I love love love this place! I go out of my way to go here every morning and quickly became a regular. They always are suggesting new drinks and things to try if I’m in the mood for something different than my usual. The customer service- one word, amazing, and the coffee and food is worth every penny. 10/10 must visit- best hut I’ve seen in Alaska.

Got an iced americano. 3$. Was exactly what I wanted. With the bad reviews I expected something to be wrong but nothing was and the girls were quick and kind. I was there mid day with no line.

Best coffee hut on this side of town! Quick, great coffee every time with a smile. New owner has seriously cleaned the place up and gotten rid of the bad employee. I come here every morning and will continue to do so!

I loved getting coffee here, as the drinks are great, affordable, and super speedy service in the morning, which is what I think are the most important things with a coffee stand. However, the barista who worked the mornings for several years has been replaced with someone new. The shop has changed owners and is going down hill. The new barista is incredibly slow and the drinks just arent as good. Sadly I will be finding a new place for coffee in the morning.

Located right off of bragaw street, this cute little shop has spectacular service accompanied with fantastic food and drink. The shop is my all-time favorite and their red bowl smoothies are very affordable and delicious!

Absolutely LOVE this place ! I go here every morning to get my Italian soda ! I especially love the new morning barista girl Meagan and the other girl Maggie ! Everytime i pull up they always greet me by my name and already know what i want to drink ! That’s what i call great customer service ! Very clean and very fast service and they never forget my sprinkles ! I definitely recommend ! 10/10 ! 💓

LOVE THEM. I have been getting coffee here for over 6 years several days out of the week. I can probably count the times on one hand where my coffee wasnt absolutely delicious. Prices are fair and much cheaper than other local stands and not to mention other corporate chains. Moving out of the state this month and really wish I can take them with me!!

Okay I see im not the only one who always has a bad experience at this shop 🙄 I stop by here to get a frappe and I see from a few reviews she hates making blended drinks and she told me the blender is down (suuure it is) like if you hate your job find a career somewhere else. not stopping here again

Loved coming here, close to work, good coffee, until I tried to substitute soy and got huge chunks in the bottom of my iced drink. I nicely mentioned it to the cashier the next time (glasses and huge holes in her ears) I didnt ask for a remake and she just told me its normal with soy milk. Went again and tried the soy milk again but its disgusting having an iced coffee with chunks at the bottom regardless if its normal for soy to do that, she even argued with me and told me to get my coffee elsewhere. Very poor customer service and quality if you think its okay to serve chunky drinks. Gross.

I usually stop at this coffee shop every once in a while, early in the morning around 6am because its convenient and on my way to work. The same girl (has dyed blue or purple hair) who always works that shift is never really welcoming but i never had issues, Im just there for coffee. Until this morning i got something for the first time there, a white mocha frappe. she seemed irritated after i gave her my drink order, then when she handed it to me, she said i hate making these drinks not in a funny way either, i paid her, then she slammed her window so hard it didnt even close, it bounced back open. i will not be getting coffee here anymore. i have never encountered such horrible customer service at a coffee hut before.

I went to this location today. The native worker cussed at me because she messed up my order. Then when I finished my drink there was a ice cube that took up half the cup I’m sure she did it on purpose. The owner is so sweet but she needs new workers. I’ll never come here again and I used to come everyday before because it’s right next to my office building.

Called twice to get a gift card and left voice mail two times asked them to pls call back and cricket. Nothing how hard is it to call back????

I go here at least a few times a week because its close to my house, normally i have no issues, until this morning. i ordered my normal and ordered my daughter a kids cotton candy Italian soda. i made sure to say NO REDBULL . well the native girl added redbull (i found out because my daughter tasted it and said it tasted funny) and when i kindly asked her to make a new one because i asked for no redbull, she caught an attitude pretty much shoved the new one in my hand and slammed the window closed. SHE got the drink wrong, couldve given my daughter a heart attack but yet got an attitude with me! Completely rude and unprofessional!!

Whenever I get over that way I make a point of stopping for a Latte, whatever beans they use, their coffee is great.

Good coffee! They dont take take credit card which I think is kind of bizarre. If they ever start taking card I will probably make this a staple of my morning commute. However, they have cute names for their drinks with delicious and new syrup combinations. Also, the barista was kind enough to let me keep the drink after I didnt have cash when I visited.

This lady that work there is so grumpy she dont like to make blend drinks so why working there this is the 3 time this happen to me i dont gonna go there no more
