I am sure I CAN help you, come on over”. I was Shocked. Some told me they CAN....one word, actually just one letter made the difference in a consumers view point. Anyway...I dropped the truck and had a good conversation with Randy and he walked me through the process of how the repairs will happen, he stayed in contact with me and FCA through the entire process. Flawless execution on what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOK LIKE. I have also communicated this through Fiat Chrysler that Ed Martin Dodge snd Randy in the service department basically restored my faith in the Dodge brand and retained me as a consumer. Well done ED Martin- your service team is the Gold Standard for professionalism and customer service.

Went in with questions about Jeep leases and was greeted by Jeremy Greer. First Jeep that he pulled around the girlfriend fell in love with. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the processes and what options would stay within our budget as well as maximize our mileage cap. Picked up the Jeep on Monday with no hiccups. I first called Jeremy because I saw online that they had an 07 Pontiac G5 for sale. I took a test drive in the car and I loved it! I paid for it in full right on the spot and drove the car off the lot. I didnt wait forever, which was nice as I had a grumpy 4-year-old with me. After driving it around for a couple of days I realized that the two front speakers werent working. I didnt buy a warranty and because I unknowingly bought the car with the speakers already blown, I was afraid that they wouldnt be able to help me. Jeremy set me up with an appointment to have it checked out, and they replaced them with brand new speakers at no cost. These guys are very professional, and Jeremy is a genuinely nice and helpful salesman. I will continue to say nice things about them, and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle! After searching online all Dodge dealers in central Indiana for the best deal on a Grand Caravan, we found Ed Martin Chrysler Dodge Ram had the best price. I called the dealer to confirm it was still available and schedule a test drive. An hour later we met Kevin Fenter who already had the vehicle ready for us to drive. It was just what we were looking for. Kevin was easy going and very straight forward. Jon Phillips handled the official paperwork. All digital and slick. There were no surprise costs and just like that, we had our new van in 2 hours.

I decided it was finally time to take the leap and get my first car. Now I already had a car, but I never had a payment or anything like that. So I decided I might as well go in and see what was available. I had my heart set on a new Dodge Dart, but the reality that I didnt have much of a credit history with no real loans on it wasnt helping my case. Jeremy Greer recommended I just run my credit and see what I was approved for, and man am I happy I did. After sending my information through, I didnt get an immediate response from any banks, so I thought I was doomed to never get a car! Well Jeremy told me to keep my head up because a bank might contact them later with an offer. We discussed a little about what my options were probably going to be and I decided that the 2005 Dodge Avenger sitting on the lot was going to be my nicest option. So I left and went to work, and when I got to break, I had a phone call from Jeremy, telling me to call him back, he had some good news. So I called him back, and the news I received was amazing. Now I didnt get approved for the 2005 Avenger as I thought I would, but instead got approved for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra! To say I was excited is an understatement! So the next morning I went and test drove the car and made sure it was a good fit for me, well it was to say the least! Jeremy and the team set me up with affordable payments and great coverage for my new car! I was not only allowed to drive the car for a short test, they let me extensively test this car out. If you are in the market for a new automobile, at least come to Ed Martin and run your credit to see what you qualify for. You might be surprised at the vehicles you are approved for!
We drove a vehicle they had on the lot and had advertised. After driving the vehicle we informed them of some issus we were concerned about and we were told that it had not been serviced yet. I dont know if the service would have fixed the problems or not, but all that should have been already done. On top of that they offered us such a low price for our trade that in was an insult. We will never try to deal with them again.
We were in Danville, Indiana on vacation. Our 2012 Town and Country van began to have transmission issues. Out of 10 dealers in the Indianapolis area Ed Martin was the only one that would look at it the next day. All of the other dealers wouldnt look at it for a week or more despite that we were on vacation from Texas and supposed to be back at work the next week. We had it towed the 60 miles to Ed Martin. They looked at it immediately and determined the problem. They had us back on the road 2 days later.......5 days earlier than any other dealer was even able to BEGIN looking at it. Hit a pothole and ended up with a slow leak, took my car to Ed Martin dealership to have them take a look and fix the problem. Due to the tire size they had to order it which took a week to get in... seems a little odd but whatever let’s move forward. I brought the tire / wheel to them so they could just swap it right out. I waited the rest of the day and nothing, the next day I called the service department and was told that they had call outs so they are behind (not my problem) but it was to be completed by the end of the day. Day goes by and nothing. Finally I just drove the 30 min drive there once again and the tire was ready, for long who knows since I never received a phone call and I actually just went there to pick up my wheel so I could take it to a different dealership. 10 minutes to change a tire, 10 minutes to balance it, if a dealership can’t handle something that simple then I doubt they could handle my next purchase. Won’t be returning.
I purchased a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan on 3/19 from John Retherford. The night before I bought my van he showed my husband probably 20 different vehicles. I went back the next morning and showed him what I found on the website and he pulled it right up. I took it for a drive and was extremely happy. They were by far the cheapest on this new of a vehicle with low miles and all the options I wanted, I had shopped around and another dealership had even raised the price of the van they had I was looking at. John was awesome, up front and honest the whole time. He worked with me on our trade ins and got us a little more money just to sweeten the deal. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and the service I received and will definitely be buying my next vehicle off of him!!

Im very disappointed with customer service of their sales team.Last week I called regarding used Lexus they were selling. I talked to Nick Anderson. Since Im out of Chicago I asked him about some pictures of the car. He was a big help on that part, in 30 minutes I had them: car was still in the shop being cleaned.Next time I called I talked to Dereck Barker. I was trying to give him deposit to hold a car for 2 days to have it inspected by Lemon Squad. He said he cannot hold it on Saturday, but was going to call me on Monday to let me do this inspection. Guess what - he never did.I called them on Wednesday, told them Im going to drive from Chicago on Thursday to check it out myself. Just wanted to make sure, they dont sell it before I get there. Nick Anderson said he would call me back in 15-20 minutes to confirm it. He never did. After I called them back in 1 hour he said he couldnt get a hold of me (could be the true: I didnt have reception on my phone) and someone is coming tomorrow @ 9AM to buy a car...By the way, car is still sitting on their lot.I dont know whats their deal, but it doesnt look like they appreciate their potential customers.
My daughter and son in law purchased a 2018 Jeep this weekend and had an approval when they arrived. The sales person tried multiple times to get them to use their financing. My daughter told them that she didn’t want her credit pulled and he assured her that they were not going to but that he needed her information due to an out of state sale. Needless to say her credit was pulled without her permission. Now no one will return their call...do not go to this dealership! We are looking into legal action...
Had to get parts for my jeep. The men in the service parts dept were very helpful. I will be returning for all my needs on my jeep. They also service Hummers. They most always have the parts already there.
Walked in at 10:00 am on Memorial Day. Worked with Doug. He was very friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable about the 2 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds I was looking at. He did not try to steer me towards either one. He also did not assume that because I was a woman; I did not know anything about vehicles. He spoke to me and made eye contact with me despite my husband being right there with me. I would buy from Brad anytime!
Had to stop there on way to Indy because my car was breaking down. The service department got me in quickly and worked out another vehicle for me to use while they fixed mine. They were life savers!!
I purchased a used 2015 Ram 3500, The purchase was ok, but the service work after was the worst. After having to return 3 times to have the truck detailed, warranty work done, my truck never got detailed and the work done is not what I was old would be done.I have tried to call both the General Manager and the Service Manager, I even talked with my salesman and asked for hime to have the managers call me. Neither have called.I have read all of the reviews on this site and noticed that all low scores rate a cookie cutter reply,,,l do not recommend this place for service and before you take your car or truck you better make sure they have done all they say they are going to do be for pick it up.

I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. There was some confusion post sale via phone, but Salesperson took care of me. Love my Jeep. I would buy from them again.
My wife and I were traveling through the area when my 2017 Ram 3500 low voltage light came on and all internal electronics turned off. The truck was still running so I pulled into an O’Reilly’s to have the batteries check turned out the alternator was only out putting 6 volts. Since my truck was only 6 months old and had 8,000 miles on it I located the nearest Ram dealer.Don’t remember the name of the service guy but he went above and beyond. They didn’t have the part in stock but they found the closest dealer with one and also offered to have the part overnighted and fix it first thing in the morning. I didn’t want to chance driving since my battery voltage was at about 9 volts. I left the truck with them and they set me up with a rental free of charge since it was warranty work. They also took care of an outstanding recall I had. Truck was ready by noon the next day.

Went in with a good friend today to look at a decent fun car. Turns out the salesman James is a straight up prick...... just because we are 20 doesnt mean we dont have a good job with established credit already. Should discriminate. Missed out on a promised sale.
I was having problems with the vehicle I had purchased and was very unhappy. Randy White in service done all he could to make the vehicle right but it was a contrary vehicle . I spoke to Derrick in sales and they made it right. Thanks so much for all of your help I appreciate you guys.
I offered to buy their used black jeep srt, but they were asking too much. When I pointed out a similar vehicle with more features including a DVD player for $5000 less, the salesman told me to go buy it. Apparently, his manager was driving the vehicle and didnt want to come down on the price even though the vehicle has been sitting on their lot for a while. Dont even get me started on how they were low balling my trade in. I took my business to people who actually want to sell their cars.
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. My sister came to purchase a vehicle at this dealership a couple days ago. The salesman knew she was driving 2 hours there. FIVE minutes before she got there he had sold her car to someone else! Terrible customer service. She walked out crying and usper upset, because she had driven so far to buy her very first car. Very disappointed in this dealership.
After Midas in Muncie wasted my money I took it to Ed Martin and they fixed it right the first time! It was done very quickly and courteously. Thank you!

If I could give it a zero star I would. Today I stopped by to look for a Jeep. I was looking around 20 mins and nobody say hello or checked on me. Several employees passing by didn’t even notice I was there. Obviously they don’t need business. I’ll just go somewhere else to buy it I guess. Very disappointed at this place
Went in to take a Dodge Journey in for service, no big deal. Walked around and talked to a sells rep about mini vans. No one seemed like that wanted to help and didn’t seem interested in making a sale. I asked about a Honda Odyssey that I found on the website and I was told oh that’s next door without any other interaction.Also the service writer was playing on his cellphone while answering calls and interacting with customers. Very unprofessional.
Ed Martin in Anderson is a great place to purchase or have your vehicle serviced. They have very friendly staff in both the sales and service department. I have shopped at other dealerships but was not treated as well from them. I will continue to shop at Ed Martin in Anderson in the future.
