My family ordered an engine for my vehicle and paid about 700 dollars for shipping to our community. The engine came and the shop doing my repairs notified us saying the engine we received was broken and they cant put it in my vehicle. We had delays on both ends but the engine finally got sent back at North West Autos expense. It was confirmed a broken engine and they only reimbursed for the engine cost and NOT the initial 700 shipping.So months later, still no fixed vehicle and Im out 700 bucks.

It riched(reeked) of rubber tires, its a parts shop so of course but it is very nice in the customer service area. Not like a boring ole DMV

I was here with my dad and he was looking for a camper shell and they had one that was the right size and color. With covid they couldnt let us see it inside the yard so they brought it out on a fork lift and the girl driving was smart and asked if we wanted to see it on the truck which we did, dad bought it. We didnt have clamps but the manager was going to let us use some c-clamps which he had for sale, but was just going to let us borrow so we could go get some, but the young lady came out with actual clamps that went with a camper shell so we were good to go. Great business experience.

I submitted a request for a salvage bid and spoke with Mark Wingate, Northwest Auto Parts couldnt take my vehicle due to engine problems, but he personally wrote me an email and gave me 4 different referrals to places that I could try. The next day, I called one of the numbers he gave me and was able to sell it that same day. Ive also purchased a tire from here and had a great experience as well. I will definitely recommend this place to friends/family. Try this place out, even if they cant help you, they might be able to point you in the direction of someone who can!

Tim Osheim is the Hero of the day. I had a flat tire, when I went to get it fixed t I was told it was not my tire that the problem was the rim. They do not carry rims. After calling several places I found my Hero Tim at Northwest Auto Parts. Not just did he have the part he was willing to go above and beyond. He hand carried the rims to my location on his way home from work. It just goes to show, There are still good people around.Northwest Auto you should be proud to have people like Tim working for you. Tim and Shannon and the guy who helped Tim get me the best price and the worker who borrowed me his jackknife so I could get my side mirror that I really wanted off a car in the lot and lending me the equipment to get it off myself because they knew I was trying to keep the price down and I ended up getting a great mirror for 5 times less than I would have gotten at other places I looked. I am a total lemon head when it comes to automobiles and they made me feel like I was important enough to help to get the best deal!!! Thank you!!!

Good value for auto part. And parts parts parts EVERYWHERE!Only suggestion is staff could be more polite and/or patient with customers. Ive bought several items for various vehicles over the years. Sometimes you deal with an awesome sale person. Other times, they are short and clearly have better things to do than sell you auto parts.

Anytime I need a part, this is the first place I try. I love being able to go into the yard and salvage my own parts, which is great when Im trying to find hard to describe parts! Last time I stopped in, I needed a cap for my power steering reservoir. After being bounced from the desk to the guys salvaging parts in the next building and back 4 or 5 times, I finally found someone who was able to help. Despite trying to pay for it several times, they would not take my money.

The parts were in good condition but the staff is rude and impatient. Because we wanted a refund for one the parts, which would’ve took them 2 minutes to fix, we received attitude from the staff and they were impolite and unprofessional with how they dealt with this minor inconvenience.

This an long over due review. I had an autoshop called Big Bear Auto and I used northwest many times. Even in when I was in Bethel they got me a quality used engine with reasonable miles. A little gruff but thats the industry for you. I still call them for stuff I have needed over the years. Well thanks guys for all your help!
