I have done business with Mike and company for many years. I recently took a damaged prop in for repairs and had them repair it. At that time, I also asked for a new prop as a spare and purchased what they gave me off the shelf. I put the new prop on my boat and immediately found it to be the wrong pitch. I immediately returned it to them in new condition and asked to exchange for the correct pitch prop. they refused to do so.It is a sad day when you wont stand behind your mistakes and do the right thing for your customers. I am extremely disappointed in their decision and will not use or recommend their services again.
