Lady over the phone was very very rude, interrupted me to say nobody there will give me an estimate until an insurance adjuster gave me an estimate themselves (Which is understandable!) Her tone of voice was belittling and even said “Allstate is an awful company when it comes to repairs and estimates.” Clearly won’t get my business and anyone with Allstate should find someone who will respect their business and insurance company. Terrible.

So I after my accident, I wanted to bring my thousands of dollars worth of business to the collision center that Ralph Hayes recommended. I was greeted by a woman named Joyce that was unnecessarily rude, for no reason, and turned me over to a man that tried to be helpful but she screamed in the background to hang up on me. For reasons unknown to me - I was never rude to her - she turned away business due to hurt pride, or a figment of her imagination. To the business owner - is this deranged lady an asset or a liability??

Went in the other day to ask if they can match factory paint on a 2017 BMW and wanted to charge me $25 just for the answer lady behind the desk acted like I did not know what I was talking about very rude and pretentious many other better body shops in town don’t know how this body shop is still in business ripping people off! Should not even be rated one star! Total rip off!!!

Very very rude people that work here got cussed out for bringing a wrecked car there that a insurance company paid me to tow there yes Im a tow truck driver and Ill never take another customers car there Ill talk them into going elsewhere

Very poor customer service. They broke off the cover to my headlight sprayer. They insisted it was broken when they received the car. Then I found the part in my car with super glue on the back and it was glued backwards. Went back to the shop told the management what I found. They first still insisted that it was that way when they received it, but they questioned everyone in the shop, finally the guy who washes the cars said that it came off when he sprayed the car but he did not super glue the back. This statement by the guy who washes the cars showed that Darryl the guy who checked in my car obviously lied about the original state the car. The owner said that because it had been super glued before he was not responsible for breaking it. His theory was that we had broken it before tried to fix it and it just happened to fall off in his shop, and he became very angry in defense of his nonsense theory. Be wary they may take $3,400 but wont be responsible if they break something else.

Do not... I repeat DO NOT take your car to Carriage House Colvision Repair!! They are rude and disrespectful... They told us almost 4 weeks ago they will get to our car in 2 weeks. Last week my hubby called to see if they got to our car yet. they kept giving is the run around until they told him they werent going to get to us. They told him that they bumped us to bottom of list bc they take the insurance first. We were paying cash instead bc we didnt have full coverage on my car. So we paid towing 2 times and still dont have my car fixed. We had to take our car to another collision auto body shop bc they told us that they wont work on it. They rather take insurance $$$ over cash. Last time I checked cash was good. 😡😡😡😡 when we picked car up the lady there was very disrespectful to my husband and told him that he should if had full coverage to be worked on. Even if we had full coverage we would never do business with them again!

Very bad customer service. I had the bumper painted on my car. I had to leave it twice due to substandard work. When I did pick it up I opened the hood and saw there was overspray all over the engine bay.
