Even though they advertise that they fix laptops and computers, they don’t. The site will allow you to book an appointment but when you arrive is when you will find out you wasted your time.

If youre looking for screen protection and replacement then consider CPR Cell Phone Repair. The installation will take about 30 minutes for a screen protection. Before you leave make sure the employee understands what you need fixed. My wife dropped off her iPhone and instead of having the shattered screen replaced the employee replaced the screen protection. They did a great job fixing my screen, super fast and efficient. I wasnt sure I wanted to bring it here based on the reviews but a lot of them arent even about the service provided so I took it with a grain of salt. Super fast and not very expensive.

Even though they broke my screen trying to put it on($60 P.O.S glass protective screen)and have to wait to November to get the new deal protective screen, the customer service was beautiful and how the management took care of me.! Thank you guys!

Rip off! Cheaper to order off Amazon! Went to have my temper glass face cover replaced on my Google Pixel 1 phone for the second time and they wanted to charge $7 dollars I guess to install it?. It was suppose to have lifetime warranty. False advertising, cheaper to purchase on line (Amazon $2.50 free shipping) and have your cell company place it on for free.

On 6/11/17 I got a new phone and GCI recommended zagg screen protectors so I immediately went to the kiosk. I was told they were sold out of the specific protector for my phone. The girl working there suggested I prepay for the protector, get put on a list and I would be called on Wednesday when the new shipment came in. I followed her suggestion, prepaid and was put on a waiting list. She set up an account for me and told me I did not need a paper receipt that the text message I recieved from Zagg would suffice. (Believing that was my mistake) Wednesday comes and goes no phone call. Thursday evening still no phone call, I call the company and am informed they recieved a shipment and there are plenty, was told to come on in and so I did that. When I arrive they were helping a gentleman who just purchased the same protector I need. When it comes my turn the young man informs me he just sold the last one to the man in front if me. I explain how I prepaid and was promised a phone call when the shipment arrived. He apologizes and takes my contact info yet again and promises to call me for sure this time when the protectors arrive. This happens again no phone call told to come in and when I arrive they have no protectors. So I wait for a phone call, no calls. Today 7/7 I go in to get either my protector or a refund. No surprise they have no protectors for my phone in. I am informed they can get again put me on the special order list and wait to be called. I tell them I am not satisfied with that solution as it has almost been a month and its the same story every time. They then try to look up the transaction using my name, phone number email etc with no luck. (I provided all of this during the first transaction) They inform me without a paper receipt I can not get a refund. I call the employees supervisor who tells me the same thing. I express my frustrations to him and explain the whole senerio yet again. He tells me he had called everyone on the special order personally when they recieved the shipments(multiple shipments). I repeat I have not recieved any phone calls and he insist if I had placed a special order I would have recieved a phone call. I then offer to get him copies of my call log from my cell phone provider which seems to put an end to that. He then suggests I have them try to look me up again. I go back to the kiosk, no luck finding me or my transaction. After a few minutes the supervisor calls the employee back and tells him to give me a refund as he has found the page where my name was written for the special order.Employee apologized but the supervisor didnt have anything to say as to the failures on their side of the transaction, my waste of time and gas.I am extremely dissatisfied with this company.

I was Able to get a Screen Protector for my iPhone X and they installed it for me as well...thats pretty nice considering its always a Given that Youll get Air Bubbles or Not Alling it correctly.

Bought a plastic shield, which cracked within a month. Warranty wasnt honored, so I bought a glass screen protector, which cracked within 10 days. They wanted to put me on a wait list to replace it, with a $10 surcharge. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Went there to get a replacement screen protector for my phone. Once the person was done replacing, I noticed that the screen protector was tilted, this impurity was annoying, I took it back and asked the women at the kiosk if she could redo it. She told me that she needed an extra $10 to fix it after I had just got my old one replaced. This was by far my worst experience with Zagg. Messed up.
Unprofessional. Lady had her headphones in didn’t hear a word I said. After the third time.

Waiting for half an hour just to get my screen protector fixed. I ended up leaving because I had better things to do than waste my time standing in front of a kiosk.
You guys shouldn’t have a phone number if all you do it let the phone ring and not answer.
