We ordered hats with custom City of Kenai logo-printed patches, and got tons of positive feedback from our employees! The printing was on point, color was matched perfectly and the hats were a great quality. Seth was so helpful throughout the entire process, and they ended up finishing our order earlier than expected. We will be calling Shirts Up first when were ready to order next years swag!

Ill say, their online shirt design is pretty easy to use. That being said, I wanted a shirt made with a few words on, 6 words to be exact, a plain white t shirt. Nothing fancy at all. Their online price quote wanted $76!!! Absolutely insane for such a basic shirt.

Ive been trying to get a patch made by them for months and months, I completed all of the initial editing to the design, absolutely terrible communication, after months I finally get the patch I paid for and it doesnt look good, their correction make the lettering and outline white... This patch is supposed to go on the sleeve of nearly 500 military. I will never go back or recommend them for anything. I look like the fool to my superiors because of this idiocracy. Embarrassing business practice

Friendly to everyone except me.Im usually disappointed. I had been looking for a place to print some shirts while Im here in Alaska. I happened to spot this place while driving by one day, and after learning that my employer also uses this company, I thought it was the perfect pick, until now.Exactly 4 weeks ago today, I went into the store. I filled out a form, submitted a quote request online as they asked me to do, and I was told Id receive a response about a week later. I didnt. After 2 weeks I went back into the store and they hadnt even looked at my quote yet. The person that was dealing with it, Shane I believe, couldnt even spare me some attention to rectify the matter, he had the receptionist/associate get on it. Ok fine, we pick out shirts and again, Im told theyd reach out to me the very next day. Its been 5 days and again NOTHING. I went into the store today and again my case has not progressed a bit.Im wasting my time and resources having to go back to remind them of my order, only to have it not been even looked at. Each time I go there everyone seems to get the best customer service except me. Its like pulling teeth. Isnt my business as important as any other? It sure didnt feel like it. Im starting to think the color of my skin has a lot to do with the difference.One month wasted and Im no where on my project. All I wanted was a few shirts.

I work with a nonprofit that has recently used ShirtsUp for our merchandising. I have never in my life had such a horrible customer service experience. They have not gotten a single order correct, and the production/shipping time has never been less than two months. Our inbox is flooded constantly with angry customers. It blows my mind that they have a single good review—they have yet to do anything correctly or on time for us. They ignore our emails and phone calls. We have given them so many chances to make it right, and they have yet to take advantage of a single one.

They were quick with my last minute order. Mac was great with his customer services, tailoring to my changing orders. Will definitely go back. Thanks again!

So far my experience has been fantastic. Needed ten shirts done with direct to garment printing and Mac got me set up really quickly. From calling them, to getting a quote, to dropping off my shirts was only like an hour long process. Very pleased with Shirts up.Addition: they ended up turning my order around within 24 hours after quoting me for 2 to 3 days. These guys underpromise and overdeliver which is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom garments.

Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism!! Cant ever get them to answer the phone or return calls. They messed up my order. They dont know their merchandise well...they told me the shirts I ordered were true to size which is so far from accurate, they are multiple sizes too small and now I cant sell them to adults like they were intended for. It was one issue after another. Such a bad experience working with these guys.
