Im SUPER HAPPY & EXCITED we finally have a Party City here in town!!! They have so much to offer at a great price! There is a grand variety of all of your needs, much of which I have yet to see here in town. The store is easy to navigate and the staff are friendly and helpful. They take you to whatever you are looking for, instead of just pointing you to a general direction.

Top notch customer service. I love the new store, it’s huge and so many options for party supplies. I also thought the prices were low and very reasonable. The staff who helped with my balloon arch did a great job, and were genuinely helpful with my last minute requests.

Easiest way to sum it up? Poor customer service, rude and disorganized staff. Was told over the phone that they didnt have an item without the clerk even looking. After doing an online check the same clerk said they then did have the item. Told me the price and size so I believe they actually did find what I was asking for. Went down to get it and suddenly a different clerk is telling me again they dont have it. After explaining to the clerk and Im assuming manager that the phone clerk had seen and confirmed items for me they said he probably lied to you. Either way this was poorly handled. Then after listening to the manager being very verbally rude and dismissive to the other staff and us they asked us to leave.My advice? Just get your party supplies on Amazon or at Party World.

Nice lookin store. Michaels mezt door had a better selection of wrapping paper than Parry City by far

Horrible customer service. The supervisor rhianna doesnt care to help customers or her coworkers. I voiced my opinion out loud in front of other customers and the lady next me said the same thing happened to her the last time she was in here. They dont take their job very seriously. This store needs new management. When confronting her she w!rude and condescending instead of at least trying to keep her customers happy. She saw that her coworker was in the ba0lloon center busy with and order and other customers where in the store. instead of stepping up and helping she disappears. Its obvious others are in the store and will need to pay. She should of stayed and helped.

Online ordering was a complete nightmare. Waited for a “virtual assistant” for over 20 minutes. Called the Anchorage store directly and they were just as useless.
