Terrible job. They direct wired the siren on the Ingalls FD Battalion. Causing our battery to be dead 24/7 even on the trickle charge. One of our ambulances was up there for 3 weeks sitting outside in below freezing conditions. The siren wasnt installed after 3 weeks and now our fuel system is destroyed and our windshield is cracked. Terrible place. If they treat emergency equipment like this why would they take care of your personal vehicle.

I been taking all my vehicles to this shop i can always count on Chris he has been honest with me every time i take my cars to his shop and reasonable on prices unlike others shop their out to get you but concept and motion are been pretty good i highly recommend them to anyone

The owner Chris was up front and honest. Hes a tell it like it is and no beating around the bush kind of guy. The front office lady, Terri was very professional and helpful. If she didnt know the answer she got it it for you and returned your call with the answer in a timely manner . I will definitely be going back to them.

I went there and had my fob programming done. They were able to work me into there schedule quickly. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable. Amazing customer service. If you ever need a replacement fob or one programmed, these folks are the best in town.

I have not been there for several years but I know they take care of your upgrades.

These people charged my elderly mother almost $200 to install a radio in her truck. The radio was broken day 1. They clearly never even tested it. The volume would only turn up. Now the volume is stuck at full volume permanently. Now I have to take the truck somewhere where they know what theyre doing to have it done all over again. They literally just stole almost $200 from my mom and took almost a week to do it. DONT GO HERE.

I was a bit skeptical taking my car to such a questionable area. Once i went in i was greeted with such respect and professionalism. All of the employees are so likable and helpful. I got keyless entry, remote start and cruise control for under 600 which I thought was fair. I was really impressed with them getting it all done so quickly. I strongly recommend them!

This place can fix anything. The owner Chris Buck is a genius. It amazes me how much knowledge he has about everything.

Not very professional when it comes to window tinting!! I only called for a estimate and ask what type of tent was being applied (I don’t know was the answer I received) then when I told him I was just checking prices And he hung up on my if I could give 0stars I would. How is a company going to offer a product but not know the product information and then hang up on a paying customers I just went to zebart instead and paid twice as much. Allot of times in life cheaper isn’t better. You pay for experience and quality and I’m not guessing it’s here.

Was not expecting my car to be fixed so quick and for such a price. This place is my new go to spot for maintenance and repairs. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Fast service. Commitment to the job. The mechanic stayed late to make sure i could drive to work.

Good ppl & a good shop

We have had several services done here. They are very reasonably priced however most of the jobs we have had done here have had to be done over which in the long run cost us more. For little things they might be ok but I would not use them for regular car repairs.

My husband and I own an ice cream truck business and Chris and his amazing mechanics at Concepts In Motion are the ONLY people we will let work on our personal vehicles and our ice cream trucks. Excellent prices, quick turn around, and pleasant atmosphere keep us coming back!

Incredible price and work! I needed my window motor and regulator replaced and I called MANY places around Anderson, Noblesville, Fishers, and Indianapolis. Everyone wanted $300 or more with tax and labor. It was $175 with tax and labor with these guys. Lots of friends recommend other work from them. I will be back!!!

They installed my eBay purchased Innovatek 393X-TV In-Dash USB CAR DVD MP3 PLAYER 8 years ago. The installation job was excellent and the radio is still working fine. Since then I have taken everything I own to Chris and have not regretted it once. The new office expansion proves how popular they have become. They replaced a mirror on my Cavalier for a very reasonable price. A lot cheaper then any of the body shops I checked with.

Installed a cruise control on a Chevy Cruze LS. Had a problem but fixed it pronto. Sometimes aftermarket parts have unclear instructions but they dealt with it expertly.

Horrible, they dont inform you they use used parts until after the fact
