Arrived at airport late evening and had to repeatedly call hotel as no one would answer.Finally they answered and sent shuttle. Shuttle drivers are friendly.The place is an adequate hotel but also seems to be used as a transient hotel for city meaning loitering people around exterior of hotel smoking.They tell you there is breakfast from 6 to 10 but neglect to advise there is a $10 charge for it. Perhaps correct terminology should be breakfast is available for purchase in the restaurant from 6-10.They offer a stay and fly so with paid reservations on either end of your trip, you can park for free.Convenient to downtown for walking the tourist areas.

This place is great. The drinks are always delicious, pricing fair, and servers always super nice. But the wait is almost always exceptionally too long. I can arrive 20-30 minutes before work in the AM, and if I see more than 2 cars, I can almost guarantee I will barely get my drink (if I would at all) before I’d have to be at work - and my job is literally minutes away. I really wish I could rate higher, but having only one girl work any time I try to stop by seems like it’s not enough (at no fault to her, they’re just always super busy), and having to drive off empty handed multiple times after waiting 10-15 minutes is disappointing.

We got three different drinks and all were good and 2 were great! The wait was a little long, but the line moved reasonably fast

Here’s a list of flavors. Very long wait time, waited close to an hour with 5 cars in front of us. The drinks we got were really good, Oreo frappe and Reece’s!! The blueberry Italian soda slushee tasted like water.

They must save the good customer service for their night time customers. I will come back and try again based on the amount of recommendations I have received, but the girl that took my order today wasnt friendly. She forgot that we asked for the works on one of our drinks. And after having given it to us insisted on taking it back even though we said that it would be fine. Seriously, I said that it was fine! But she wouldnt let it go. So we handed her the drink. And she put whipped cream and sprinkles, no lollipop ON the lid of the drink. I couldnt stir or shake my drink to taste it until I got home. At which point I had to transfer it to a new glass anyway. Pretty much all mistakes can be forgiven when service is delivered with a sense of joy or a smile. But this girl made it clear that she was blessing us with her presence in our lives. My next visit, I will choose my line based on which window I see her face in.

Great coffee, but waited for 45 mins and I was about 6-7th in line on one side. My order and me leaving took about 3 minutes so Im not sure why some orders are so slow, but with as many people whining Im sure if there was a way to speed it up the managers would have done so. Great coffee and friendly baristas though but expect a wait.

Absolutely amazing coffee !We went at night around 9.30 & unlike others had hardly 5-7 min waiting time. Person there (sorry missed his name) was enthusiastic and helped us in choosing right coffee. I tried tiramisu & hazelnut syrup coffee, was lil sceptical about these flavours but can’t believe it was yum 🤤Thanks to Boom cafe !!

Im sorry I forgot the womans name, but shes the best. She saw me waiting in line and made my drink ahead of time. When I got to the window all I had to do was pay and I was on my way in the next minute. She made my day spectacular. I wish I could afford to give her a huge tip, maybe next time. I wish everyone did business like Boom Coffee, theyre the best.

Amazing service! Appreciate that everytime I have gone there, that there is a mixture of Male and Female staff!! You dont see many coffee huts that have a mixture of both. Very refreshing 😊

A coffee shop that is open 24 hours a day, has tiramisu syrup in stock, and a very lively and energetically friendly staff......you just cant go wrong here. I have to admit, though, day or night, there are always 4 or 5 cars lined up at each window waiting......that alone should answer your question if they are worth a stop

The lines were long. Very long. 8-10 cars both sides. But we were not in a hurry. I got the BEST deal on coffees! Their menu is extensive and they are very nice, friendly and efficient! I will be back!

I love it here the lines are long most of the time but if youve been here before youre coming for the delicious drinks and the awesome service. The people are friendly and even if youre getting a regular italian soda the put the right amount of flavor every time. Recommend this place! 24 hour coffee shop! 10/10

Way too slow! The coffee is good, but both times I have gone there its been atleast a 30 minute wait. It took 10 minutes minimum per car.Dont get me wrong, they are slammed,and the only game in town after 10 pm. But they really need to expedite. Other than that good coffee.

It’s always a 45 minute wait but the service is personable and the drinks never disappoint. Also the cinnamon buns are worth the $5 charge and share it 4 ways!

Locally owned and open 24/7. The staff is courteous and knows what they are doing. My drink is always wonderful even at 4am!!

Wanting to love this place but the service is getting extremely slow and the baristas on the weekend can use some manners. If you are making people wait in line for 30 minutes at least be cordial when we pull up. Also, not sure how I feel about my number needing to be written on my receipt for my points.

We were there for Lotus smoothies outside of usual coffee stand hours. The smoothie was great, the service was amazing, and most importantly they were open (they are open 24 hours).

Love the idea of having coffee available 24/7. Lavender flavor is heavenly.

Beware they give you lids that do not fit. The coffee then spills on you and your seat. They have a lot of inexperienced children working there with no training. Becareful to not burn yourself while your coffee spills all over.

Coffee was good, dont buy the food though(overpriced, you could probably make a better croissant sandwich yourself). Prices were good for the coffee just dont get the iced if you sip hard enough you could finish it in 2 sips and im not even lying, havent tried anything else yet but this is my mediocre experience so far.(edit, service is also very slow and youll more often then not be waiting for 20+ minutes if its past 8am

I discovered Boom during Finals week as a Freshman in college and Ive been coming ever since! We love their creativity and hospitality here and its been so cool to see the upgrades to the shop in the last couple of months. Everything Ive ordered here has been DELICIOUS! This is absolutely our go-to now.

Drinks were made as instructed and a courtesy steamer cup was made for my child. Baristas made light conversation but about non-important topics, 100% nothing felt forced. No sales pitch for a card or foodstuffs until asked.

I always see a line of cars waiting whenever I drive by. And now I know why! Not only are they open 24 hours a day, but I also love the fact that they use Kaladi Bros. coffee. Ive been there 4 times in the last week LOL! I tend to get iced breves. Both their caramel & vanilla iced breves are delicious! My daughter has also ordered their iced matcha latte and that was just as delicious. I would definitely recommend them. You wont be disappointed!

Excellent, friendly, fast customer service, great tasting coffee, plus great prices. We were visiting this week from the Pacific Northwest and found this place between the airport and our hotel. This place is open 24 hours which is awesome. We only visited in the morning... EVERY morning during our visit! Im very picky about my coffee, my lattes, etc., Ive found that the base ingredient; the coffee, needs to taste good on its own or no matter what you add to it wont help. For this reason I dont visit the more popular coffee locations as I find their coffee to be tasteless yet bitter and ridiculously expensive. This place has great tasting coffee and they made my daily hazelnut iced latte exceptional. If ever in the area again, this will be my daily stop.

The drinks arent bad but the wait is ridiculous. The staff seem to be more focused on socializing and hanging out than getting the drinks out. Also they just dont seem to have any want to get the drinks out faster. It was extremely annoying.

Staff are always friendly and make such great drinks! Love that this place is opened 24/7. Their drinks helped me through late nights at the library in my undergrad.

This was my first time ever coming and there was a lot of cars lined up! And only one girl inside working so the wait was a few minutes but she was so great and kind. She was doing a great job for being alone and so busy. I didnt feel rushed when I was ordering my drinks and the did a perfect job making them! Will definitely be coming again :)

Been here quite a bit in the past 6 months due to late night hot chocolate or Italian soda cravings. Everything I have ordered from here had been exceptionally delicious and the service that comes along with it is astounding. The workers are super great and adorable people that are really easy to get along with. Easily one of if not the best coffee shop in town. Satisfies my need for stuff really late at night along with great service and product.

Excellent coffee! We went here after dinner just because my friend knew they were open 24 hours and our regular joint was closed. We were happy to find a friendly baristo (is it an o when its a guy) anyway, he was very nice, our drinks were made quickly, priced fairly and were delicious!

Love love LOVE this place! As far as Im aware, theyre the only 24 hour coffee stand in the city and that comes in SO handy, since its right near hotel row. Late night arrivals from the airport and overnight hotel employees a have a great option for a caffeine boost. On top of it, the staff seem to really enjoy their job and want to work on making each drink even better. Personal recommendation: Red Bull smoothie with raspberry!
