Designed to be fast and hassle-free, this Jiffy Lube on Tudor Road goes above and beyond with outs customer service. They provide a good overview of your vehicle and offer all kinds of add-on services that ultimately keep you on the road longer. Some folks dislike the upselling, but I’ve always felt like it was a no-pressure setting that goes above and beyond. Joe is the manager (I think) and he’s really great.

I used to go here for years and was very happy with the service. Today I sat there for 15 minutes with no help, then a lady pulls up next to me and gets service immediately. Absolutely BS in my book.Apparently you must wear a bra to get serviced now.

They change your oil, tires, etc., all at a good speed.

Oil change, very nice staff, found back light out, but when new one didnt work removed and referred me to mechanic as was a fuse issue. No charge for this. Nice waiting room with free coffee

The line was a 1.5 hour wait, no appointments possible, and pretty over the top in pricing. I chose to save both time and money by going home and doing it myself. They were nice people though.

A little spendy, but always receive great service. Was able to get my oil changed and spark plugs redone in the same visit.

No problem with the oil change, however...Service tech disconnected glove compartment damper while accessing the cabin filterI paid for the premium ultra service that included vacuuming floors in the vehicle which didnt happen. I will return to have it checked out.

There work and customer service were good, but the prices were pretty ghastly.

Jiffy Lube does more than oil changes. Every season I get my tires balanced here and its done in minutes. I highly suggest these guys because theyre working hard to help you. Be straight with them and tell them what you need.If this review was helpful please click the Like button.

If you need work on your car other than an Oil change.. This is the place to go. Ask for Fred, hes an awesome mechanic and is very good at his job. Especially at handling more mechanical issues. Javier, Joe, and some other names I didnt get all do a great job. Just make sure you get their early for more detailed mechanical things that need to be done. And they deserve not only the acknowledgement but a raise too!

Never again.! brought my bmw here to get an oil change and after a day my bmw starts throwing error codes and took it to an inlaw to diagnose the problem and looks like they didnt put back all the rubber seal on my filter cap, my bmw was not filtering the oil properly thats why it failed and threw a bunch of codes.

Had front and rear differential oil changed and brake fluid flush. Service was done in fair amount of time especially since there was a wait of about 45 minutes to get into a bay. Staff was friendly.

The staff are very nice and friendly and informed me of any changes to my service as they came up.

We received fast, friendly support. We highly recommend this location.

What fluids are considered courtesy? Today youre losing a star because Im still sitting at your location in my because you didnt find it a need to tell me that they didnt have my filter. Also I told them to do the $89 oil change and they did the $109 instead. I did pay for it and its been an half and forty-five minutes and counting. Im still sitting here. I just had to ask the guy if they were going to take off the fee for coolant since I was communicated with. He said he would find out.

I went to these guys back in September-ish for an oil change, and they did an inspection on my vehicle. In the process, they let me know my front and back brake systems were badly worn. I didnt go back to them to replace the brakes, because they were simple enough to do myself, but in the subsequent months there were many cases in which I thought to myself Thank goodness I replaced my brake pads and adjusted my back rotors. They may not have done the service themselves, but the heads up they gave me that I had the problem has likely saved my life. Thanks for looking out for me!

They actually cleaned the windows at this location and were quick with the oil change!

I have been coming here last 3 years for my vehicles. They are always very helpful and honest. Once I had a flat tire and stopped by when they were closing and they still helped me fill it up so I could get home and told me to come back in the morning and he could have me to work on time. I came back the next morning and he was there waiting to repair the tire. Always a pleasure coming here. Guy in charge always explains what they are doing to your vehicle and never tries to get you to replace things you don’t need.

I can’t say iv had a better experience anywhere. Such helpful friendly staff. I felt like they went above and beyond, were so honest and helpful. They give 5* service, but do not overcharge. Whoever hires and trains, props to you so much!! This is my 6th time at this location.

The service stations are a great choice to get your oil changed and any other minor services like light bulb changes and new air filters, Etc. I recommend them for these services without question. Even when they are busy, they see you quickly and will make sure your place in line is respected and make sure that you have all of the services that you have requested. They also go through any recommended checks or Services based on the manufacturers recommendations. And they seem to be honest about whats needed immediately and what could be done at subsequent visits if money is an issue

Had a tire change over done very quickly! Another customer and I had the same name and was charged for their work but it was noticed immediately by the crew and solved just as fast. Coming back for sure!

Great customer service

Half a year ago my mother took her car into this place they did not top the oil off they did not change the air filter they didnt do half the stuff they were supposed to do and then when my mother came back and complained to get the job done and right this time they super glued her oil stick in the tube we did not find this out until now when we went to go check the oil I will be trying to get a hold of them and if they dont fix it well be pressing charges beware due oil yourself dont take it to these people!!!!

This location on Tudor is disappointingly slow. Ive come here twice, and both times its taken at least half an hour just to get checked in (and not because they were busy with lots of cars). The first time, I waited in the lobby for them to finish the oil change, and it took about 2 hours total. This last time, there was one other customer, and we both had to wait way too long just to check in. We also both apparently had leaky radiator caps - she got hers replaced, but I thought it was suspicious my car was having the same problem, so said no thanks (if my car catches on fire before my next service, Ill up my rating to 3 stars).Ive been to other locations where they walk you from your car to their computer, and start checking you in immediately - 3 guys are already starting with inspecting the car and getting it ready for its oil change before you even get out of the car. The air is buzzing with work being done quickly and without hesitation (perhaps to a fault).This Tutor location deserves to have the word Jiffy removed from its name due to their slow service. I wont be going back to Lube again.---------------A couple months later now, and tried the Bragaw location. Quick and efficient service, and courteous staff. 20 minutes from arrival until I drove away. They thought the radiator cap looked fine, too. A few miles out of my way, but the extra time driving is nothing compared to the hours waiting at the Tudor location.

I would strongly recommend going to this jiffy lube, not only is the staff so sweet. The management is impeccable. I went in for a tire change, not only did they get me in a timely manner. They also walked me out to my car.unfortunately the next day, I had a flat tire. So I called Jiffy lube, and explained that I was just in yesterday and my tire is now flat. The manager helped me put the donut on my car, and go me into the shop that day to repair my tire. Luckily, it was just a nail in my tire.This is a smoothly run Jiffy lube, and you can really tell the staff respects their boss. I really felt like I could trust the work they did on my vehicle.They also give a military discount!

Been going to this Jiffy Lube for the last 8 years and never had a complaint. Fast, affordable, intelligent staff. Reasonable pricing and free coffee inside the waiting room. Definitely recommended.

I was shown amazing customer service by Denton and the crew here. After not driving my truck for a while this winter, I noticed that it was leaking a little bit of oil from the oil filter housing. I took it in, they got it in immediately and even though it had been months since my last oil change (which was at this Jiffy Lube), completely took care of it, went out of their way to find and solve the problem for free, helped me understand the process, and were very kind. You literally could not ask for better customer service in this scenario.

Quick and easy. But they try to contact you into stuff you dont really need. I went in for an oil change and was offered an oil change and then something else for my engine and then some $200+ thing for my transmission that I dont need.

I dont mind waiting if I need to. But when you said it would be 45 minutes and were still here 3 hours later and you started working on cars that came after us before you even pull ours in Im past trying to be reasonable. Seriously. They said wed be out in 45 minutes and weve been here 3+ hours.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I brought my wifes car in for a service. They left an air filter box open which I caught 2 weeks later when I returned home. Then when its due for service again before I can bring it back in the engine loses oil pressure. I remove the oil filter and drain the oil. I find lots metal in the filter. Then I find 1/2 the old filter installed still allowing the oil to bypass the filter and not get filtered. When I stopped in to talk to them about it the store manager Denton nice guy informed me corporate was not in until Tuesday at noon. Well today comes around and corporate says they will not stand by their shoddy work. They will not correct the situation even after I offered to help with some of the bill. I WILL NOT EVER BRING ANY VEHICLE OR COMPANY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN!!

My tire had a slow leak and only an hour to get it fixed in-between clients today.The mechanics met me at the garage door, got me in immediately and fixed it on the spot.Waiting area had wi-Fi, coffee and was well kept.Great location and service.

Absolutely no acknowledgement from the front deck receptionist when I walked in the door as a new customer..so I called Meineke about my issue and they were very very helpful..do not go to Jiffy Lube on Tudor road u will not recieve any customer service.

Friendly staff they do a good job. Prices could be better. Its difficult to get excited about getting your oil changed but this is as close as it can be.

Just lost my daughter as a future customer. She is 16 and took her own car in for an oil change. After all the up charges she walks out with over $100 in charges. Really Jiffy Lube? Way to go, shell never be back. Sorry business practice to take advantage of people. Lesson learned, be on the look out for opportunistic swindlers and stay away from Jiffy Lube.

The service was great, but I got a quote over the phone, I stated that I had a 6 cylender car when I got there the price had changed, he said that was for a 4 cylender, also he said I could get a 10% discount, he gave me a 5%, make sure you have some way to witness the quotes over the phone!!!!

Management and employees are lazy at this location, theyd rather say we are busy and we cant see anyone from the outside (they meet you outside) but if you walk inside they are all of a sudden free to help because you can see them all standing around including their manager. Lazy employees = Lazy mechanical work.

My husband took our F-150 for a regular oil change to the location on Tudor. When he left the truck vibrated driving down the road and idled very roughly. He promptly turned around and took it back. They denied it was anything they did. Saying that when the air filter was changed it might have bumped a valve. They also said he had a leak and needed to get it fixed. I took it somewhere else and they checked the oil which showed about 7 times more full than it should be. I am paying for another oil change and service just to make sure no permanent damage was caused. We will never go back!

Super service friendly staff

Jiffy Lube double charged my wife for a tire changeover. It was confusing for Jiffy Lube because she brought winter tires and additional rims in the vehicle. They didnt do any changeover on the summer tires that came off of the vehicle, but somehow they convinced my wife that they did double the work. She argued with the front counter for a few minutes, but gave in.

The only place I go to get my oil changed.

Went there several times. The place isnt bad but last time I went for service it took them too long doing just a basic oil change and tire rotation.

Courteous Staff, they explained my vehicles issues and did not push me into buying items they said my van needed.

If I could rate 0 stars I would it took an hour and a half for an oil change and brakes on one wheel I was the only customer at the time as well the manager tried to get me to pay him cash for the brakes will not be coming back here.

I came for an oil change and left out with no heat. When i came in my heater was working in my car. Left out with none.They didnt even tell me what happened or even a heads up 😒

The service was great and fast!!

Piss poor job. Had a radiator flush through them and they broke both the hose clamps and didnt tell me. Theh used regular hose clamps and my radiator house constantly dripped. Rather change my oil even when it 40 below then go to them again.

Area is a little shady, but employees are nice and the service was fast. The price of the oil change was 109$ for full synthetic.
