I brought my car into A & Z auto repair for an oil change and to fix my passenger side window ( that I stupidly ran into my recycling bin in my tiny garage). In less than 24 hours they found a used mirror and installed it and added bonus, he had some paint that matched my car so he painted the mirror and it matches perfectly! I am beyond impressed. I had to get my drivers side mirror fixed ( I know I need to be more careful driving into my garage) and the place I went to took two weeks to order the parts and it cost twice as much to fix! Luckily my lyft driver told me about A& Z when I was on my way home from dropping off my car to be fixed the first time.Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service/ was able to fit me in although they had a busy schedule/ very kind, courteous, professional/ even gave me tips to try and fix my car before I brought it in to the shop.

We are new to Alaska and are driving an old beat up jeep. Both times weve needed our car fixed V and his dad were both so helpful, nice, and quick to help us out. We love this place and will never go to another shop as long as were in AK!

Excellent customer service, fair prices, and quick service. After dropping off my car, they were good about calling to ask questions about what I needed and wanted to be done and communicated clearly with me price estimates, which matched the final bill. It had snowed overnight so they kindly cleared off my car and warmed it up before I went on my way. I highly recommend A&Z and would definitely return.

These guys are great!They took my car in, same-day for a brake change and oil leak.They found a few additional issues with my car, but made sure to call me and give me a quote before doing any extra work.... Which is something Ive had happen at other auto shops...They even charge for their service competitively (cheaper brake change than anywhere else I found).Overall, Im very impressed with these guys and will be returning if I have any auto needs.

This shop is selling vehicles with ripped frames, unsealed trunks, not road legal. Fully admit to selling it as is, under the shop and does not care about who they sell it too. Avoid at all risk!!!!
