Very fair price for studded tires. For as busy as they were, I walked in and was able to pay for and have a new set mounted and balanced and on my way in about 45 minutes to an hour. Id say thats pretty good for a walk in. Only complaint is the inside door handle of my truck was black and dirty from the installer when he got in and out of my truck. Just recommend they wear disposable rubber gloves to keep from transferring grease and grime to customers vehicles. Other than that, I will definitely be back for my summer tires.

I didnt know anything about this shop and I stopped in with a bad tire today. They busted it out faster and cheaper than expected with friendly service to boot! I am always going to use them in the future.

On September 24th, 2021, around 9:00am, my moms truck broke down in front of this tire shop. She was heading to this shop since she was experiencing issues with her wipers hoping they could help. However, as she was about to arrive, the engine of the car all of a sudden turned off. My mom tried to call a tow truck to get the car moving out of the way. However, one employee from this shop proceeded to have a nasty, disrespectful, and rude attitude toward her. He was saying you cannot be blocking people coming through, you cannot park here rather than asking what was the problem or asking if she needed help. She was not intentionally parking there. She was not intentionally blocking people. She had her emergency lights on, obviously something was wrong. He continued having an attitude and not listening to what my mom was trying to explain the issue she was having. At one point, he opened her car door without her permission. By this point, my mom had enough and told him if he really had a problem with her, he could either help her out or call the police if he isnt going to help. A different employee from this shop ended up helping her out, which was greatly appreciated, and he was able to move the car out of the way. We did not leave the car there for obvious reasons. Do NOT bother going here.

He title jumped on a vehicle he sold. Cost us $500 for an appraisal and surety bond. Absolutely unbelievable. If he had any idea what he was doing Id say he acted unethically. Dont bother going here. If he refunds me the fees (I have receipts) Ill update this review.

Although they were pretty fast, we had some issues. I requested a tire change over and an oil change. As we left the shop, I could hear knocking in my vehicle. I turned around and went back. I had my 5 month old daughter in the vehicle. We got back to the shop, and I told them I didnt think the lug nuts were tightened. Sure enough, about half were loose. They said theyd have the owner call me back, but never did. Its been almost 2 weeks. Disappointed. For my safety and my childs, I will never return.

These guys are awesome. I blew out a tire on a holiday weekend and they were closing in 10 minutes. Almost everyone was closed and I took a chance calling ahead. Not only did they see me immediately, they gave me a great deal on tires and finished the job within 15 minutes. The experience was so pleasant Ive returned to replace more tires with them

Went to get my tires rebalance and the service was great ! Front desk was very helpful. The mechanic that balance my tires was very helpful as well he even went out of his way to test drive my car to make sure that the work was done correctly definitely will be bringing my car back to the shop!

They overwork the desk lady. There clearly needs to be another helper. At the beginning, I called but she said she would put me on hold. I waited, but called again and no one picked up. So I went in. And she was really busy. I was mad at first. But when I went in, immediately she apologized saying she was bombarded with a full lobby while taking calls. She did eventually help me. It was hard to understand her strong accent. But I like that she didnt forget to look for my tire I needed.

I went to Baltazars tire shop based off of the ratings at the shop! But when they had changed over my Summer tires to Winter tires I immediately noticed circular scratch marks on all 4 of my new rims! I drive a 2018 Jeep! I am very disappointed in the poor work!

Baltazar’s is a great place to get tires and brakes done. Every visit I had, they have done exactly what I have asked. They also bring you into the shop and show you exactly what they will be doing to fix your vehicle. I even get treated with V.I .P service. The owner always comes to me and asked if I need help and what with. The staff is great too. They are patient and address you in a timely manner. Great service all the way around !

Wait times are long and communication could be heavily improved. Service isn’t too bad. But the mechanics don’t take responsibility for their actions if they mess something up.

So last year maybe a year and a half ago I get my tires replaced at Baltazar s mechanic said Fords are made to align them selves out come to find out the owner said thats not true not happybeing lied to about all this.And I asked how are we going to resolve this he said its not up to him or his mechanic and its up to the owner of vehicle to get alignment done.I told the owner when I came in the last time to get my tires done the mechanic said Fords are made to align themselves out, after going in circles for a few minutes he sticks up for his mechanic.I said let me just get studed tires then changed my mind and said all season tires with alignment and later one mechanic came out talked me about disposing my tires I agreed to have them dispose the tires for extra $3 hopefully they get the job done.And no more issues come up but Im not happy on how the owner handled the situation not sure if Ill come back in the future, if my tires and alignment arent done I think all together this will cost me, about $740.

Thought it would be convenient because I recently moved and they are open on Saturday! So I brought my Toyota Tacoma in to change into my all season tires from my winter tires ($100). Well after the change driving 45mph my steering was shaking so bad. Ive never had any vehicle do that. I brought it in the next day and they adjusted the front. Told them Im going to test drive it and it continued. Of course I went during closure. Next day I said to myself, 3rd times a charm to have them fix it. The guy was confident that he fixed it. Driving 50-60 on the highway my steering continued to shake. Im like this is not normal. So I made an appointment elsewhere and voila, tires are back to normal($70). I can safely take my long road trips. I was also informed that Baltazars didnt tighten my lug nuts properly, the guy was unscrewing them by hand. He told me Im happy you are safe and no kids were in your truck with loose lug nuts. Yikes. Sorry Baltazars but you lost my service.

They told me it would be a 2 hour wait to get my tires and and alignment done. An hour later they drove my car into the bay. And an hour after that they said it would be 15 minutes to do the alignment because they were just hooking up the machine. Not too bad though.The mechanic flirting was way too strong and my teenage daughter commented on it. Just ask a girl on a date and get her # gee whiz. Unless your married then you need to.keep the comments to yourself. Driving my car out of the bay myself...not cool.

I had a rough day and needed a couple of lug nut studs replaced on my vehicle. I went in and they were able to get me in and out in under a couple hours despite having quite a few people ahead of me in line. They are kind and very thoughtful. This is probably one of the best experiences Ive had, service-wise, in a long time. I highly recommend them.

Baltazars got me in and out pretty fast. I brout my van down and them change tires over and walked back to my house which is about 1.5 miles would hope to long and got a call saying it was ready. So I drove my car down and left it to have tires changed. Drove van home and wasnt to long and it was ready. Walked down picked up my car and it was $130 which was really decent price. The only thing was when I checked the air pressure in all 8 tires only 1 was at the right pressure, luckily I have air. So that was why they get 5 stars but I would give them 4.75 stars if I could. Ill be back in the fall for sure. Great job overall though.

Very good service!! I totally recommend them!! I went to another tire shop close to the freeway to get my tires balanced before driving out 3 hours on a fishing trip. Had my whole family with me. Only reason I chose them is because they had a gas station. “Kill 2 birds with one stone” They charged me $100 for 4 tires and took an hour and a half. They didn’t even have a waiting area. The tires were worse than when I got there and I almost lost hope when I told them about it and them not being able to get me back on fixing it. Ended up driving off and risking an accident. On the way I saw Balthazar, despite trying to hurry to get going. I tried them out. The customer service was awesome, was half the price, very quick, and was quality work! Hopefully this review makes a difference because this place is definitely worth it!!

Horrible Service. I brought my car there for a tune-up where all fluids should be checked and topped off, which wasn’t done . Fluid life still shows the same as when brought into shop. Also paid for a valve gasket cover due to the claim of one being cracked and causing a leak(no signs of leak or wiped surface where fluids would’ve leaked) yet every bolt to get to the valve cover looked untouched, still covered in dirt and my check engine light is back on. Basically, I believe this shop charged me 600$ to delete error codes and do no actual work. WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR TAKE MY VEHICLES HERE AGAIN

My family and I have come to Your shop for quite some time. It started during Xmas around 8 yrs ago. I came in for a tire repair and was charged only half price because I didn’t have enough cash and my card didn’t work that day. I Was so grateful and have been a loyal customer ever since. We have always been treated well, the employees are very nice and they do a good job. On my last visit I came in to have the air in my tires checked because the air pressure symbol in my truck came on. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Javaugn who is the most pleasant young man. He makes you feel like your the most important customer of the day. On this visit I also had my first bad experience at Balthazar’s. One of the ladies at the counter was going to charge me 70.00 for A 10.00 service. Thank goodness the guy that adjusted my air pressure heard what she said and spoke up. Even after being told what service I had she continued to debate with the other employees like she didn’t believe them. She finally charged me 10.00 . Even though this happened I will still continue to be a customer. People do make mistakes and I am not going to give up a business I can trust with my vehicles over one mistake

A flat tire on the RV could have spelled disaster for our trip. Baltazars was recommended by a friend and we are glad we took their advice. They had us on the road again within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. We would use their services again.

In the morning I discovered I had a slow leak in a tire. I did a quick Google search and Balthazar’s Tire Shop came up highly recommended. I called around and Baltazar’s team said to come on in, no appointment necessary.I arrived and was politely and quickly greeted. There was plenty of safety notices up re COVID protocols. I was made to feel comfortable and within 30 minutes of my arrival the tire was fixed.Professional, efficient, cost effective, and work was guaranteed. I had never been there before but would not hesitate to go back. Very good experience!

Do not get your tires changed here. They will, without talking to you you, put your saftey and you car at risk in the name of Covid and put you high up on the lift while in your car. Theyve been doing this now for 2 seasons and had nothing more than lies and excuses when asked about this pathetic practice of saftey. Osha and the state have been notified.Great way to get an easy medical claim and a new car though.

They put tires on with white lettering to the outside. Never asked if that was what I wanted. Nobody does this! I Asked them to correct this and their response was that I did not specify that I wanted black lettering to the outside and that they would not correct it.So be sure and tell them how you want everything and don’t assume they will do anything normal.Poor rating. I’ll never be back.

This was the first time I used the shop and I was very impressed with the customer service, quality of the work and the speed of the repair. I had brake issues and needed my winter tires put on and Baltazars had everything completed within 2 hours. More importantly, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I went to balthazars to get a front-end alignment also in need of the rear end checked I couldnt start it without putting it in. The mechanic there Eric fixed all of it for me and the price was amazing couldnt beat it wont be going anywhere. also the mechanic the time to explain what he did how he did it and also showed me what he done I trust this business with my truck wont be taking it anywhere else.I went to another place jiffy lube and they looked at my transfer case and said it was just fine didnt need checking or cleaning or new fluid. boywere they wrong in the pictures at the top is a before fluid and after fluid.I highly suggest going to Balthazars.

First time we went here we were getting rid of old tires and the guy took them no charge and told us to come back when we needed tires so we went in to get prices on tires and the lady at the front didn’t act like she wanted to help and had an attitude. Took our business elsewhere. Two stars are only for the guy who helped us the first time we came in.

They had what I needed quoted me a good price....When I went in the showed me several sets all at very good prices and then offered me better tires at an exemplary price. Which I purchased and am extremely happy with my product, service, and instillation. I recommend this business to everyone. Family owned opporated and they make you feel that way.

I went in with some questions about warning messages on my car. They took the time to figure it out, and explain to me what could wait and what was more important to address at that time. Baltazar himself the owner was very involved with customer service as well! Ive been using them for 12+ years on the last 5 or 6 vehicles Ive owned. I want to thank Balthazar’s for all of the hard work during this time of the covid 19 . I respect the help I got while I was there ... it was the end of the day (last hour ) I had just got off work and rushed over ... while I was waiting for them to fix /change out my trailer tire.. another employee was taking a break and was talking to me ... I had asked him since I know you all are about to close and was kinda busy trying to close up .. I wonder if I can also change out one of my tires on my truck while I was waiting also ..? The employee went out and help me with getting the tire size I needed & put it on without no hesitation..:-) ... I was surprised because I know on people break/rest the last thing they will do is help someone else ... it was much appreciated to say the least ... I love the service and will & always go to them for all my tire help ..

I chose this shop because it was right down the street from my house, thinking if I had to walk home while my tires were swapped it wouldn’t be a far walk, plus their facility had just been built this past summer.I came in around 9:40am. Dropped my Toyota tundra off with a complete set of tires and rims ready to bolt of for the winter. I also requested that they be balanced since I had just previously bought the truck and it came with the winter tires and rims, having no idea when they were balanced last I wanted to make sure they were good to go.I received a call 3.5hrs later letting me know my truck was ready to pick up. When I got there I did a quick walk around, not actually thinking there would be anything wrong as I only had rims and tires mounted and balanced. However, I immediately noticed all my tires were flat. Hmmm, well then we’re they even balanced? As I talked with my partner about the issue I was approached by a gentlemen just off his lunch break, he offered to take it back around and air up the tires. I also let him know that I write down and requested balancing. He drove the truck around the back and started to air up the tires. I then went back inside to pay, seeing as I was charged for balancing my tires I told them there was no way they were balanced they’re flat, not even aired up after being put on my truck. The front desk lady went back and asked them to remove all 4 tires and balance them.So, I waited there after waiting hours for them to do the job a second time. And paid $90 to have a set of rims with tires balanced and placed on the truck.As you walk to the front doors you will see a sign that states they are not responsible for theft or damage of vehicles. Very important that this is noted. When I came to pick up my truck, it was sitting in the main parking lot with the doors unlocked and the windows down. May I add there were people everywhere.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get an alignment and balance and they took 2 hours with no other customers there. my complaint is that they didnt even align my wheels now its pulling to the other side with my steering wheel not straight either. quoted me 140 but charged me 175 and ny tires still not balanced. dont waste your time and money with these guys. they wouldnt even explain to me what they did to my truck.

I took my 2002 Ford Escape for them to take off a old tire and put on a new tire on my passenger side, and my waiting time for one tire was about 40 min and they did change over and everything was good and charged me $25 for that, so I figure that was a good price and that was a Friday, so my dilemma now is around 8:30 pm Saturday I notice the same passenger side tire that they did change over was completely flat so I asking myself I took them a brand new tire and why is it getting flat well anyways I put air in it and now it Sunday put full air in it on Saturday night, I wake Sunday morning around 10:30 am, now the same passenger side tire is completely flat, I definitely need you guys to fix this problem I know it not tire because brand new so has to be the person at Baltazar’s that did my tire he or she did not do change over correctly and I really need this fix ASAP please...

Brought my tires in to be switched over, was told that it would only be $65, and that they would fit! great price! Then they put my tires on and when I went to leave the tires were rubbing on my wheel well and my car was shaking. I immediately turned around and they said there was nothing they could do but trade my new studded tires in for another used pair they had for another $100 plus my tires 😫 so all in all they got me for $165 plus my new set of studded tires. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They were going to send me on my way knowing these tires didn’t fit and was going to cause damage to my car. Bad business 😡

Everytime we need work on our tires done Baltazars is where we go. They get the job done fast and without it costing an arm and a leg.I had to update my review and take some stars away. The last time I took my mini van in I had tires done and my oil changed. I usually dont go to them for my oil but thought I would this time since I needed to have my tires put on. For starters they didnt reset my dashboard so it was still saying that my van needed maintenance. Then the guy told my husband that he wasnt quite sure how to put the oil filter on correctly. Turned out he did it wrong and my van was leaking oil big time. I ended up taking it somewhere else and get the leak fixed. Ill still see them for tires and other things but not for an oil change. The heater went out and we had that repaired at the same time and they did a great job with that.

This is a fantastic shop! The owner and crew are excellent at what they do. We unfortunately had an issue with the lift and my Ram Dually. It was a busy Monday but the service was accomodating and efficient. The wait was not as long as I expected. The prices for my tires were very affordable compared to other tire shops around town. I would reccomend Baltazarz to my friends and family.

I will not be going back here for safety purposes. The mechanic Eric allowed me to drive off the lot with loose brake pads and rotors that he just replaced. BACKSTORY: I have a 2007 dodge nitro. Back in 2019 I had my back brake pads & rotos replaced by baltazar. That went great!! No problems. In and out they got the parts I needed quickly. Fast forward to 7/10/2020 I go back because my first experience was good. I had gone in initially for some noises that were not previously there coming from the front end. I would brake and turn my steering wheel and it sounded like a rusty hamster wheel (best explanation I can come up with im not knowledgeable with mechanical problems) Eric looked at it proceeds to tell me this resevoir here-under the car- could be repaired but its not leaking and its full of fluid and starts to jiggle it around. Doesnt bother to tell me what the resevoir is or its purpose so I have no idea to this day what resevoir he was talking about all I know is where it is under the car. So I leave that day and notice some rattling under the front end driving on unsmooth roads and bumps. Almost like something is loose like my suspension is what it sounded like TO ME (again im no mechanic I have no idea) I think nothing of it maybe it was the reservoir he played with rattling around? Im clueless. But I keep an eye on the sounds. As of a few days ago the week of 7/27/2020 I noticed some not so pleasant sounds again when Id brake. It was a very prominent THUNK sound when Id press on the brake pedal. The worse it got it sounded like things were grinding against each other. Especially when Id put my car in reverse it was unbearable to listen to. My gut told me he messed something up or neglected something and it needed to be looked at again. Finally wednesday 7/29/2020 I get off work early enough to get into the shop before they closed. And of course the ONLY MECHANIC they have wasnt there so Eric who originally did the work wasnt there on Wednesday but they looked at it inspected it to make sure it was or wasnt safe for it to be driven and told me if its unsafe to come back the next business day on Thursday 7/30/2020 when Eric WOULD be there. The gentleman (didnt get his name unfortunately) who drove it to the back of the shop said oh! That noise is NOT supposed to be their! Which is exactly why I was upset because I knew in my gut my car couldve potentially been a hazard to myself and anyone on the road. Hour later another gentleman -Jeff- comes to the lobby to tell me my car is good to go its safe to drive. So Im like ok what was wrong? WHEN I TELL YOU I AM ABSOLUTELY FLOORED BY THIS MANS RESPONSE IT IS NO JOKE! oh it just wasnt tightened we tightened everything the fact that it was said so blatantly like it wasnt a big hazard and a huge disregard for my safety and others has left me SPEECHLESS. I appreciate everyone who helped me that day. But as of Eric I will NOT be going back to baltazar for that purpose alone. I could have seriously hurt myself or someone else had my brakes come loose all because of an oversight or just pure laziness by Eric. I will no longer recommend them for anything ever again which is unfortunate because they were the one place who was able to get me in and help me last minute when I needed it.

I had my tires switched out 3 days ago, today I was driving and made turn signal to go into the drive in slowed to 25 the driver behind me didnt slow I turned off early to avoid collision hit the curb the other driver didnt stop. Ran a flat. Went back to baltazar did a good customer assist and replaced my tire great people!

I have been to Bathazars Tire Shop for years and He has always given me quality personalized service at very reasonable prices for tire sets, tire repairs and now for windshield replacement. I will keep coming back!

I called Baltazar’s and didn’t need to make an appointment. I went straight there and when I got there filled out a paper and they took my car immediately. It only took 20-30 minutes to get my tires switched out. The price is not bad at all for the immediate service I received. Easiest and fastest service I received getting tires switched thus far.
