Bed bath and beyond is a good place to find stuff for yourself that you didnt know you wanted until you saw it and it also has good ideas for when you are getting a gift for others. It was just after Christmas that my sister and I went in just to look around and kill some time. We were able to get a gift for a birthday and we plan on coming back because we saw a good variety of gift ideas for other birthdays and even Christmas. We also spent a good amount of time with their massage chairs that they had set up to try. There were two chairs and each had a back massage and a foot massage. We were there for a while.

This is your typical bed bath beyond. I was able to do Curbside Pickup which was quick. Prices are usually higher but I generally stack coupons and they do have those unique items that I like. I bought a few curtains here as I was looking for blackout curtains.

Wow I havent been in store for long while but doesnt seem like same store. Was looking for cool Tea Kettle but no luck. Wheres the Beyond Im used to ?

Absolutely wonderful experience, I love the friendliness of the crew and the effort taken to help me with any questions/concerns during my time in store. And I didn’t feel hovered over or somehow unwelcome in any way. To top it off- I’ve found some of my favorite and most unique items that I use on a daily basis here. Thank you!

Absolutely horrid service. I ordered two items from them, they split my order into separate shipments and I only received one. The most important item in my shipment ended up getting sent back to the shipper and lost. I contacted them about my missing item and they ordered a replacement. After I was told my replacement order was placed, I contacted them a week later to get an update as I live in Alaska and shipping can take awhile sometimes, and I was informed it had just been placed that day. A week later! They assured me it would only be a few days for processing, but at this point I had no faith in them, so I waited a few more days and contacted them for an update. I was told my order was still processing. So I asked my package to be sent with expedited shipping for the delay as I’ve already been waiting over a month for my product, and no one would answer my question/request. In the same day I was told by two different reps that my order was still processing, and that it had actually been cancelled as it is now out of stock. I requested a supervisor but still didn’t get any help or answers with my missing order. They told me I would be refund and hung up on me.

Didnt have what I needed but a salesperson helped me find it online.

I could get lost in here for hours. I wish they had a larger sheet selection thats why they get 4 stars. Otherwise its great. Clean and organized so things are easy to find. Staff has always been very helpful.

Needed a 10 foot tablecloth, reliably stocked, good service.

I went in looking for something, store is like a maze I tried to get associates attention but was ignored :( couldn’t get anyone until I heard a girl from the ladder ask if I needed any help she stopped what she was doing and assisted me and even got me a shopping cart walked me through my Shopping list help me get everything I needed :) I’ll always be grateful to her those are the kind of people you need to lookout for thank you again :) if you ever need good service or good help Ask for Tori she’s grrreeaattt !!!!!

Its an okay store but I dont know whats been going on over the past year. Their inventory is all over the place and the last few times Ive been they havent had what I was looking for even though the website said they had it in stock in store.

Transaction was botched..over charged me..went back and took 30 minutes to get it corrected...customer service was good..they were very apologetic...the bed covering I bought I had to repair...

They have great deals at the moment. And you can use your 20% coupon on top of that. I got a couple of good pillows for only $50.

I went in Bed Bath & Beyond and picked up some stove drip pans on clearance. Unfortunately, they didnt fit my Jenn-Air. I tried to return and they dont return clearance items. That would of been nice to know...This brick and mortar will also fall.Filed a BBB Complaint and got my money. Ill be rocking Amazon in the future.

The customer service was excellent on one of the busiest days of the year. Morgan was able to assist us with our need to order a bed online and answered any questions we had. We will definitely make the drive from Wasilla to visit this location again.

The is always a fun place to window shop. The staff is friendly and they just about anything you need for for you bathroom/kitchen/bed room, and a few other odds and ends. If I can find 9 times out of 10 they have it online and the staff will order it and have it delivered to your home

To be fair it was black Friday while I shopped.There is a reason there are constant rumors that this place is going out of business. Staff was less than helpful. Asked for assistance to find a specific item and the clerk pointed towards the back of the store and said its over that way, I think, and then she walked away.If I need housewares Ill have to shop elsewhere or sadly get things online before I shop at this store again.

They have such an amazing curtain selection

Gifts were purchased for me from my wedding registry. As a gift the giver doesn’t typically provide a receipt. However the items I needed to exchange were from the bed and bath & beyond registry and they would only give me 80% without the original purchase receipt despite the ability to see my registry and the list price of the item. Clearly you can see the item on my registry and that it was purchased. This company is robbing people with this weak excuse for poor customer service & lack of integrity as a company.

This review (12/15/19) is meant to express my deep appreciation of Kathy the store manager. During the crazy bustle of last minute shopping, and late season doorbusters, Kathy was kind enough to help me overcome an online ordering limitation that limits a customer to four applied gift cards per order. Kathy was patient, kind, helpful and courteous, while manually searching, and entering our online orders. Once those were entered, kathy rang up our multiple orders on ONE TRANSACTION, using MANY Gift cards (more than the 4 allowed online). TJANKS KATHY ! 😁😁😁

Love this store for the most part, but DO YOUR RESEARCH! They price match to their online store or competitors. And 9 times out of 10, their online prices are cheaper than in store! I bought a heating blanket that was $75 cheaper on the website and they pricematched it for me!

Can’t ever seem to get enough

Great store alot of selections for nifty household needs. Thet are good about honoring discount coupons of 20% even if they are expired. Other stores should take notes as this helps with bringing down the price tremendously.

My experience at Bed Bath & Beyond was wonderful I didnt find what I wanted but the young lady in the housewares Department was totally awesome she went through the computer to try to find what I needed but we did not find it but the customer service was bar none

The checker didnt put the shower curtain rod in the cart so we had to go back and get it. When we started to hang the rod, we discovered it was missing one of the end caps. Back to the store a third time for a different rod.
