Greatland did a very good job installing some new Anderson windows. There were some problems with window sizing, but Zack (hope I got his name right) did some excellent work to make it all work out. The interior framing was particularly well done. The only real negative was the work took 3 days rather than the 1.5 expected. Will definitely use them again.

Big shout out to John. Professional doesnt even begin to describe him. Ive never felt so comfortable having a stranger in my home, and I say this while Alaska experiences its worst spike of the COVID pandemic weve seen so far.John and the guy who came with him (sorry we didnt get your name, but this was on 12/11/2020 9-11am time slot) are the best of the bunch. He installed a sliding door and showed us that it all worked before he left, but a couple hours later the lock no longer latched. He came back that same day, at a time that was good for me, and fixed it so I didnt have to go the night without a locking door. I told him I could cut a 2x4 and put it in there, and he could come back another day, but he said it wouldnt be a professional job otherwise.Also I want to say the lady I spoke to when I called Greatland was cheerful, responsive, and professional as well. The owners should be proud of their team.If you need a new patio door call these guys and get John to come install it.

I ordered doors through Home Depot and these guys were assigned to do the install. I had my doors measured on a Thursday, ordered my doors on a Saturday, and they were installed a that following Friday. From start to finish my whole experience was outstanding with this company. They showed up at my home around 10am and got right to work. When while installing my new man door for my garage they noticed that it was damaged and brought it to my attention and asked what I wanted to do they recommend taking it back to the store for a none damaged one and I agreed. They also caught that I was order the wrong front door and asked if I wanted to take it back to get the one that swings the proper way and I said yes as well. After about a hour or so I receive a call from the install crew stating that they went through all the doors (that I order) found the least damaged one and are going to bring it back, but they would recommend calling Home Depot about the issue (which I did and got it resolved). They were also able to get me the proper front door as well. The rest of the install went great until the rain came and rushed them. The outside of my garage door was not able to get caulked because of the rain, but the install crew told me that they would give me a call the next time they are in the Valley to finish it. They held true to their word and I received that call today. When they arrived they touched up a couple other areas because of the rain and as well as caulked around the garage door. When it come to taking pride in your work these guys do that and they provide excellent customer service from start to finish.

We purchased a special order sliding door and front storm door from Home Depot. Greatland was the contractor who was hired to install. John, The installer who did the work was outstanding. Fast, thorough, and perfect. Could not have gone better. These guys are great!Ron OtteWasilla

Greatland Construction has excellent customer service, Mike Endres got back to me the very next day on the free estimate. Did fantastic work on several windows in my house. The work they completed has been very beneficial towards my heating costs and adds a unique addition to my home. Highly recommend!

They have fantastic customer service. They have a lot of choices, but they didnt push me on anything in particular, they were more concerned that I get what I want and am happy with it, whatever it might be. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. They treat me like a member of the family, and that is pretty cool! Thanks!!!

Very helpful

Took a week to get them scheduled to come out and give us an estimate. Mike Endres came out and looked at the project and took my contact details to pass the estimate. After several days of not hearing anything we emailed Mike (he is listed as the owner) and inquired if he needed more info. It has now been three weeks and still heard nothing. At this point I would not contract them based on their lack of customer service, poor communication, and apparent lack of caring.
