Honestly some of the best customer service Ive ever had! These guys talked me out of a start up kit for my spa, if I wouldve gotten that kit I wouldve had to of gotten more chemicals in a matter of weeks they recommended that for a little bit more I could have all the chemicals to not only start the tub but keep it maintained for a long time too! they were also very knowledgeable very reasonably priced! they beat just about everyone in town. They had no problem talking to me about everything, and answered every question I had. Jeremy is awesome!! Such a great experience! I even forgot my instructions (custom tailored to your free water test) and they emailed them to me with no issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They couldnt assist me with what I needed, however, they had the know how on where to direct me and how to not waste my time or my money. Jeremy was extremely helpful and assisted in getting me on my way. 5 Star customer Service!
