COVID business restrictions probably had a huge impact on this store. There is a fraction of the merchandise than was there before. Items from back to school and fall 2020 still out for full price for summer 2021.This used to be such a fresh, fun, chain.

Sometimes they close the store early, don’t greet, and just hang out when the store is a mess. They always answer all my questions though!

This use to be one of my favorite stores! Now i don’t think so. I walked in and all the workers were on their phones... not one of them said hi or welcome I walked around for a 5 minutes and nobody did anything. The store was so empty it didn’t even look the same as before. Everything was a mess..

Worst customer service ever! The managers don’t even know what they are doing, it’s as if they let a bunch of unprofessional teenagers run the store. The employees were awkward and not helpful at all with any of my questions.

My wife tried to return something with the receipt and the tag, the manager Kylie was very rude and made sure to let us know she wouldn’t be taking it back. I’ve been shopping there since I was 14 and I even worked there when I was 16 and 31 years old now. I’m done with the store .i have spent Thousands of dollars there and countless hours throughout my life and have never been treated as rude for a $20 purchase. It cost me the same in gas to get there LOL LOL thanks PacSun you’ve lost a loyal customer Due to the rude management there.
