The 2 employees I spoke with whike my car was here was Eaden and Jimmy, they were both very nice and professional over the phone and kept me up to date on everything, TRUTHFULLY. And I very much appreciated that. The company was unexpectedly quick at getting my parts ordered and car repaired. They do not use aftermarket parts which I thought was SUPER AWESOME! If I ever need anything else done for my car Ill definitely be calling them first, and will be recommending this shop to others!

They were very nice to me and very professional. My car was done on the day they said it would be and the work they did was very good. They texted me about every detail and even got the other part of my car fixed that was part of the deal . They really went above their duty. And their prices was very reasonable. This place is top-notch! I used them for an insurance claim with an random insurance company I had not had the easiest time working with, and when I handed things over to them when I was able to proceed with the work, I was able to breath a sigh of relief! I had never dealt with an insurance claim before and being able to turn everything over to them to finish out dealing with the insurance company was wonderful. They completely took it from there without a hitch. The employees were super nice and knowledgeable, and kept in great touch with me while doing the work. Had front end and door damage from collision with a deer. My Geico app recommend A Plus Collision...4.6 starts out of 5. What a disappointment. The first time I was told my car was finished I showed up and the fit and finish of fender, bumper, grill and headlight was terrible. The body guy I dealt with at a plus turned from hey how are you to irritated when I refused to accept his work, not to mention it was missing fender badge. After refusing to accept the car as it was fast forward another week later, I see that most of the things I pointed out were fixed with exception of the grill being off center, fender closer to being right and bumper still not fitted right. I sign the papers and drove off frustrated. On way home, I notice they gouged my interior door panel with a screwdriver it looked like to remove window switch panel in which they broke. Straw the broke the camels back. Call Geico tell them I’m not satisfied. Agent Emily Lyons who was fantastic, lets me take my car to Caliber Collision in Greenville SC. They take off the bumper and find a broken radiator support bracket which was not allowing bumper to sit flush causing fitment issue. Replaced bracket refitted bumper properly. They replaced door panel as well. They were able to pull the fender into the right position for most things to align. Grill was still not right nor was the headlight fitment. Some things you just have to do yourself I guess. Moral of this story don’t hit a deer so you don’t have to deal with A Plus Collison or any body shop. AVOID A PLUS COLLISION if you care about how your car your still paying on looks.

Had minor accident with a Geico insurance holder. The insurance company sent us to A+ Collision. This was the smoothest repair experiences we have ever had. From the beginning with office personnel and service writer to needed repairs, everything was done impeccably well. We were kept informed about progress regularly and received our vehicle back on the date promised. It had even been washed. A+ Collision provided courteous, professional service. Our car was given back to us in perfect condition as far as their work was concerned. Would definitely recommend to others.I expect good customer service and well done work. A+ went over and above to provide this.

This is a great body shop for locals in the Clemson area, especially if you have GEICO insurance. The Geico person sits in the same building and it makes the whole process very smooth.Enterprise Rental allows pick up and drop off from the location also which was a huge plus for me because I had no ride.Work was completed fast and of good quality.Great candies at the front desk too by the way if you have a sweet tooth.

We have used other body repair shops for repairs on a car and RV. We have never experienced such a professional, friendly, reliable, and honest company. The gentleman that did our repair work was honest about the work they did and was very helpful when we had an issue with the repair. He immediately took care of how to resolve our issue and we only waited 24 hours for them to make it right! I would recommend this company to all my friends. We would use them again!! Called about a collision quote. Not the friendliest people on the phone. Did not earn my business. Made me feel like they were doing me a favor. Chose another auto body company. Cannot fault them for any work though never made it that far with them. I’m sure they do good work.

Was very disappointed with the service I received. My truck was there for almost 3 months and after taking it to another body shop discovered it was not safe to drive due to insufficient repairs. Insurance paid this body shop over $11k to fix my truck back to original condition but basically all they did was bandaid it and never requested supplements for other items that should have been fixed. Not to mention they gave me the truck back with a bent wheel and my entire braking system not working properly. I believe this body shop is all about cutting corners and pocketing money for themselves. To the end this story my truck 6 months after the initial wreck is still sitting at another body shop and going to be totaled because of other damages A plus did not report. I used A plus because of the good reviews and recommendations but they must have changed up management and I would not recommend these crooks to anyone.

Just got my sons car back after repairing damage done by hit and run driver. Fifteen year old car looks brand new. No dents, dings or dimples. Paint is flawless. They are expensive but they are the best. Have used them three times over the last ten years. Not one complaint with anything they have done. The paint repairs to my truck tailgate lasted longer than the factory paint job.

Accidentally lucked up on these guys through my insurance company with a hit & run but have continued to use them every time something happens. my door handle broke off & Ralph Hayes told me $225 for just labor not counting whatever else they would come up with & Im sure hours of waiting. I was able to get it done here for less than $100 & only took them 5 mins to fix it!! quality people with quality work 10 out of 10. appreciate yall 😁

The folks are extremely pleasant and professional. They did an amazing job with my bumper on my car. It’s brand new and I was worried the paint wouldn’t match but you can’t even tell anything ever happened. I would recommend them to anyone that needed any kind of body work done. They also work with insurance companies.

They were fantastic and very friendly. I had a kid back into my bumper and It bumped it up a lil bit. Caused spiderwebbed paint and scratched into the polymer. They buffed out every lil detail and made her look brand new and put the prettiest paint on it. And they also patched up a lot of my other dintks and scratches. Fantastic job!

My experience with A+ collision was better than ideal. I went in to have an estimate written up for a claim, and they ended up repairing pieces of the damage on the spot because it was dangerous to drive on, completely free of charge. This was my second body shop visited for this same issue, and the first did absolutely nothing of the sort. They were courteous, honest, and very transparent. I was in and out quickly, and they offered to give me a ride to/from work when it comes time for my car to be repaired fully. Amazing shop.

The Honda dealership that I took my car to for paint warranty work uses this shop. Honda was covering the roof and front fenders. Lee at A+ offered to paint the rest of the car for a very reasonable price, and fix some fairly major dents near the roof. I got my car back faster than he estimated and it looks great. They cured the paint in an oven so the paint is already sealed, rather than having to wait 60 days. Lee kept me in the loop during the week and even sent me a picture of my car in the paint booth. Hopefully I never need body work done but if I do Ill use A+ even though its way out of town for me.

When you kill bambi this is definitely the place to fix your hunting damage.

Pretty good service. Only reason it doesnt have 4 stars is because my fender kept popping out from underneath the headlight after they replaced it. But they have a warranty on their work, so I just gotta go back and have them fix it.

FASTER THAN A NASCAR PITSTOP!My daughter is a student at Clemson Univ. and she got hit by a truck in her 05 Pontiac Grand Prix. The truck impacted her drivers side front and tore off the bumper and grille; destroyed the headlight and left front fender, tweaked and bent the hood; and wracked the right front from the twist. No frame damage but a lot of cosmetic damage on a 9 year old car that was a dark maroon color.GEICO Insurance channeled us the A Plus because they are the contracted shop. We knew nothing about A Plus prior to this experience.About a week later they called to say the car was ready. I was blown away. Pontiac is out of business and the only parts out there are used parts and finding parts is not easy in this day and age where junkyards are treated like leper colonies by most communities; not in my backyard syndrome.Not only did A Plus to an incredibly fast repair, but the paint is PERFECTLY matched. I mean PERFECT!! I was expecting the paint to be impossible to match because it is a red (hardest to match) and it has 9 years of outside exposure and uneven fading on it.I cannot say enough good things about A Plus except to say Thank You!
