We recenlty used K&W for a major kitchen remodel. We LOVE our new kitchen! They did a wonderful job and I was very impressed with the quality of their subcontractors. Everyone who entered our home was respectful and professional. Morgan took my vision and made it better. The end result is a gorgeous kitchen designed to compliment our lifestyle.

John is an extremely skilled project manager who is wonderful to work with. He was always on top of all of the details of our project. We could not be happier with the results!

Morgan was wonderfully professional and thorough. She had great ideas and helped me select a beautiful quartz countertops and tile backsplash. She was very knowledgeable about all phases of the project. The entire team of craftsmen were top notch. I highly recommend K&W.

We highly recommend K&W! They remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago and had the bathroom planned at that time, but had to put it off. So we were able to have them remodel the bathroom this year. We worked with Morgan and were very pleased with everything she helped us pick out. All the contractors that they use are very professional and friendly. Johns right-hand man, Monty, is terrific! They made sure that we were completely satisfied and happy with the work they did before we signed off on it.

We had a great experience with K&W, designer Morgan Rogers and PM John. We did a full kitchen remodel, as well as an update of our powder room and fireplace. Morgan was wonderful to work with, she took the time to interpret (and improve upon) the ideas we had, ultimately resulting in a design that exceeded our expectations.

We are in the process of designing our newly built home and chose indoor flooring and tile features through K&W Interiors. Nicole Van Vleet has been our Designer since we started, and she is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting us with the flooring and tile features, and was great at providing all sample ideas and pairing them for what the overall feature would look like. Very impressed with how responsive she has been along the way, and keeping us up to date regarding materials being ordered. We had picked out our kitchen/master bathroom countertops elsewhere, and Nicole was able to pull those samples so we could tie all of our selections together. Definitely recommend Nicole and K&W Interiors!

I’m always apprehensive when entering a buyer/salesperson situation. I don’t like to be sold/pressured to buy or choose something that I don’t like. While having our new home built we were sent to K&W to pick out many of the interior features such as flooring, tub/shower surrounds, backsplash and fireplace accents. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with the interior design specialist Nicole. She was so easy to work with. Right away she listened to our ideas and price point. From beginning to end she kept all of this in mind and put together wonderful options for us to choose from. When building a new home and selling a current home things can become stressful but every time we met with Nicole she created an environment where it was easy to relax and enjoy the experience of choosing everything without going outside of our budget. Anytime I started to question our selections she was always willing to meet and double check to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything that we had selected. We felt that she was knowledgeable in all areas of current trends, installation, pricing and quality of products. I would highly recommend Nicole and K&W.

We worked with K&W on a major remodel of our kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area. This included flooring, tile, paint, cabinets, plumbing - the works! Not only is the team a pleasure to work with (John is beyond amazing, and Amber our decorator listened to our needs and worked to match our style perfectly), but the execution was ON TIME and ON BUDGET - even during Spring/early Summer 2020 and COVID. I have now recommended multiple friends to K&W without any hesitation.

We used K&W interiors for the very first remodel we have ever done. We were absolute novices and really needed some solid guidance for the entire process. We absolutely got that from K&W! Karie Lynn Fordt was SUCH a patient and amazing designer. She listened to what we wanted and the end result was even better than we hoped for! John Stiner was equally amazing as overall project manager, as was Monty as construction manager. We felt as if everyone really cared about getting us the kitchen we were looking for. On top of that, we were very pleased the contractors that came in and out of our house during the renovation. Pleasant, professional, and excellent work! The cherry on top was the fact that our entire remodel was done during COVID-19 issues, yet everyone remained flexible and professional. We are extremely happy with our remodel and will definitely be contacting K&W for the next project!

We contracted with the company to enlarge our master shower. While they created a beautiful design that addressed what we wanted, we could not justify the cost the project turned out to be. K W worked with us to make sure both parities left on good terms. They are a business of integrity.

We recently had two bathrooms completely remodeled by K&W Interiors. The entire process, from initial design to completion, was carried out professionally, artistically, and efficiently. The initial phase, with designer Kyla Moser, provided the groundwork for all that was to follow. She was wonderful to work with, and steered us toward colors, textures, high-quality products, and a “look” that she intuitively knew would work for each of us, our budget, and the overall size and feel of our home. The design schematics she provided helped us see in detail how all would fit together. As we are advancing in age, attention was given to appropriate, well designed safety features such as grab bars and a curbless shower. Superintendent John Stiner and his assistant Matt oversaw the completion of the work and assured our satisfaction. We were notified in advance of exactly when workers would arrive and what they would be doing – all the way from dismantling of the old bathrooms to final walkthrough. The workers and subcontractors were unfailingly friendly and gave us a high-quality finished product. The end result is that we each have a bathroom that is a perfect “fit.” Both are spa-like: mine with a soft, calming quality, and my husband’s with a masculine efficiency.

This was our third time to use the services of K & W Interiors. They previously installed wood flooring and remodeled our master bathroom. This time we updated our kitchen with new counters, backsplash and sink. We’ve learned not to be in a hurry when doing remodeling. It takes time to plan, measure, select materials, order them, receive them, schedule the work and complete the work. It took a couple of months to get the preparation work done, but the actual install was only four days. And we’re very happy with the end result.We like to use the services of K&W because they carry quality products that look great and last a long time. Their contractors are skilled, friendly and easy to work with. We have an idea of what we want, but the choices are overwhelming. Our K&W consultant helped us narrow down the choices to what would work and let us choose with confidence knowing that it would look great.There are cheaper options if you want to save some money, but we feel like you get what you pay for and we’d rather our house reflect that.

One of the most costliest place in the town. Lack of material, high price, inefficient customer service. No price tag on the product, no product catalog, make the choice not only difficult but also wasting the time in selection. If you have a project please go to other shops in town get a better quote on product. The installation price quote is also too high to accept.

K&W started out feeling like a great choice, the were attentive and thoughtful during the estimating and design phase and had many of the high quality products I liked. So, although their bid was highest of all the others (by far), I was assured they could meet my schedule to complete my flooring job by mid-May (and this was very important to me). Unfortunately, once they got in, it seemed like everything they installed had something go wrong or they damaged something else in my home. They did step up to the plate and try to make it right by fixing it but in the end the job wasnt finished until mid-July. A 3 week job turned into a 3 month job!The wood flooring and installation work was great. However, the flooring I chose in one room was a slate tile and it was installed in a manner that left large unevenness between tiles. Understanding slate is not exactly even like ceramic tile, some variation is expected but this was extreme to the point of having 1/4 and higher trip hazards everywhere and full side/edges of the tile above the one next to it. I communicated this concern as it was going in, but no change was made before grouting was done. They fixed it by chipping off the corners of the slate leaving it with a damaged appearance. There were several areas of carpet that were not secured down and although they came back to fix it, it is now already coming up again!Overall the communication between the two project managers I had was horrible. I would call one and the other would respond several days later and my message would get only partially communicated to the other. By the time they responded, often it was mis-communicated and too late such that the subcontractor had already completed the work I had concerns about. I was told things during the estimation phase of work, that led me to believe they were doing certain things differently/higher quality than would be typical, and that was part of the reason for higher cost, and then in the end they did the typical approach anyway.One redeeming factor is that they always admitted to their screw ups each time and tried to rectify it. When they damaged my countertop laminate, they replaced it. Although, if I had had more time I would have chosen something different--something that better matched my new décor. I was given 3 choices and a couple days to make a decision on it. It is no worse than the one I had, though.All in all, in the end I think the work done in my home was an overall improvement and I really like the styles, materials, colors, and design. I will get used to the damaged appearance of the slate in time. My biggest disappointment is that I feel like I was ripped off. I thought I was paying a higher price than the competition in exchange for higher quality work that would meet my schedule and I wouldnt have to deal with the headaches of managing multiple subcontractors. I didnt get that at all.
