I called and left a message during off hours and received a call back right after they opened the following day. They were able to come out only a few hours later and quickly repaired our refrigerator. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly and polite! The price was definitely reasonable and I will be calling them again if we have any other appliances in need of repair in the future. This was the first time I have used them, no complaints, only positives!

I called all over to have our dryer looked at, and everyone was booking out at least one week. I called Ace Appliance and they were able to come the same day and get our dryer taken care of. They were very quick, friendly, and affordable. I will be using them from now on.

The lady who answered was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Ace had the LG washer part in stock and amid the pandemic, took payment over the phone and set it aside for my driver to pickup later. The item was reasonably priced and worked fine for a same day repair job. I’d definitely purchase appliance parts from Ace again.

I pretty randomly selected these guys to come check out my broken washing machine today. They came same day right in the one hour timeframe that they gave me, and were able to fix it/replace parts. Also of note, is that it was in a tiny, cramped, dusty space and they didn’t complain or make me feel awkward about it at all. The price was great too. $134 for service and replacing 2 parts after a little over an hour of work. Highly recommend.

Called and the woman was very rude, there was a language barrier and she was very rude when I had to repeat myself or she would. I told her I needed to look at scheduling dates and she hung up on me.

Twice (about 4 years apart) I have needed a new switch for our electric range. Ace has had the part in stock and mailed it to me in Dillingham, AK. Most recent was 2 days ago. Both times I got the part the next day - unbelievably FAST for bush Alaska!!!!! We are super pleased - the price might be a little higher, but to get the right part in 1 day is worth every cent!!! Excellent service.

Our dryer, which we inherited when purchasing our condo, recently started to emit a high pitched squeak when in operation. The dryer conveniently has a sticker for Ace Appliance on the front so I stopped in to see if they could advise me on parts Id need or potential solutions to rid the dryer of the squeak. Talk about unhelpful. Though there were two employees in, it was a struggle to get either of them to look up from their phone. They were unpleasant, apathetic, and seemed annoyed that I would even ask them about doing a potential fix myself when they have a house call technician for that. This place has good reviews on their technician, so I cant speak for that, but otherwise the employees I dealt with were curt and unpleasant. I wouldnt count on any assistance from them if youre looking to fix it yourself.

It has been a year or so since here. I distinctly remember the prices being high, the owner was rude. When I returned because they had sold me the wrong part, he would not give a refund and accused me of giving them a bad review on google despite not knowing about the review option. Now heres your review sir!

Anything electrical they have & if not they will order it for you

Gave me the wrong part. Then wouldnt give me a refund on the wrong part or exchange.

$250 to hook up 2 washers a one dryer. He hooked up the wrong hose on one of the washers and it spewed a foot of water in the crawl space. Would not even provide the right hoses upon seeing the soaked boiler.... thanks for the Hook up

Did work that was not asked, but the parts on amazon yourself and avoid these people.
