Contacted four companies before I could find one that could handle the replacement of a large double pane insulated glazing unit, 8’ in the air. I like this company and the quality of their work, but whoever Lola is, she was extremely rude over the phone. Im not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she was extremely rude from the beginning of the phone call, all the way to the end of it. Every simple question I asked, seemed as if it were an issue to her and made her angry. Ill continue to shop here, but I will never go through her again. If I were a first time customer, I would never come back because of her.

The folks at Replacement Glass have, on several occasions now, proven themselves to providing professional, quality service. Both in smaller window repair and larger, more complicated glass replacement in a over-sized sliding glass door, they did an excellent job. One thing that was particularly appreciated was that the price that was quoted was the price that was charged. There were no EXTRA charges, hidden charges or unexpected charges. It allowed us the opportunity to plan accordingly.We are grateful for their help in solving our window needs both large and small.

The window opening handle had be broken for a very long time,the window casings were brittle and some trim was warped. Thisdidnt deter the workman one bit. Look no further than Replacement Glass.The timely quote I received from their pleasant Customer Service Representative, Orpha, came in more reasonable than their competitions, and once on-site, their service technician, Brian, effortlessly and also with pleasant disposition, replaced multiple windows in my home. But more impressively...Brian displayed determination and used his experience and ingenuity to install custom weather stripping to seal the opening of a 27 year old crank-opening window of which traditional weather stripping is obsolete and no longer available. We recently had the glass replaced in a cracked double-pane upper-floor side-panel window by Replacement Glass. At the initial visit, to measure and order, Taylor quickly determined that the job could be done from the inside. Yesterday Taylor came and expertly slipped the window out, replaced the glass in the frame at his truck, quickly reinstalled the window. His arrival both visits was within the time window stated, he called 15 minutes ahead of time, was unfailingly polite and personable, and didnt let the cats out! The customer service representative at the office is equally polite and personable and remarkably efficient. Good service, good work, satisfied customers.

We recently had several window panes replaced by these folks, not only were the office people very helpful and pleasent to work with, the field hands were very professional and courteous when they came to do the work. they came out and measured twice and everything fit perfect they day they removed and replace the panes of glass. I figure we saved several thousand dollars over replacing the entire window since our window frames were in good shape. Thank you to all and especially Leah and Johnathan.

Best window handle replacement place in Anchorage. If they dont have it in stock they usually find it. As a contractor I have found not to waste my time at the Big Box stores. Staff friendly and knowledgeableand of course the glass replacement portion of the business works proficiently

The nasty earthquake destroyed my shower and the awesome people at Replacement Glass had me back singing in the shower very quickly. Alise, guided me with her superior knowledge and I ended up with a beautifully, upgraded shower. All the staff are top notch and I would use them again in a heart beat. They are the bomb/best!

Visited Replacement Glass in February about installing a new shower door. Told them we wanted a quality, clean and simple look..no fancy anything. My boyfriend and I totally gutted our bathroom (only took us two years) and we knew exactly what we wanted. The Replacement Glass installer came out that week to take exact measurements. Weve had the new shower for a little over a week and just love it. Simple but it looks expensive, if that makes sense. We went with no-frame with brushed nickel handle and hinges. The installer (sorry I forgot his name) was pleasant, punctual and professional. Always good when a local company nails it. Definitely recommend these folks.

We have a very old Phantom retractable screen door that needs the mesh replacement. I called and customer service was great! they explained that if the is any defective parts that I might need new doors. thats fine.Anyway, a young man came out and re meshed my door and did what he calls re-condition or maintenance of the door. I am very happy to give a raving review of Replacement Glass. I have been searching for several yrs for some crank handles for the existing windows from a house built in 1974. I have spent probably a couple of hundred dollars buying useless handles that have not worked through the last 2 yrs as some went missing from my windows. I was referred to Fridgid North and they referred me to Replacement Glass as they do not carry them themselves.The people at Replacement Glass were very professional and was very patient as I explained what I was looking for. They had several handles and just by the picture I drew of my mechanism they knew exactly which handle I needed. I was totally impressed. I bought one and took it home to insure that it was the right handle and LOW AND BEHOLD. It was exactly like the ones I needed. Things started off great when first visited the store and had high hopes. Went down hill from there - didnt get the screen doors we paid for; billed extra for travel to Soldotna but said if there were other customers would credit our account - there were other customers but not getting credit; were three hours late from when they said they would arrive; never got a straight answer from anyone. A report to the Better Business Bureau is in order.

I have been working with Replacement Glass Co for some time now and have nothing but great things to say. The owner John and his staff has always been friendly, helpful and prompt in working with us. While nobody can please 100% of people 100% of the time, this business has always shown their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers and I highly recommend them.

Solid for sure. I needed a custom glass shower door and my cousin referred these guys. Josh, the installer, was friendly, prompt and professional. Finished product was amazing!!! If you need a really nice glass shower door, I would recommend Replacement Glass.

Needed a piece of glass cut for a non square frame, I left them the frame and gasket. Got a square piece of glass so I went back and the owner was there and she recognized the problem immediately and said it would be recut correctly. Received the replacement the next day, they put the glass in the frame temporarily without any gasket/glazing and said it was good to go. Nope, the glass is still square and the same size as before. Im pretty sure they just gave me back the same piece of glass. Ridiculous, learn from my mistake and spend your money elsewhere

Was charged $900 for a window replacement. When I asked why it was so expensive it was explained that it would take a 3-man crew because it was up on the 2nd floor and they needed the crew for safety purposes. One guy showed up and did the work in a little over an hour. I complained and they got back to me and discounted the price. Have to give it to them for recognizing my concern about the issue.

Worst service ever! Measuring the window is the only thing that went well. I had to call the office to ask about my replacement schedule. Then after waiting for an hour after the time that I was told was scheduled I called the office again because nobody showed up. I then find out they cancelled our window! Why? Because of lack of payment! IF THEY HAD ASKED FOR CC#, CASH, CHECK, any form of payment (my first born) I would have GLADLY given it to them! I needed my window replaced by Sunday for an Open House! Now they tell me it cannot be done until MONDAY! Worst service ever and to top it off they tell me their office staff has worked with them for years and told me they needed payment? The same office staff that failed to call me to inform me of schedule time? To what gain would I not pay them? All they can do for me is a big fat nothing. If you are thinking about doing business with this company DONT they do not care about their customers.
