If you have a problem with your purchase you are out of luck. About 70% of the tiles in the first shipment arrived damaged. I called multiple times to get a replacement shipment. It never arrived. The third shipment was from a different lot so the colors were slightly different AND the shipment was short. I needed 30 replacement tiles and they shipped only 30 sq. ft. After so many months and still not enough tile for the job I returned all the tiles. Its very disturbing, as with other reviewers, I was promised a refund but it never came. There were promises, the returned tiles had to be inventoried and your credit will have to go through accounting. I had to request a credit from my credit card company.

Not sure about all of the bad reviews, but I thought this place was great. Was remodeling a bathroom in our 110 year old house and wanted some quality Carrara Marble Herringbone Mosaic for the floor. Like many places that work with contractors, they were helpful but not typical salespeople like you would find at most tile stores. If you know what you want and dont need someone to hold your hand through the selection process then check them out. Also, their website is great. We figured out what we wanted on the website and then drove down and picked it up. Plus, they were very generous with samples of some possible items for our future home projects! Tile was great quality and color for Carrara.

This is a very good company to order tile from. I have ordered from them twice now with nothing but excellent results. I even had a color matching issue which was quickly resolved by Marcela. This company is a class act and I would reccomend it to anyone wanting great tile at a competitive price with excellent customer service.

Good selection as many reviews say. Items ordered were packaged well, as there were no broken items.Customer service was absolutely terrible and there was no effort made to make amends. My items were delayed was absolutely terrible and there was no effort made to make amends. My items were shipped separate, I Got the black tile in but notice i didnt get the white, after 3 emails and no answer phone calls, finally got a hold of them for them to tell me they are shipping the white out today so now im paying workers to do nothing all because my white tiles are delayed by 3 extra days . But not once did I get an email back saying the order has shipped nothing not once. Do you not realize how much of an inconvenience it is to not know when an order is coming and when it gets here,it missing HALF the order. Will never order again, great prices are not worth your horrible Customer service.

Used Stone Center to order marble to remodel my bathroom. I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. They have amazing customer service and the product was beautiful! Highly recommend.

I have remodeled my house multiple times with Stone Center product, and every time I am more and more impressed with the quality and service I receive. I highly recommend Stone Center as I have always been more than satisfied with Stone Center.

I ordered carrara marble tiles for a bathroom shower, additional tile for the edges of the shower and basketweave carrara for the floor, all in white and grey shades. The shower tiles were mostly fine, just as depicted in the photos, but my installer ended up rejecting quite a few of them for poor cuts and cut marks across the face of the tiles. I had decided to order the floor tiles as well from this supplier, not another one, in order to have one pallet with all the stone for this job. Big mistake. Despite pictures sent to me, the actual product looked nothing like what I had ordered. I had the worst time trying to return the pallet with the floor tiles. The process dragged on for weeks and weeks and weeks. Finally someone came to pick up the rejected stone. Then the new tile which was supposed to be the proper grey was sent. Same problem so I rejected it. As some others have noted, their return policy is terrible. I was charged for the returns and the new shipment to me as well. This fight with Marble Online went on for months. I am highly dissatisfied. The people were very difficult to deal with and totally unwilling to address my issues. All they had to do was send me a sample instead of the entire crate and let me see the color firsthand! What was sent did not match the grey color of their shower tile even though the basket weave had to be installed in the shower floor as well as the rest of the room! Why was this so difficult? Just horrible experience and very costly. No restitution I might add. So for the next bathrooms and kitchen I will not be using them!

It was an address that was on my street, but didnt exist. I asked for a discount, but they wouldnt give me even a token discount. Sometimes, I just need to know that my patronage means something. I understand people are human and make mistakes, but to not make any effort, no matter how slight it would be, to appease a customer who has been inconvenienced over a few days (and losing money) really chaps my hide!

Horrible customer services, very rude and unprofessional. I called for some info on some product I wanted to buy and they were very impatient then another person got on the line with me they gave me attitude. The owners of this place should really consider replacing there sales people on the phone maybe they might see better sales. until then I wouldnt recommend this place as a contractor.. Avoid this place!

I purchased some Carrara marble tiles for a backsplash, with additional small black squares to break up the pattern. The shipment arrived quickly, but upon opening the packages, I realized the tiles were not mosaic on mesh as the photos had led me to believe. Additionally, the tiles were much larger than what I was looking for and were also not cut very precisely. We attempted to recreate the pattern, but the angles and edges on each of the Carrara pieces didnt line up—a major problem for me, especially considering how many of these irregular pieces would need to be used to finish the backsplash.Annoying, but we figured wed just return them and move on. Their return process is basically nonexistent unless the pieces are physically damaged, which seems ludicrous especially when dealing with the kind of color variation found in natural stone. Ive also never encountered such an aggressive anti-return policy for a company that sells things online. People will obviously discover that the color, size, shape, etc. are off once they see it in person.They initially refused to take them back at all, then agreed to take them back if I paid for the return shipping...of five heavy boxes of marble. They also claimed theyd see what they could do and would call us back...which they never did. We wound up having to take the initiative to follow up, at which point we received the same abysmal service.Horrible customer service and shoddy product quality. Avoid.

Susan Chen Really pulled it out for us. Go to her, she will take care of you. she helped me exchange, arranged for a pick up and exchange and got the exchanged refunded the next day before i went to the office. Susan made my day!

I did two projects through this company. The first was beautiful so I decided to duplicate it on the second bathroom. The company sent me the wrong tile. It was obvious that it was not what I ordered but the invoice description said otherwise. My installers were going by what the invoice said and went ahead and put it in. It was sooo wrong and clashed with the vanity top I had purchased locally. The tile they sent was cararra and what I had ordered was calacatta gold. There is a significant price difference so I spent 3x the price for the cheaper variety of tile I received..Plus I will have to spend several thousands more to replace my vanity top. They refused to admit their mistake or make any effort to correct it.

Your customer service is a disappointment and I dont believe you understand how it hurts peoples work when you lie to them. I will not be able to use your company again.
