I came in for a hearing aid cleaning and this was promptly done. I said I was having some problems with my app and they called a tech and he quickly did a software upgrade. The Anaheim branch has always been very helpful.

Had the oppertunity to visit Dr. Walter Beck, an experienced audiologist at HearUSA in Anaheim, CA for a free hearing screening for me and my wife. The procedure was explained by Dr. Beck before initiation and all questions pertaining to our audiogram and speech audiometry results were answered and explained to our satisfaction. The overall experience was very satisfactory for me any wife.

The staff at the Romneya site in Anaheim are great, always ready and willing to help you out in a friendly manner...Always!!!

They only seemed to want to sell me an expensive hearing aid, I asked for a copy of my hearing test so I could better understand how poor my hearing was. Several months later I called and they said they would send a copy of the test to me. There was no follow up after the test.
