I bought two mattresses for my daughters daybed. I picked out two white mattresses. But one of the ones I purchased was nearly black when I unrolled it at home. I called the store a few times. The first time I left a message, I only received a return message that If I was given the wrong mattress.... Um, I ordered a white mattress and got a black one, so yeah, its the wrong one. For the second call, I spoke to someone there, who said they needed to talk to their manager and would call me back. Six days later and no call back, I called again, only to be told that I received the same mattress that I ordered. My complaint is not something subjective, like the one I received is firmer than the one I ordered. Its black and white, literally. I got a black mattress and ordered a white one. They refused to help in any way.

Always have had good service with these guys, not a fan of any manufacturer warranty but I wont take that out on Mattress Ranch. They have a good 20 day coverage with the purchase of a protective cover though and thats a great investment. They have a delivery service but I try to not spend extra when I can so they provided the twine and the rest was my own handy work 😜 I made it home without it budging an inch, so I am super happy.

This place was a godsend since I am new to the area and needed a bed right away. Plenty in stock and small enough to fit 2 twins in the car. The saleswoman was good at her job and really nice.

Not happy at all. 3 warranty exchanges. They changed the design of my original purchase. Removing the edge support and the coil support on the bottom of the mattress. It’s very uncomfortable compared to my original purchase. Unfortunately my original purchase was defective. Now I’m stuck with a poor quality mattress. I will never shop here again.

Good pricing but upsell was a bit much and mattress protectors way too much....

A for sure 5 star experience. Told them what I needed and they made it happen. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they even loaded it up on my truck for me. I will defantly go back when I need another matress.

Compared to any of the other places in town they have an excellent selection at lower prices and could deliver faster. I still think their prices are a little high, but $1200 compared to the $8000 for roughly the same thing elsewhere is pretty good.

I bought a new mattress back in June, but because of a Covid scare and some other things going on in my life, didn’t get it delivered until about 10 days ago. As time went by over the summer, I started worrying the mattress I bought might be too hard, so went back to the store two more times to test it out. Every time, the salespeople were patient and kind and showed me alternatives. I finally decided to go for it and get it delivered, and have to say it’s the perfect mattress. Not too hard, not too soft. Thanks to everyone in the store and the delivery team, who were also wonderful. All around a great experience.

I love mattress ranch. Prices for beds are better here than anywhere else. Very great place to get a mattress. The workers are very welcoming and know so much about mattresses and help you to find the mattress you need. Im glad I bought my mattress here it is very comfortable and affordable. Unlike other mattress stores Mattress Ranch workers welcome you as soon as you walk into the store and they ask you questions about what youre looking for and are very knowledgeable about mattresses and are very polite.

I got the hybrid firm matress for $499.00 its oka and better than the memory foam that i had (its more for back sleeping) but the hybrid will do for now. Im glad I have a thick matress topper. Next time Ill not get a bed in a box and already eyeing the $900 dollar one.

Kristy is the best! She took over an hour helping us pick a bed. It was made more difficult because hubby wanted super firm and I wanted super soft. Kristy was amazing and helped us pick a mattress that was good for both of us. BEST SLEEP IN A LONG TIME!!! KRISTY ROCKS!!!!

Honest people here and really super helpful to finding a new bed. Highly suggest checking them out first before you go anywhere else because you might actually end up buying from them first.

Have been buying our mattresses from Mattress Ranch for years now. This last purchase was spectacular. Went in a week ago and spoke to salesman Alex. Told Alex that we had purchased a mattress from them 3 years ago. Instead of just selling us a new mattress Alex told us about our warranty on our old mattress. He gave us paperwork to contact the manufacturer. We followed all the instructions and sent the paperwork and pictures in. 4 days later we were approved for a new mattress! So today we went in and spoke to salesman J.C. (Alex was off) and pick out a new mattress! This is why we go back to Mattress Ranch, excellent customer service! Thanks Alex and J.C. 👍👍👍👍

Ive gotten my kids beds from here, 3 in the last year. I love the not pushy service, but if I have a question they are right there to help. Quick in and out when I know what I want and its in stock, so take it home right then.

Horrible mattresses horrible return policy.

I absolutely loved how quick and efficient they are. Took me 20 minutes tops to stop in, order, pay, and drive around back and pick up my mattress frame. Will definitely consider them first when shopping the mattress department. They are a little higher on the cost side compared to other furniture stores in town, but Time is more precious to me than money(not that Im not on a budget), so I gladly paid the higher price.

It reminds me of Als Toy Barn from the film Toy Story 2. Ive been sleeping on one of their mattresses for a year and Im still pleased.

Bought a Queen bed & box spring, said they would have it to n a week, two weeks later I called them, they didn’t bother calling me, they didn’t have mattres and said it was discontinued, now they have my money and WE have been sleeping on the floor, I’m 71 years old, please HELP US, Please. Bed didnt make it a month before it had a canyon of a dip where i sleep and i tried to return it after a month and the said they do not refund for dips in the mattress. I paid over 1000 dollars for 1 month of horrible sleep. It felt great in the showroom but sure did not hold up when i got it home. Customer service and return policy is horrible. Any promises they make get it in writing. Do not buy this knockoff garbage. I was so upset i got robbed by this place.

GREAT SERVICE. We got a mattress, mattress cover, 2 sets of sheets and 2 special cooling pillows for under our budget. The lady was helpful, friendly and very patient as we had our 3 toddlers with us.We have been sleeping well rested and waking up without aches and pains for the past week now.

I bought one of their mattresses brand new 2 years ago for 750$. After 1 short year the mattress started to cave in on itself. Very disappointed. You get the best deal cause it’s the least quality. Save your money go somewhere else. I finally bought a new mattress after sleeping on that mattress and my back hasn’t thanks me more. DONT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES!!!! It’s cheap but it taxes you’ll have to buy a replacement shortly after purchase.

Just got off the phone with one of their reps (Deon). Not the most professional and very argumentative for no reason. I called asking about a low profile box spring for my sleep number bed and inquired if the box spring was a solid slate without gaps. He instantly tells me there is no such thing and how hes been doing this for years, but I can believe whatever I want. Not the nicest!!!!
