We were pleased with the customer service in the beginning. Their IT tech was wonderful in explaining what our company would need to update/upgrade and utilize them as our companys IT provider. We had not committed to an IT contract yet but had them come look at a printer that needed repaired. They were unable to fix the printer and only looked at it for about 20 minutes. We then received a bill for the repair and the most frustrating part is the $65.00 travel fee they charge for clients in Eagle River. We are only 20 minutes down the road and $65.00 for a travel fee for every call is absurd. We wished we could have worked with them more but we have now found another IT specialist and service center that was able to fix our printer rather quickly and does not charge a$65.00 travel fee for each visit!
Writing a bad review because they say they are open but they will not answer the phone I called 4 different times today and thaye just rings off the hook bad customer servic oh yeah and covid-19 is not an excuse forbade customer service
Awesome locally owned computer store, they used to be the exclusive HP dealer, but now rep a broad range of products. Hp, Lexmark, Xerox, Lenovo, Epson and more! (Disclaimer I am a salesman there, but Ive been doing business with them 20 years prior to getting hired on)
The person I spoke with on the phone was very patient and helpful, and helped me find the best solution for my problem even though it happened to not be through their store this time.Ill definitely be coming back for the more complex computer issues.
