Ive used Chaz twice now, when my car has been hit. They do repairs wonderfully! The customer service and communication is top notch. And when I get my car back, they clean it inside and out! Really good service.

My car was involved in an accident, and Chaz was very helpful in getting my car fixed. The staff was extremely pleasant and they got my car in and out super quick! The best part was getting into a nicely detailed car which I was not expecting at all. They clean my floor mats so we’ll that I thought I got brand new floor mats! I was extremely overjoyed and impressed by their work and service! Highly recommend!

My took my car here for repair work from a wreck. The body work was good but the mechanical work that was subcontracted is awful . When I got my car back it was making a noise from the wheel that had been repaired. For the last 3 months I have taken the car back repeatedly to find the noise and get it repaired. Finally had them take it to the car dealership to find the problem causing the noise. The original repair on the wheel was done had the wrong size shock bolts and missing parts for the parking brake. I am currently with out a car while waiting on my car to be repaired. Chaz REFUSES to rent me a car while my car is not drivable. I think this is poor customer service. It is not my fault the car wasnt repaired correctly the first or second time I took it to the shop. I feel like they only cared about the money from the repair and not me, the customer. I was told they felt they had been accommodating in facilitating the repairs and didnt feel responsible to provide a rental car while mine is not drivable. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them and the shop to try and get my car repaired. I keep asking to talk to management or corporate but am not allowed to or given the numbers to the offices.

First, I showed up at this location instead of their other one where I had my appointment. They managed to keep me from feeling like a complete fool and worked to fit me into their schedule. I was there to get an estimate on some auto body work. They were fantastic! The quote was extremely detailed and even provided a listing of every recall ever issued for the car. I went to other places with the same quoting software who opted not to include the same level of information...I was impressed. Further they went through the entire quote line by line to explain why the repair might be needed and how I might save money. They also guarantee their work, at times even when using after market parts. Their waiting area was comfortable and the view of the Merrill Field runway helped the time pass quickly while they were putting the paperwork together. We aren’t getting the work done right now (used car and we can’t justify the expense). However, if we were moving ahead, we would certainly trust Chaz Limited to do the work!

Car looks beautiful and they were all very friendly and easy to use. Dropping off and picking up my car was fast and easy. This is the only place I use to fix my vehicles. Thank you

I came in for body damage to the front right side of my vehicle and the repairs they did in that spot are good and that is the only reason i am not giving tgem 1 star in this review, during the time they had my vehicle they had opened the moon roof which i had taped a note over the button to not open (due to it currently not working properly) they opened it and in the process of trying to close it they damaged another part to the moon roof, currently the moon roof isnt closed all the way and they leff it that way with a sticker covering it, it has lead to a rather frustrating experience, i would love it if the owner would reach out to me

My service was covered by insurance, so I can’t speak to the value. But they were super helpful, kept me updated during the process of getting my car fixed, and I would definitely use them again if I needed to!

Quality work and good customer service. Repair process took a little bit longer than expected but I was presented with a clean and detailed car after the repair.

I had a small accident and they had to replace bumpier and light. They detailed my car which was a surprise. It was perfect timing right after winter. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We used them for Autobody damage. The best experience we have ever had. Communication updates almost daily, didn’t have to call them once to get a update. Additionally the car looks great and back to normal.

Good body work, good communication on progress for vehicle,management could be better, had a minor issue with vehicle temps after picking it up that werent present before I dropped it off and its clear that management cares more about profits than the customers, tossing aside my concerns and questions like I had never been there because my dropped my vehicle off one way and it was returned to me not how I had left it, and obviously because it was body work it couldnt have been them according to the managerP.S.AEveryone cared except manager, also only ever seen manager reply to positive reviews, yikes, no initiative to take care of unsatisfied customers.

Was told it would take 4 days, minor damage from accident. Text msg idea is nice but got repeated misinformation. VW sent wrong part but due to Chaz mismanagement, took 18 days for repair. I would NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! When I asked to speak to a manager, none were available. Definitely a business to avoid!

These guys did a great job! Our 4Runner was had been T boned and this place did an awesome job and communicating with me, as well as the insurance company. It was such a smooth operation i will use them again for any other needs that come up. Especially Anna, she was super awesome to work with.

Chaz Limited Downtown has the most professional, kind front office staff I have ever worked with. I had never been in an accident so I had no clue how the repair process went. Chaz Limited lacks customer service, professionalism, and any sense of urgency. I reached out to the general manager, Cecilia Miller, on three separate occasions and still have not received a return phone call. Chaz Limited had my vehicle in their possession for 32 days. The anticipated completion date changed four times. They found supplemental damage two different times. I was never updated on the progress without calling to inquire. I called about every 5 days to ask for an update and every time there was some sort of delay. When the car was finally ready to be picked up the gear shifter was damaged and was stuck in reverse. Then we were told they had to contact the insurance company to see if it was accident related. Which was ridiculous due to the fact the car was being driven for about one month prior to being dropped off at Chaz Limited for collision repair. The bodywork itself was decent, but the 32 day ordeal made it not worth the hassle.

I need to change a mirror. I got an initial estimation of cost of $482 from Chaz and I thought it is a reasonable price. After changing of the mirror, they told us we need to pay $257 more because the parts pricing increased. They showed their part receipt, which is more than double of the original estimation, and they still need to charge 25% profit they gain from the parts. Very disappointed about the cost. Seems like they attract customers with low price and charge back later. Not going back anymore.

Got and estimate and paid for my work in advance. Due to the fact that I had to leave town for work didnt get my car in right away. Finally made an appointment and dropped the car off -- the work was to install a new drivers side mirror. Dropped the car off at 8 and was told it would probably take two days -- because they needed to take it to an off site subcontractor to get a clear protector installed and they werent sure how long it would take the off site place to do the work. I requested that if it looked like it would be longer than one day, please call (I may have decided not to get the clear protector). I never got a call -- called them at 20 minutes to 4 and was told that it didnt look like the car would be ready because it was at the subcontract place. I was upset at this news as they had not called me to give me the chance to not have the clear protection applied (it isnt really necessary). They ended up calling me back at 4:30 saying that the car was ready, as long as I didnt want it washed. At this point I was told that it would be an extra $45 for the clear protector because their estimating program under estimated that cost -- Needless to say I was upset that 1. I didnt really need the clear protection; 2. They never once mentioned that there would be an additional cost, until I was ready to pick it up. When I pointed out that I had paid in advance I was told that was a preliminary estimate. So just be careful -- they apparently dont hesitate to hold your car hostage and charge extra.

Friendly staff helped walk through the whole process every step of the way. Even offered to take to another shop at no cost for faster repairs. From the outside it looks like a furniture store and I could of hardly noticed. USAA partnered which was EXTREMELY helpful.

They did a great job on my repair and vacuumed and washed my car. Unfortunately, communications were horrible. Probably more of a 4 or 5, but not until they can communicate better.

Chaz was very responsive from the very beginning. The process was very quick and the work was excellent.

Had my vehicle brought there after someone t-boned me on my passenger side. They did good enough work repairing the damage, but gave me back a vehicle with an almost dead battery (and didnt tell me that was the case or I wouldnt have left with it)! Combine that with an almost empty tank of gas and I end up stalled out dead at a gas pump 10 minutes up the road. Took 45 minutes to get someone there to charge it. Fast forward a few weeks and my heat goes out. After a frigid drive from Anchorage to the Valley last night and back again this morning( stuck in traffic for 2 hours w/o heat) I take it to my mechanic where they tell me the heater wasnt plugged back in properly. Why they were messing with the heater when it was only body damage I have no idea. Dont take your vehicle here, youll get nothing but headaches.

We brought my wifes 2006 Saleen Mustang in for repair of dents from earthquake damage and front facia damage from hitting parking curbs. Two weeks later on Friday, 7/31, I picked the car up. They had fixed the dents but didnt touch the lower facia for some reason; it was on the work order. When we got it home, the next morning the left door molding was on the garage floor. I stuck it back on and took the car out for a drive. Heard a dragging sound on the highway and discovered they didnt reattach the lower engine cover. I pulled into Lowes to buy screws and a screwdriver to hold it up from dragging. At the same time I noticed the right rocker panel was hanging off the side, none of the clips were attached. My wife also noticed the Saleen windshield banner was damaged, one letter was cut by what looks like a razor blade and another letter was missing a corner of the vinyl. I brought the car back the following Monday. Another couple weeks pass and on the second attempt, they repaired the front facia and replaced the lower engine cover with a new one that they ordered from Ford, although different than original, but it works with new screw holes they made. My wife picked the car up and later in the day while leaving work noticed the left rocker panel attachment pins were hanging below the rocker panel and one of the windshield banner letters still had the cut line in it (they did replace the letter with the missing corner). At this point, Ive ordered the rocker reattachment kit and windshield banner from Saleen and will install myself. Im not giving them a third chance.-Erik

My car had some resin or some such dripped on the hood during shipping. The insurance company had me take it to get cleaned off professionally, with the idea that if unsuccessful the hood would need to be resprayed.The guys at Chaz were very professional and friendly, they cleaned the resin off quickly, told me no charge just drop off some donuts on the way back past!Even if it wasnt free, this appeared to be a class outfit.

Staff is very friendly. They were able to get my mini van in within a few days after talking to them. They give you updates on how things are going and when your vehicle will be done approximately.

Had to get a trim piece painted and had it brought in to Chaz. They had the painter come out and specifically match the paint to not only the vin number but used toyota oem variation color swatches to match it perfectly. I had the pieces back fast and could not have been happier with their work. If I have a larger job, Ill be sure to go to them first.

Honestly, I never thought Id have to use a body shop, but now that I have I know to do lots of research about the ones nearby before I make any decisions. After I was rearended, I was told my vehicle would take about a month to repair. I was out of town so a month was not a big deal. However, my vehicle took 3 1/2 months to complete and to this day Im still having issues with water leaking into the cabin.

Rather disapointed. As I drove off after I picked up the car from repair, it suddenly stalled mid Glenn for no reason. As I tried to activate emergency 4 ways and restart I noticed no battery power. I popped the hood and low and behold the battery cable had been loosened and not reinstalled properly. After I fumbled with the cable the vehicle came back to life.Take away, a detail like this shouldnt be over looked. What else did Chaz forget.......?

Bought a new car that had a little lot rash on the hood. The dealer sent the car to Chaz for a repair...the net result was an average to poor finish with dirt and imperfections in the clear coat. Okay at best and disappointing on a new car.

They successfully repaired the damage to the bed of my truck appx 3 years ago. Recently, I noticed they left the spacers out of the 5th wheel hitch because the bed was not alligned properly. IF I would have towed my 5th wheel, it wouldve tore off the truck.

It exceeded my expectations.

I had a Rv back into while camping. I took my trunk in for repairs and they told me about a week. A week and a half later they called me back and told me i should be able to pick my truck up in 2 days. They called me a few hours before i was to pick my truck up and said they needed an extra day with it but definitely the next day. Again, a few hours before i was to pick it up they called back and said they had another problem and needed one more day. I went in the next day, they said i could take my truck but i would have to bring it back a week later because they didnt have time to put a chip guard back on it. I never received the call so i called them back. I was told they would get the information on the chip guard and they would call me. NO CALL! Called them back again, and was told the same thing. NO CALL! After the 3rd time and over a month i still dont have my truck finished. Its friday and have been promised a call on monday but am doubtful. Also they put the 4x4 sticker on my truck on crooked but i dont feel like leaving my truck there for a year to have it fixed.

It took 5 days to even get an estimate, then they had the car for 5 weeks and to top it all off they left a giant scratch near the rear tire and tried telling me they missed it because the car was dirty so i have to leave my car with them AGAIN for another week to paint it.... but hes telling me theyre filling up like i have a time limit to get their mistake fixed.. are you kidding me.
