Good size location, great variety of non-organic produce, limited organic and locally sourced produce. Happy that they stock pasture raised eggs and grass-fed milk options which can save me a trip to big stores like wholefoods/sprouts.

This Walmart is always really kind happy cashiers good helpful people well stocked the checkout lines are always really easy to get through so I rate this place a good Walmart thank you

This store gets a 5 stars solely because of the night manager Kendrick. He is not only friendly and helpful but checked everyone out very quickly. He can’t believe he’s a manager but I can’t believe he’s not store manager. I’ll be back just because of him.

Im not sure what happened to this store but they are severely understaffed and the staff they do have is a joke. Barely any lanes open, no baggers, and the manager was literally standing around the entire time I was bagging my own groceries joking around with other customers and employees about how he cant believe they made him a manager yeah, I cant believe it either.

Grocery shopping in Ralphs is something that I really enjoy, is always impeccable and clean, well stocked, excellent customer service, always enough open cashiers. Ralphs has the best meat department always fresh and the best quality, my favorite is the flap meat for Carne Asadas. I agree that produce is not cheap but at least I get really fresh fruits and veggies that will last longer than the cheap supermarkets. Bakery always delicious, my favorite is the Tuxedo Cake, and theres a healthy section with gluten/sugar free items. Theres also a CLEARANCE section with up to 75% off. Oh and today I noticed theyre also selling patio furniture as well.

I normally have a good experience at this Ralph’s but not today. Staff was rude. The manager walked right pass me as I was standing at the customer service counter, never asked if I needed help. Very poor customer service today.

Ralphs is my absolute favorite grocery store!Everything is always so fresh, even the candy is very noticably more fresh than other stores. For example, Ive bought a share size skittles on many different occasions from both ralphs and Walmart at various locations and every single time the skittles were much more fresh when buying them from ralphs. The packages purchased from Walmart were consistently much harder and overall poor quality compared to ralphs. They are almost double the price at ralphs but in the case it is definitely worth it. This ralphs also has super nice employees and their selection of products and food is excellent. This location specifically also almost always has a very large clearance section. I would recommend shopping here!

This is a good Ralph’s. I get my fruits here often because it tends to be more fresh and there’s less bruises on them than other super markets. Prices are decent but other super markets are more competitive on price point. 😋

This Ralphs is smaller than an average Ralphs. No bike racks near either door. The snacks are kind of spread out in non-adjacent aisles, which I find weird.

Horrible manager this place. I lost my reading glasses and I think it was happend in ralphs and asking her check video footage for me, I know exact which self-checkout machine and what time but she said No because it takes too much cost. I don’t understand what kind of cost they need? But not just this!! Most staff is kind but one employee and the manager is bed attitude. Both of old lady (one employee and manager)mocked and giggled and talked about me ofcourse I can hear what they are saying. This is so disgusting experience I never ever have had.

I started to enter with my basket, and someone at the door said, “No mam, use these that are already cleaned with Clorox wipes inside the store.” There was a lady inside cleaning the baskets and gave me a cleaned one. I was amazed at how efficient and nice they all were. I said, I’m coming here all the time! Plus it is well stocked with everything. They are very friendly.

David “sales manager” tried to force me to wear a mask and stated I could enter the store without one. My medical statues exempts me from wearing a mask. California Civil Code 51 exempts me because of my medical statues. So I be filing a formal criminal complaint with the District Attorney office.

My roommate went to the store today with her granddaughter and was told she had 5 minutes to bag their own groceries or be escorted out. Brought her own bags and cashier doesnt want germs, fine. Be human and allow time to bag her stuck if your not going to help an old woman with a heart problem and a teenager with anxiety issues.

I can always get good fruits and vegetables here. And you can find pretty much anything else you need in one shopping trip. Its a nice clean store. Easy parking.

I have negative feedback about this store unfortunately i went between time and time to buying some stuff the store associate people first they are emotionally some people say to them hi welcome and alot NOT plus when you pay at self machine they do the same thing observed other stores I visited and whatever the different people i saw when i went i saw they do it for different people and even asking help you need to waiting so my segregation before hiring people the manger need teach them how to respect everyone and one of respect is to welcome people and help wen they need

Very friendly and helpful associates. Beautiful produce department stocked with a wide variety of items that are always fresh. A few weeks ago I was looking for vegan ice cream with traditional flavors but could not find any. I asked a cashier if they carried any vegan ice cream and she was so kind to look with me. Unfortunately we did not find any; however, she was quick to recommend that I ask the manager to carry specific flavors and they would hold it in the back anytime I wanted. That’s what I call amazing customer service! Great location.

I have been going to Ralphs for 30 years. I love this store. Lots of organic choices in all departments. Produce and meat departments are very clean and fresh. Great selections in Deli prepared food department. Going there is like visiting family. Everyone is so helpfully and friendly. I highly recommend!!

The nice lady that worked the deli counter had a awesome attitude. She was working the best she could with no help at lunch time . A lady was mad because the help the deli worker got could not slice meat and she hasnt wait even longer. Why doesnt management have more people scheduled to work? I dont think it is fair to the consumer or the employee.

Very nice selection of veggies, many organic; all fresh and neatly arranged. Store is large and has good selection of commonly needed groceries. I need gluten free and dairy free foods and there arent a lot. Missing is So Delicious brand of coconut ice cream and chocolate covered coconut ice cream bars 😖😖. I have to go to Mothers Market or Sprouts for a lot of my needs. While I am at those markets, I usually buy eggs, coconut milk and yogurt plus all kinds of gluten free and dairy free products. Ralphs and other stores are missing out on lots of, $$$.

They always have great deals. Employees are very nice. You can find the stuff you need very organized. Great service.

I was looking for a cake for my grandson last minute. The lady in the bakery but my grandsons name on it. You could hardly see it . But I wasnt complaining. When I was checking out. Another lady was bagging my groceries and offered to make my grandson name in a different color so you could see it. She put balloons and sprinkles on it also. Thank you Ralphs

I love this Ralphs store. They have an unbelievably beautiful and fresh produce section with lots of Organic choices that rival the expensive natural stores on selection but at much better price, lots of gluten free choices, seem to always have stuff I need on sale, and they have a huge selection of just about anything you can think of including grass fed meat and organic chicken. I spend most of my grocery budget here now and no longer have to run around to a bunch of different stores..

I normally shop at Food 4 Less and my friends convinced me to go to Ralphs everything was so expensive in comparison the exact same items that I would pay $50 at Food 4 Less came out to $70 at Ralphs

Great location, great staff.

Its hard to give a better rating when it was a little difficult to find items. Certain items seemed to be in more then one location. Although the store was clean I found it frustrating as I tried to find something as simple as juice boxes for my kids. Most stores have a standard layout; Organize it a little better and my opinion will definitely change. There is no need to walk in circles.

I frequently come here to purchase groceries specifically Tillamook ice cream. Its always very clean and neatly organized. I have had no problems with finding someone when I need to locate something.

Store is cramped as is parking. They try and fit alot in a small space. I can use my Kroger card for points which is nice. Prices even with card prices seem high. They were busy but had all cashier lanes open. Thats good service! I didnt have to wait at all. My cashier was very friendly.

I like and love quite a few of their employees. From John working the parking lot, the aisles and wherever needed to Denise and Pam at checkout to Doug in Produce and Marisol who I believe manages at least a shift if not the whole enterprise.

This is my neighborhood store. I visit it every week. It is always clean, neat, and the people there are kind and respectful. Their staff are knowledgeable and always helpful.

Very clean store. Well managed; employees are helpful and display good helpful and attentive attitude. The prices are not the best but may be considered to be fair market. I think most of local markets are over-priced and are selling far too many imported and inferior produce. This store beats the Stater Bros easily (5 blocks north on Brookhurst which is closer to my house). Four Stars primarily on cleanliness and service. 3 1/2 would be closer because of food quality and not much in the way of healthy alternatives offered here

Cashier Cindy V. did not greet or say hello. She also had a very bad attitude with no smile, did not seem to know the details of her job, and did not say thank you or anything when we left. She also denied my recycling money because we turned it in one day late. Until I asked if she could do it as an exception, she said only if you make it a complaint. So I did, and she gave me an attitude about it. This was a sour experience because Ralphs has always been great at customer service.

Havent been here in a while, but still greated like an old neighbor and asked where Ive been. The produce guy was great. Even gave us a sample of plums.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, Danny, Pam and Cristina, I know Im missing some great people. Best prices and really good clearance section.

It was great, the deli girl sang songs and an amazing personality. Great with the customers and getting to there every need and making them reassured that had not been forgotten even though they where get slammed.

It was pretty good. I went in for Fried Jalepinos and Fried Onions that come in a bag as toppings. They didnt have them but I still spent about $25.

This Ralphs location has literally THE WORST vegetable aisle Ive ever seen aside from food 4 less. Flies in tomatoes, flies in carrots, flies in the onion bins, discolored and bruised (often moldy) rotting red onions. Multiple complaints with multiple managers regarding this issue seem to fall on deaf ears. Accordong to certain managers, this is due to the demographics of the clientele of this particular location (aka economic discrimination). All employees are extremely nice, but things can get a little tense at times with some of the staff being quite vocal about certain unresolved internal conflicts amongst workers.I hope to raise this rating when improvements are made as this is my local Ralphs.

Being a fan of Kroger’s grocery store brand in Phoenix, AZ, Fry’s, I figured I would stop by California version, Ralph’s. The two are almost exactly alike. My only negative was that their prices don’t seem to be as dominate as Kroger is in Arizona. Overall though, I will still make Ralph’s my go to grocery store when I visit Cali.

RUDE STORE MANAGER!! Store manager Danny Castillo called the police to take me out of the store after a quick argument when he refused to return opened, but not used razors claiming its a store policy! Obviously this RUDE manager made up this policy because he got nervous and angry when I asked him to show me a written store policy!!

Ever since they reset the store, its completely confusing to find anything. Store personnel can be rude at times, more than likely a sign of poor management. Ever since they reset the store prices have been raised dramatically. Not the case at other Ralphs. Furthermore the store is dirty and disorganized.

I truly enjoy my shopping experiences at Ralphs (Brookhurst & Ball). I do not shop at any other grocery provider in Anaheim. The store is always clean, the employees are friendly, and they make a sincere effort to keep up with the needs of their shoppers (like me) who are organic, dairy-free, gluten free and prefer non-GMO produce and foods. The in-store discounts really help me budget-wise. The floral department is well stocked with fresh florals and offers beautiful florals and discounts. Ralphs has taken enormous steps to resolve the issue of keeping customers from being harassed by panhandlers who frequent this shopping plaza. I commend them for their concern for customers and making successful efforts to continually keep their shopping environment safe and comfortable inside and outside their store. I should mention the bakery markdowns...everyone appreciates them! I love being able to purchase an affordable hot cup of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee to enjoy while I shop or take a break at the little table in the bakery department...definitely enhances my shopping task.
