Both unfortunately and fortunately for me, I am back at Fix Auto South Anchorage. Never fun getting into another not at fault accident in the same year, after getting it back from these guys last winter and being super impressed with the service.I cannot stress enough how great they are at dealing with curveballs with manufacturers, back orders, and all sorts of odd stuff going on in the world. They did a fantastic job, replacing my bumper and fixing body panels as well as painting after being rear ended. This is the second time I have used Fix Auto on Old Seward, and it was better than the last time, which was also a 5/5 Star review. If I could do 6 stars, I would. Shout out to Erik, for always communicating with me and going above and beyond.Once again, if you live in Anchorage, and your car gets in an accident, you are messing up by not bringing it to these guys.

My car needed a lot of work after an auto accident. They took care of everything regarding communication with my insurance company, they kept me informed of my car’s progress, and did amazing work on my car. I’ll never go anywhere else!

This company is exceptionally well organized. The check in was easy and those who waited upon me were very very friendly. During the repair process I was kept informed by regular text messages about the status of the repairs. When I went to pick up the car I was given a tour of my repairs by an estimator. He was very clear as to what had been done to my car. The checkout was quick and easy.

Fix Auto did an amazing job in repairing and replacing my passenger window and all the other damages that had occurred when my vehicle was broken into. They had returned my vehicle way ahead of the scheduled date of when my vehicle was suppose to be done. They had kept me informed of the process and progress of my vehicle via text. They also made the process hassle free and they were extremely accommodating. Their customer service is also very professional and goes way above and beyond what I was expecting. They had also returned my vehicle to me super clean; like it was detailed and I really appreciated that since I was not expecting that. Would absolutely recommend them and I would use their services again if needed be.

I made an appointment to get an estimate to fix a leak in the back doors of our van. Avery pulled the vehicle in, worked with the shop staff to locate the problem, tightened it and sent me on my way with a recommendation for an auto glass business to complete the solution to the leak. No charge, no fuss, just extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Definitely would go back to this business!!

My daughter in law had her car fixed here, she was satisfied. Had pictures take off the slight damage to my vehicle, for an estimate. Havent gotten the estimate back yet.

Amazing service and I dont just mean customer service. The work is impeccable. They do an awesome job there. They keep you informed periodically, their time fram is quicker then the average shop does, their friendly and professional staffing crew. Cant say nothing but good things about Fixit. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for sure.

I tweaked my car door so that rain could get in. I took it to Fix for an estimate. They were polite, professional and quickly fixed the defect. I was just expecting an estimate and left with a fixed car at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Super helpful honest people working here. They replaced and fixed the entire safety systems in my 08 Toyota 4Runner (airbag system seat belts ect.) I had to pay out of pocket and they did all they could to make it as affordable as possible, appreciate the communication and the many lyft rides to and from the shop. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

IAM SO VERY HAPPY WITH FIXED AUTO! I HAVE A 2021 NISSAN PLATINUM ROGUE & I DINGED MY FRONT BUMPER DURING WINTER AND HAD A HOLE IN THE BUMPER AND CRACKS BY LIGHTS. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SPECS FOR MY CAR BUT ORDERED MY PARTS FOR MY CAR, GOT IT IN & FIXED AND PAINTED BUMPER AND IT LOOKS JUST LIKE WHEN I GOT IT! EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK!

These guys went to bat for me multiple times. I had to have been one of the tougher, more…difficult..customers that have came through this shop.I wanted my trucks repairs done my way and these guys were more than able to help steer me the right direction, but do what needed done themselves and do it quick too. There were many hiccups and delays just due to everything going on in the world, no fault of Fix Autos.. with back ordered parts and what not, all of them, absolute legendary employee Erik, handled with ease and the highest level of customer service. Amazing overall customer service and communication skills by him and I have recommended Erik @ Fix Auto Old Seward South location multiple times to people in auto damage situations since February when we all met originally.On top of that I had an issue with my truck, that I believe happened during the accident, that was noticed a while after I picked up of my finished truck at Fix. I called down there, they were happy to fit me in immediately, that day, who I believe to be the manager, Shawn, or Sean maybe, had the team inspect and address my issue on the spot. Ended up being something completely unrelated to the accident or their work, but was taken care of by Shawn/Sean and Erik, on the house, while I waited in the nice lobby.Overall 10/10 experience, thank you to the front desk/reception team for always answering my calls and texts constantly, to Erik, Shawn/Sean and Kakoa, I hope I got that right. These guys work well as a team, and quick on their feet with time sensitive ordering or phone calls.If you are looking for a place to repair your damaged car, Fix Auto Old Seward South should be your first and only stop, ask for one of these fellas.

They do what they do best. Better hope you’re here for damage being paid by someone else’s Insurance because they will literally charge for everything. Little scuff on the bumper? NEW BUMPER! Little chip on door? NEW DOOR! It’s not all bad if you’re not paying for it. Also, the staff here was great. They did explain the process of everything and they did it well.

They were quick to assess the problem and kept me in the loop of the process. Taking multiple photos of damage and damage prior, so not to confuse insurance people, and had me back in my car two days earlier than first told.

The repair process with Fix Auto South Anchorage was efficient and professional. Everything was communicated well, the front desk is friendly and helpful, and the gal I worked with (Amanda) was pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased with the entire experience on their end.

When my car got T-boned, I chose Fix Auto because my friend has dealt with them in the past. It tooksone time to fix my car, but Im very happy with the work that was done. Its like driving a new car.

Alexa Stanley was amazing. Customer service was awesome & professional. I loved that I live less than 5 minutes away from them and they got my truck in right away and fixed it within the week. Following an accident I brought my car to Fix for repair. They did an excellent job of communicating the status of my vehicle and in repairing my vehicle. I’m very happy with the results.

Never again!!!! No communication and missed 3 deadlines they set themselves. 3 weeks to install a rear bumper. Last text from fix auto was Thursday - ready tomorrow. Its Monday and no car or communication ... Sweet.Sent to shop for rear end damage. Car returned with dead tail lights.

My whole experience at Fix Auto was PERFECTION!! From start to finish I could not have had better service. The ladies who worked reception were welcoming and professional. It took 3 weeks longer than initially quoted to preform repairs. Staff were not upfront about the delays, poor communication. They might be USAA preferred but I would look elsewhere for a shop.

Excellent customer service. I recently used their new south side location on Old Seward and was very impressed with the quality of work. I received regular updates on my repair and the work was done ahead of schedule. Having used multiple body repair shops in Anchorage, this was by far my best experience.

You cannot ever go wrong with a USAA recommended business. My vehicle both feels and appears like nothing ever happened. Alexa, Erik S, and Jacie all made sure I was kept posted when any new updates came up. Great staff at Fix Auto South Anchorage and even better customer service.

Go here!! This place absolutely amazing they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! They always texted me to update us on the process of our vehicle which I absolutely enjoyed, they fixed the damage on my car within a very reasonable time! And not only that, they put me on the “hotline” to speed up the process of getting my car done quicker since I had a new job to go to at 10 am!From the start of dropping off my vehicle to get worked on to the end, the staff and workers have been absolutely nothing but kind and caring! Used them because they are the geico preferred shop. They were done super fast and the truck looks good as new.

I was actually really surprised and pleased with Fix Auto because they were done early before the finish date and my car was even washed and cleaned and it had the new car smell! So I was very pleasantly surprised. I would come here again for any repairs I needed and for my friends.

They repaired my pickup after someone backed into it, and left the scene. FIX worked with my insurance company, made the repairs very quickly, and resolved all issued with the insurance company. Very professional, great work, and easy to deal with.

I needed body work done on my Honda Ridgeline due to a minor collision. Fix Auto South completed the repair as promised and on time. Their work was exemplary. Ill certainly return if I ever need body work in the future. Highly recommended.
