Just unbelievably fantastic! And how are these minis? They are huge and so fluffy and flavorful every single bite is like a party in the mouth! Above and beyond my expectation. Definitely went on my number one places to get donuts I can’t wait to taste all the other goodies.

Warm, fresh, puffy and fluffy with plenty of filling. They have so many flavors, and even minis available. Each of the cream flavors are so unique, I love the lilikoi flavor, personally. They even offer mixed flavors too, for extra creamy sweetness.

I give 4 stars for the made to order freshness! 2 stars for the taste/texture. My opinion, I didnt taste malasada. 😕 It tasted more like a heavy breaded sugared donut. Granted; a malasada is a type of fried donut, light and airy in the middle, it actually melts in your mouth! Ono! thats not what I had. Considering this is Alaska, it might be the closest that youll get! If you never had a Leonards Malasada, if youre not from Hawaii, or never been to Hawaii, youll enjoy, Wiki Wiki!

Presentation and taste of the donuts couldnt be better. My favorite was the mango cream cheese. These donuts certainly rank among some of the best in Anchorage. Service was second to none. So friendly. Thank you!!

By far the best doughnuts in Anchorage. I ordered the Hawaiian box. The filling and the size of the doughnut are perfect. They are fluffy, bready and not over flowing with cream. I definitely loved that they were still warm. Keep doing what your doing wikiwiki.

This place is great! Donuts in Alaska sort of all taste the same, all effort gone into the toppings rather than the dough itself. DONT FORGET ABOUT THE DOUGH!Thankfully, this place DELIVERS both the great dough, but a beautifully crafted custard if you so choose to have that filling.Great place, great options, and great customer service!

First visit. Wow, warm filled donuts to go are the perfect treat after a COVID-19 vaccination. Fast, friendly service and a delicious product. $2.50 each isn’t cheap, but it is still more affordable than places like Cinnabon. Worth the cost, in moderation.

Great place. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. They have a variety of Malasadas, Island Sodas and even Poke. I ended up getting the assorted dozen in lemon, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, raspberries & cream and last but not least coconut & cream. My husband got the Whale Watcher and I got the Island Colada. Never tried any of these before but we will definitely be back for more.

The build up for these was comparable to Voodoo donuts but the results were not. The staff was very friendly for a Saturday morning!

We love this place for donuts and Hawaiian style food. The service Id pretty quick and you can call in and order. We love Leis Hawaiian bento boxes. They are open Tuesday - Saturday from 7am - 8pm

Very wonderful place to come there’s so much to choose from when it comes to the filling for the malasadas. They have A cute surfer Decore you can order online and I’ll bring it outside to you or you can come in spontaneously and make it ordered. There fast and it’s made to order you can get donuts, island sodas, and Poke. All customizable to your liking. Their is about a 10min wait if you don’t call ahead but they will bring it out to your car if you dont want to wait inside.

The best donuts in Alaska!! Really the best I’ve ever had anywhere! They’re always quick and nice and bring them out to my car. I love how creative they are with their flavors and they’re cookies are tasty and beautiful! Love this place.

Placed an on-line order for the birthday minisadas with specific time to be pick-up. When I arrived to pick-up my order they told me that I still need to wait 30mins. because my order is not made yet. So I just cancel my order. What the heck is wrong with this place! What’s the point of giving you pick-up time when you can’t deliver! If you can’t keep up with your order especially on-line orders then don’t accept anymore orders. Even if you have good product to offer but you have poor costumer service it will ruined your business! The lady in the counter even said that she will give me a discount code by text & she will send it at tye endo of the day. Oh well it’s been 2 days still NO discount code send! Never going back to this place again & for sure I will not recommend this to my friends & family!

Oh my goodness. I love these Hawaiian style doughnuts. The malasadas are made fresh to order and just melt in your mouth. The fillings are phenomenal and the weekly special flavors cannot be missed. The owners are incredibly gracious and truly take care of their customers.

Absolutely fantastic, this was my first time here and what an experience, I had a little bit of everything, and it was delicious. I Do wish that the filling were made in house and that the cookies had used a buttercream frosting, but overall the treats were exceptional.

The doughnuts is nothing like Hawaii malasadas. Not even close. The doughnuts are very doughy (not cook enough inside). I will stay with Krispy Kreme until I visit Hawaii for the real malasadas.

While the malasadas are wonderful, the service needs work. Perhaps a lot of work. Ordered a dozen for curbside pickup. Arrived ten minutes early with the intention to wait and just happened to notice a box of a dozen sitting at pick up. I jokingly thought to myself, It would be great if thats our order. Fast forward to ten minutes after the pick up time and weve heard nothing. Try to call but get a busy signal. Call back thinking I might get through. It rang. They picked up and immediately hung up the phone without answering. Okay, mistakes happen. Call again. They pick up and immediately hang up without answering again. Tried a third time. Same result. Finally decide I have to go in to ask about the delay. Walk in, tell them who I am, and they direct me to the box of a dozen that has been sitting at pick up since I arrived.This utter lack of customer service is a problem. The contempt shown by repeatedly hanging up on customers is inexcusable. Its a shame because I thought wed found our new favorite place. Instead, I doubt Ill ever return.

The malasadas are amazing, but I had a similar experience to another recent reviewer. I placed an online order and received an estimated pick up time of 6:55 PM and then arrived at 7 to discover they dont really check their online orders until you arrive to the store.

The donuts are quite delicious, but the reason Im only giving it 3 stars is the customer service. We ordered online to pick up because we had somewhere to be, so we thought it would be easier to order online. We were wrong, they hadnt even looked at our order until my mom went in there and asked to pick it up thinking it was done. It was not done at all. So we had to wait an extra 15 mins, which made us late to where we had to go. We were extremely disappointed, probably will not be going back.

I feel like I got a great deal for the size and quality of the pastries! I had a concern about my delivery and called the owner, Mary, and she was friendly and quick to help me!Heads up: delivery times are an approximation, just like it says on the online order form. Dont expect them to arrive on the dot! The delivery driver is also very friendly and texted me ~10 minutes before he arrived!10/10 would order again!

Excellent customer service. I made an order online the night before and wasnt able to pick it up until after it designated pick up time. When I arrived to pick up my minisadas, they made sure to make the box a fresh order. I am so thankful, they are so good!

So not fresh. But also, 50% less filling than ever before. What a let down. Please try to keep the quality control tight. Thx!

These malasadas are just as amazing the first time I had them at the AK Chicks Food Truck Festival in Palmer! I am so happy that they opened a business. The customer service was amazing! They worked with me to get my malasadas delivered fresh just before my cheat day. And, I ordered the day prior! 10 / 10 will eat again!
