Great business, really appreciate their customer service!

If you can’t find the part anywhere else check grainier! While the store is typically used by businesses, it is a great place to find weird tools or parts you might need. They have a giant warehouse so a lot of things are in stock also.

I appreciate how the company has taken strong precautions to prevent the spread of Covid. While the browsing selection was quite limited, the staff was very helpful, and some great deals on Dewalt tools now!

Grainger probably needs no explanation. They are the everything store. Need a remote controlled demolition robot? They can get one for you. Did you say mobile surgery tent? They have access to those as well. What do I use them for? Flourescent lamps and they are the only place in town that has the electrical fuse you are looking for. Forget everybody else. Go straight to grainger. From disaster supplies to every day needs, this is the place to go. Maybe see you there.

I was trying to purchase some products that Grainger has and it’s been almost a Month sense I contacted them and I have not received a call or have had no contact back from this company!! I consider that very Poor Customer Service!! So I found & purchased my products from another company!! I Would not recommend Grainger to any company I do work with!! If you need Fast Service Don’t Contact Grainger!!!
