Called around to every shop in Anchorage for the Interlock device and Battery Systems of Anchorage had the best prices with the least amount of hassle and I havent been disappointed once. Theyve worked with me many times with my changing schedule and last minute needs, always accommodating and friendly. Installation, calibration and removal were all done quickly and conveniently. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Had to get the Drager Interlock put in my vehicle. The staff here is quick and knowledgeable in what they are doing. They are able to work with you if you live outside of Anchorage, the prices are fair and the staff there is very nice!

So I needed a battery because my car wouldnt start due to the below zero weather we are currently enduring but I could not pick up my battery because I get off at 630 but they closed at 5pm. Took my RV battery in for testing when I suspected it was loosing its mojo. The front desk guy said it would take a day to charge and test a deep cycle battery like mine. He called me back the next day with news that my old battery was performing at 30% of capacity. I asked him for the cost of a replacement and he quoted me $100. When I went to pick up the new battery the price had ballooned to $147 and they couldnt tell me what year it had been made. They didnt charge me for the disposal of the old battery and everyone seemed very friendly but I wont be going back.

Wow. What a shop. I had a REALLY corroded battery that was driving me crazy trying to replace it in this frigid weather. Finally I just got fed up with it and took my car here, after being turned away by several other shops in town. Bryce just took care of me. Had my terminals clean as can be and had the battery in within 10 minutes, and he even charged me MUCH less than he initially indicated that it would be. Forget Napa, Autozone or Batteries+.. from now on I am only going to these guys for my battery related issues. Thank you for the wonderful service guys!

Im glad for their service here, great customer friendly employee services. Called and set up an appointment, everything went great a lot better than the other places I been to before. Im more confident now that I went here to Battery Systems, the companies before werent much of a help just get you in the door and out and pay. This company battery systems I recommend for Dui’rs that need their IDD installed the device is great and simple to use with no humming involved lol!
