It was an overall great visit to this smart and final. the rotisserie chicken is our favorite item to purchase here. they had some great deals and we ended up stocking up and getting items we didnt even plan on bringing home. it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice when they were charging us and they greeted us as we arrived through the front door.

Good clean place easy to deliver and buy groceries everything always stocked

I asked for help on one of the employees. We were on our way to the isle until she saw someone and started talking to that person. I patiently waited. 15 minutes after still didnt come. Good thing there was a guy who asked me if i needed help. Oh well...

This place is a good location near different types of stores around with a nice sized parking lot but can be bigger as it can get crowded.Inside of the store is nice and clean. It is well organized so easy to find the items youre looking for especially since food is separated with non edible items. Aisle can get crowded since a bit narrow so barely fits the width of 2 shopping carts. Not a problem as long as people are considerate of others which is about 4 out of 5 people.Overall prices are great and competitive. Not always the best but they have weekly specials so can beat Walmart prices on some items. Highly recommend this location.

Always have what I Need in Larger Sizes

I just moved to the area. I like that this place is close by. They have good fruit here. Not like Superior where everything exires within a week to include their bread.

Smart & Final has a lot of good things there they have everything you need you should go check it out I did and Im happy

I do adore this store. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I go in at 6:00 a.m., because I have asthma and I have a weak immune system. I am always asked if I need any help or if I am okay. Such a nice establishment. Thank you staff for being wonderful... 👍👍👍

Unfortunately my visit there was not good, I did not find almost anything of what I went to look for, they no longer have the clear cups for drinks and other things that I did not find and a girl from the staff sent me where what I was looking for was not and I just gave many turns, so sad.

Its pretty clean to start off with. Very helpful people that work there and had no problem finding stuff for a Birthday and very keen on customer distance due to Covid.

A nice, very large store.Pretty good selection of bulk and non-bulk products.The negative parts are that some of the aisles are very cramped because they purposely extend the lower shelves to hold larger items. Also, it can be hit and miss with the cashiers. You never know if your cashier will be friendly with you or has the attitude of I dont wanna be here.Floor staff is always helpful, though.

First time going in to do actual grocery shopping and I was very surprised by their reasonable prices but for sure the customer service was what won me over. Every one was very courteous and knowledgeable when asked for a specific item. I didnt feel lost for long. I will be shopping there more often.

Everyone was really nice friendly, and funny too. They were also really helpful, by asking if I had found everything, and in fact, I had not but I had just forgotten about it during the duration of my shopping trip so it was really helpful that the cashier reminded me by asking me if I found everything I needed and I was allowed to leave the line did transaction and get the things that I wanted and needed and everybody was just really cool I like that place they were just very real and didnt act all fake they treated me like I was one of their friends it was actually kind of cool I left the store feeling in a real uplifted and happy mood and thats usually not the case after any kind of shopping Im usually completely stressed out so that was a really good thing

Disappointed that there is no curbside pickup. When I order online through the website I can get some of the items I want but the delivery charges came up to almost $12, when I try to order through InstaCart most of the items weren’t available. Why is it so different? I was buying for my church for our homeless food program. Guess I’ll have to go somewhere else.

Came here st 8:30pm on a Saturday, online it says they’re open until 10pm everyday. There was a guy at front sliding door rudely said we close at 8:30pm in a tone like I should know this. Yet tons of shoppers behind me knew also they’re open until 10pm.

So I try to avoid going shopping with my 4 year old because hes a good definition of the tasmania devil... And because I was trying to pay and avoid him destroying half the store, I forgot my case of eggs. I called and they knew I had indeed forgotten them and I was able to recover them. The gentleman at cashier #4 (Ivan B I believe) was truly amazing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Good prices, and great selection. Only issue is there is almost never more than 2 cashiers. Gets to be a pretty long wait time.

Cant get my favorite items. When they run out of an item they fill the empty space with something else. Because the space is filled, the original item never gets ordered. Great store, terrible management. I talked to managers about the problem several times over the last six months. Now I am going to shop elsewhere. Too bad, the staff are great. They just have bad leadership.Update... I went to the smart and final on valley view. Found everything I could not get at the Anaheim store. There was only one item that they were out of and the space was empty. It will get ordered and should be there when I shop next week. The staff doesnt seem as happy, but I can get the groceries Im there for without the stress of complaining to a manager who could care less. Drive a few miles and get everything your shopping for.

Went there for Unbleached Coffee Filters. Found them. Was out fast.

Found what I wanted, I go here frequently. I was disappointed with a young man, who was rounding up the carts in the parking lot. Rather haphazard, trash from a flat of arrowhead water left in a cart, he just threw it on the ground at the base of a palm tree. I mentioned to him that it did not belong in the ground. He smiled nicely, but just wanted me to leave by saying someone was behind me, so I left.

Very dissatisfied with Customer Service Maria Duarte manager on duty refused to exchange an expired lemonade. She was rude and unprofessional. I was going to buy other items but had to leave those items behind when Maria Duatre confronted me rudely. You just lost a customer! I am a school principal and weekly spend hundreds of dollars at your stores... again you lost a customer!

I loved this place because this place is bigger than the smart and final I usually go to in Pasadena and this place has more stuff than regular smart and final.

Store closes at 8 PM on weekdays and when i go there at 7 PM they didn’t let me enter and rudely said it’s closed.
