I love my new Backpack but I have only had it about 3 1/2 to 4 months and the problems began and the seam are coming apart in many place and I love the warranty and all but I got the backpack because I am a on the go person traveling a lot and it is really inconvenient to have to send it in to be repair or replace so soon and I would be without it until they mailed it back
