Fast and Great Service for Windshield Replacement... Thanks

Arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing the windshield for my SUV and my husbands truck. Also saved a lot of money, by using the Groupon offer. No complaints and highly recommend!

I was really happy with the service at Cascade Auto Glass. I had to ship my car from Alaska to California and needed my windshield fixed at the last minute and Cascade made it super easy. Plus they waved the $100 deductible so it was free. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family, in fact I already have.

The team of professionals came to our home, on time and ready to work. They were personable and polite as well as knowledgeable in their craft.I was very impressed by the efficiency and speed they replaced both windshields as well as their attention to detail.Highly recommend Cascade Auto Glass.

Second time using Cascade in Anchorage. Excellent process of utilizing insurance with the scheduling call. The process was quick. The customer service is stellar. My only reason to not give 5 stars was I noticed after I left the facility, a piece of the roofing material near the windshield had been cut off during installation. It isn’t readily noticeable, and I plan on selling the vehicle anyway.

I called the 800 number and made our appointments (chip repair & windshield replacement) for the following week. I was told the tech had to come to my house & do the work because we have a heated garage (we are in AK and the temps have been between 10-35 degrees). I said okay and that I’d like an hour call out due to the distance of where we live versus where we work. No problem I was told.I called back asking for the first slot of the day (8am) and was told that there were no guarantees but we were the only mobile call out for today. It was told to me that the tech would call or text me to confirm my morning appointment. That should have been my first flag, it wasn’t though because I like to give the benefit of the doubt until proven wrong. I was proven wrong this morning.... it started at 738am when I called to confirm our service and was told that the tech should be on the way by 8 or close to the house by 8, again because we were the only call out.At 9:22am I got a call from the tech saying that he’s be to the house in 15-20minutes.He arrived, was prompt and courteous. I have no complaints regarding his skill set or professionalism.I’m highly disappointed in the lack of communication between the company/tech/me. We wasted (what I feel like is a waste of time and money) 2.5 hours of our morning waiting when we could have dropped the vehicle off at their shop. I just confirmed on their website and no where do I see that they list a local shop (which I now know to be 10-15 minutes from my house). I’ll definitely update my review if my windshield leaks but for the time being I cannot drive it as the glue/sealant needs to cure.I just paid my bill and there’s a mobile service fee too.......that I wasn’t told about.We won’t be using them again. Too many little pieces of info not disclosed.

I can’t find the freaking store! The Groupon gave me the wrong address that it was somewhere on Tudor and C street. And then the GPS map said it was on Old Seward near Mr. Prime Beef, I still cannot find it. There’s no sign to be found! They kept changing their direction. I wasted an hour looking for it and my $60 went down the drain. I’ll just go to Speedy Glass, you cannot miss it.

Cascade came to my rescue this past summer not once but twice. The first time I was pulling out of a driveway and a passing car kicked up a rock and took out a side window, surprisingly they had one in stock and came to my place of work to fix it. Within a month a rock took out my back window, I’m still puzzled over that one, but Cascade went above and beyond customer service and located the window and came out and replaced it the same week instead of my having to wait the expected three weeks for one to be shipped in. Not only all of that but they have a great windshield replacement price. Thanks for the great service.

I have had 7 windshields replaced by themOver a span of 20 yrs in different vehicles. I have NEVER, ever had a leaking windshield! I cannot say that about all the other glass shops I’ve ever used. That’s why I choose Cascade every time!They always do it right !

Fast, came to me at work, and professional. Even talked me out of an inferior car window after I ordered the wrong one. They were in the parking lot already, but wanted me to be happy. No extra charge for the better window or the extra call out.

Found these guys through Groupon. I contacted them for a windshield replacement and was told that it would be 2 weeks until they could perform the replacement at my home. I scheduled with them for that work. They were to be at my house today between 1 and 4. I got a call about 11 a.m. and was told that the technician had gone to pick up my windshield and it was broken. They were going to get a replacement and it would only take between 6 and 8 weeks. (not a typo... 6-8 weeks!!)I called two other local installers and they told me there were many available locally. I have rescheduled with another company and will have my new windshield installed tomorrow at my home! Quite a difference between having to wait one day and 6-8 weeks.If Id been offered the ability to give this review a score of zero stars, I would have done so.

The guys showed up and changed the glass right at my parking spot at work. Price came in $20 cheaper than taking it to another shop in town, and I didnt have to take leave. Highly recommend their service!

I took it into their shop because that is what I prefer to do, but they offered to come right to my home and do it. It took two hours, in and out and done and its still perfect!

Very easy to talk to, waited onsite while front windshield was replaced. Wifi available. Would return if needed for more windshields needed replacement.

I used the coupon out of the value pak mailer for windshield replacement. From the time I called in to windshield replaced was around 48 hours or less. They were professional and stayed on the phone with me and my insurance company. I love my new windshield. The only down part was I forgot to ask for my Don Jose $10 coupons. I am sure if I called they would give them to me but not a huge deal to me. I would use them again as I thought good value for excellent customer service. And this was all before the New Year holiday. Thank you

Received a chip in my windshield driving from Wasilla to Anch. By the time I got to Anch the chip became a crack going from the end of my passenger window to almost the middle of the windshield. Called Cascade, told them make/model of vehicle, they ordered windshield and they came to my residence in Wasilla the next day, no hassle on my end. Would recommend over and over again

Easy process going thru my insurance and saving money on the deductible with a Groupon and they come to you to do the install. Couldn’t ask for more.

I am actually very disappointed with my experience here. The good things-they got me scheduled within a week, and the installation was speedy. The bad things which out weighed the good in my mind- they called me 5 min before my appointment and told me that the windshield I ordered which had a shaded blue brow and no ford symbol ( I specifically did not want this) apparently had been broken and they didn’t have it. I drove from the valley and they called me five minutes from the shop to tell me the new one I would be getting would not meet what I asked for. It’s not like I was gonna drive back to the valley after coming all the way in and I didn’t have time to order one nor did they give me this option at all because I was leaving town within a few days. So now the new windshield I got does not have the shaded brow and it has the ford symbol. It’s really whatever, I mean it’s a new windshield but it’s not what I asked for and nor did they give me options to fix their mistake. The staff was friendly and the service was quick but I was very disappointed and will not be returning my service to them.

I had my back windsheild busted out on a Friday morning. Cascade offered the best deal for installation and I was back in my car by Saturday afternoon. Very Greatful for the quick turn around.
