So I called up with questions about my chains snapping and having scary experience with it. Really just looking for help calmly. I believe his name was David. He mentioned he was with a customer I being respectful asked if he would like to call me back. Proceeded to ask me questions then after all the questions said you should be talking to someone else that from the start knew he wasnt the one to talk to. Made me uncomfortable, told him this and asked who if he could direct me to could help. He then hung up, called back again he hung up again. Strange with how calm someone can be and treated so poorly. Business or not big reflection of this guy. Not sure if he appreciates his job, sad Im sure someone else could appreciate it more. Oh well, hopefully whatever is bothering him on a personal level he finds a solution to.

They are great at communicating and providing quotes. Knowledgeable staff and an efficient transaction made it a good experience. Also, the chains they sell are great.

Adjusted a set of chains for my odd size tires

Bonus and we know that the craftsmanship will be top notch!And the customer service is outstanding. In todays world too many companies blame their poor customer service on Covid which is unfortunate.
