Do not use Fit Tech. Big Mistake. MIKE, who also goes under Pro Tread Repair Services, answered our call very promptly to diagnose my treadmill problem. Mike is just out for the quick buck of diagnosing the problem, $100. He left our place telling us he would look up the parts cost, and get back to us. A week goes by, and I don;t hear from MIKE. So I call, and than MIKE says let me look into the price for those parts now. He didnt do anything after he collected the diagnosing money. I told him to get the part. Another week goes by and havent heard from MIKE. Now he starts giving me the run & round, Oh, You wanted me to order that part. On week 3, I again have to call to check MIKEs progress. MIKE responds that they dont carry that part. Yet you can easily go on AMAZON, and there is the part for 1/3 the price he quoted us. But this is all after the fact, of dealing with MIKE/ FIT TECH / PRO Tread treadmill repair service. MIKE already has bad reviews under PRO Tread. Look him up. Save yourself the aggravation, and dont go to FIT TECH / PRO TREAD / MIKE.

Treadmill broke today and Had no idea who to call. Hopped on Google, Google treadmill repair services. Fit Tech popped right up!! Literally called theses guys this morning and they just left and got my 28 year-old treadmill repaired. I can’t believe they came out the same day. Super convenient. Nice guys and very Knowledgeable. They even offered a free tuneup as well. Call these guys if you want quick quick service..

Great, great experience! I never like having repair guys at my house, but the technician they sent was great! He not only fixed my treadmill but offered me tips on how to keep it going on my own (to save money)! I really appreciated that.Thanks so much Fit Tech for the great service!!
