Horrible customer service.Never answers emails, I was told if the boots were not what I wanted I could send them back and get a full refund.I sent the boots back and was never issued a refund!! They have the boots and my money - over $600.00.Do not buy from this company!After several emails, I have had enough.I would NEVER recommend this company. The customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.If I could give negative stars I would.
