First of all i want to thank you for Wendy a sales ref. who help me walk thru the process. its a great experience dealing with Rural Energy without hesitation returning the 3 items i bought 2 weeks ago.it is my fault to piked the wrong item which is Toyotomi HC-20. the items was shipped out in Juneau Alaska right away and got arrived. apparently the machine is not the one i needed. I called them back and get some advise and here comes WENDY who help me out in the process to return the item.she is really helpful with the process. the company understand my situation and im glad they allow me to return it on my shipping cost. a full recommendation to anyone who is looking for a heating system you guys needed. reason I gave 5 stars. thank you again
