I am so impressed with this North Face location! We had Mercedez help us with all of our questions, checking sizes for us and helped us at check out! He was so helpful and kind! In all honesty, he gave the BEST custom service I have ever received! He went well above his job and made sure we had the best experience possible!

This North Face store is one of the reasons I still covet brick-and-mortar shops. The staff here are very helpful. The selection can be limited, especially if you fall into the small and medium sizes, which go fast. However theyre always willing to help you, and most of the staff know a lot about the fabrics and the technical aspects of the clothing. I give them four stars simply because the prices are too high, especially for items that arent made in the USA and therefore risk sweatshop issues and wages.

They like sold out of almost everything with less variety of sizes. and we picked a jacket but it wasnt on sale and they said up stairs was all on sale but ended up not to be

I always like North Face... Good yuppie outdoors clothing. Nothing bad to say about the clothing, however employees need to learn their product. Mind you this is The North Face store in Anchorage... Couldnt tell me what produce would fit my needs after i gave a full run down of requirements ...i ended up finding what I was looking for at REI, it was their jacket. Seemed as though chatting about employee parking was more of a concern than helping clients make a purchase... Mind you this stuff isnt cheap, least a person could get is some attention and someone that knows what they are talking about.

The store contains all possible assortments produced by the North Face. Sellers are not intrusive, but will patiently show you every product. This is one of the biggest stores of this brand in which I was. Unfortunately only new models are represented.

The associates were great and very knowledgeable. The store is two floors! Huge selection of sizes and colors for most of the products. Very clean store. Will shop here again when I’m in town.
