Treeforms has amazing customer service. My husband and I wanted to purchase a custom sectional to fit our space and style. From start to finish the customer service has been nothing but 100% outstanding. Marie devoted a lot of time in answering our questions, helping pick out fabrics and giving updates on our piece as it was being made. Customer service did not just stop at the point of sale. The gentlemen who delivered our sectional were very professional, took of their shoes, made sure I was happy with the location and did not mind one minute of moving it around for me. We could not be more pleased.

Such beautiful furniture!! Great quality! Joshua was super helpful and efficient at showing me things related to what I asked for, left me to browse, quickly checked stock on items of interest and easy checkout. He even walked outside to measure my truck since I was going to pickup directly from warehouse.

This was my third experience with just browsing the store, last time was 2 years ago. And nothing has changed, no pressure, no following me around, etc, just the customer service person was near when needed. And when I needed assistance, they were more than just helpful. I was looking for a well-built rocking chair and it was obvious I was at the right place. The agent took the time necessary to assist me in every way, without going into the minutiae lets just say he went the proverbial extra mile. Highly recommended, the item are not cheap, but you Do get what you pay for...Cheers

Really wanted to like Treeforms because of the touted quality and subsequent workmanship guarantee; I had an opposite experience though. Purchased a sofa and chair set and with a short amount of time had flattening of sofa cushions. Contacted Treeforms to see how I could get them replaced, either through warranty or new purchase. I was contacted a couple weeks later and Treeforms indicated it would still be covered and all that was needed was a picture of the cushions and tags. I provided those and heard nothing back after a month with a few follow-ups. Bottom line, recommend to others to save time and money by purchasing elsewhere.

Alex was truly amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products, their materials, and how they were manufactured! We drove in from Seward and were not disappointed. Sales person was AWESOME, Delivery was unprepared for the weight of the table top; they sent two guys, one of them was 100lbs at best. We (customer) had to help them get the table top up four stories...There was also a surface dent in the $8,000 table top because they two werent strong enough and they couldnt hold the weight.

Not only does she know the products inside and outside, she is incredible at interior design. She lead us into buying a sofa and recliner that will not only look great in our space, but will comfortably fit our tall body types. Plus, Christina is a fascinating person. Unbelievably to me, furniture shopping was actually an intriguing and enjoyable experience.

The experience of the sales staff, the quality and available selection are the reason we purchased our bed and dining sets. Be patient, due to covid the wait times are about 8 weeks. Fun shopping experience with high quality chairs at a good price. Bought 2 solid quarter sawn oak chairs for the cost of shipping poor quality chairs from the lower 48. Saved a $1000 in shipping cost and got chairs that will last a lifetime.

We got the Stressless Ekornes 3-seat reclining sofa and Living Room Stressless® Consul. Everything was great, except the wait. We ordered in November and was delivered in April. Obviously that is beyond Treeforms control. But the sales and delivery were flawless. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were polite and friendly.

We had previously visited another furniture store nearby and had been disappointed in both the service and the quality of furniture available. When we walked into Treeforms we were immediately helped by Alex - he gave us space to check out the whole store and was extremely helpful when we needed him. The store had gorgeous pieces available in a wide price-range, and I really appreciated that the employees at the store were following COVID safety while still doing a great job. I am in love with Treeforms. Their furniture is beautiful and well-made and the prices are reasonable (not much more for handmade all wood than youd pay elsewhere for plywood with thin wood veneer). Their salespeople are very helpful. Their delivery service staff is cheerful, very careful, and professional.

We came in for a couch and left with an order placed and excitement to see our new furniture! The staff greeted us warmly, definitely not a pushy sales-oriented experience. Marie, our salesperson, checked in to see if we needed anything but let us make our decision in our own time. Honestly, Id had my eye on a Jonathan Louis sectional for more than 6 months. This was every bit of excitement I imagined Id have when we finally invested. Only disappointing thing is that the lead time is up to 12 weeks due to COVID backlogs. Were excited regardless. Cant wait to see our product!
