I went in there less than 5 minutes ago to purchase a handbag. Its my day off and I paint landscapes for a living, of course Im going to have some paint here and there on my clothing. The 3 employees stood at the counter making snide remarks about my appearance. I am incredibly disappointed that such a high quality brand would hire such low quality people.

The sales people were very nice and helpful. I needed to do an exchange and they made it easy.

The manager was so helpful to me when I was trying to find a gift for my wife! 10/10 would shop for again! Ask for Michelle!

Always a great experience at MK. Didnt purchase anything this time but the staff was wonderful and they where great with my kids. Even though my little one was knocking all the boots down.

Was there today for the first time. I walked in as the other customers walked out wanted to know about adding to my MK purse and the 5 workers where too busy talking with eachother in the middle of the store to bother even seeing that I was intrested in the Scorpio add on so I had to get loud and asked how much it was. And even then none of the girls walked all the way over to me and quoted 83.oo I thought not for this price nore this service. Come to find out on MK line its 38 bucks hahah. These ppl may want to re.higher competent workers.
