Always great finds here. The employees are really nice and helped me put a piece of furniture I bought in my car. They were really kind in helping me sign up for the rewards and show.me how to use the app. Really great customer service. This has been my experience every time Ive visited.

Nice quiet restful shopping experience! But it looks like less product is on the floor and more furniture is taking up space! New check-out procedure is like Best Buy. They have no frozen nor refrigerated food section! No longer have a large greeting card section and after the 3rd Britney Spears song, I was outta there!

So much to choose from, great home decor. I was in the store for a couple hours. Found lots of new things for my new home.

The crew members are Great store nice and clean, but the prices in some items went up by like 25 to 40% more!!! I had seen this mattress fir 139. And now its 219.99 thats a 100.DLS more than 2 weeks ago!!!

Average Big Lots stuff. What was disappointing was they were promoting some kind of fundraiser for childrens mental health, and asking at the register if customers wanted to donate a dollar. Problem was, neither cashiers knew anything about the program; not the name of the organization, not who was sponsoring it, not how the program was benefitting kids, nothing. No literature on it, and neither offered to call a supervisor to get additional info.Its a shame, because we would have been a potentially large donor to a cause like this one. Instead, we left with our soda and cat scratcher, and no way to assist local kids that really mental health support. 😢

I would like to thank Stan for turning a what could have been a bad experience to a good one. His customer service skills are amazing an knows how to treat his customers. He made things right and made remember why I love shopping at this big lots.The rest of the employees are amazing as well, respectful and always attentive and ready to help. :)

Big lots is always good for basic little essentials. Over the years Big lots is carried a lot of good stuff some of the same stuff that a lot of the big stores carry. If you need basic essentials and you dont want to spend a lot of money sometimes you can find those things here at Big lots. They even have some cell phone accessories there also. But anyways you cant go wrong if you need something cheap and quick go to any big lots. Ive always been lucky with the Big lots on Westminster boulevard in Westminster that store has a lot of stock if youre looking for something In my opinion .I think thats one of the best stores around. But I actually freak at them both Anaheim and westminster..

Once again the products and prices make you want to come back. But the staff will treat you like a leper if your dirty from work allday. Theyll even follow you around like your gonna steal their petty things

My family and went in search of a new sofa and they had many to choose from. Not only were the pieces good- they also had matrices and patio furniture- but the prices were good as well!

Box of 15 La Croix for $5 are you kidding me? Such a killer deal. I bought black out curtains here and they work great. I also needed a decent nonslip rug and also found a great one here. My bed is against the wall and the fitted sheet always comes undone but not since I bought some Serta cool and soft sheets from this Big Lots. I also got some storage bins for $6 that are really sturdy considering the price.

I went to big lots in Anaheim to purchase furniture for my new apartment. Staff was friendly and professional. Stan the store manager was so helpful and cheerful. I reccomend this location to anyone! Its hard to find good customer service now a days.

Its Big Lots people. The place to get replicas at really good prices. Plus they have a huge selection of candy. I will give it a 3 for 1 customer service and 2 selection of brands. For many of us on a budget this is the place to go shop. And you dont for customer service then go here.

Came in hoping to just get a mattress and came out with almost a whole apartment full. With the lease to own program you get what you want in easy payments and the customer service is easygoing and eager to help. Great experience.

I stopped by Big lots on Friday night to get a small grill to take to the beach. I saw they had a normal sized grill displayed out front for sale so I figured I should be able to find what I need here. I asked the cashier standing right inside the door to direct me to the grills because I am unfamiliar with their isles. He scratched his head for a moment, looked around for a bit 🤔 and then said, I dont think we carry grills. Yeah, no we dont sell those. I pointed out side of the door and let him know that they have one on display for sale. He then stated that he stays near the cash register on the east side of the store and not the west side. 🤷So off I went on my own to find a grill. Nevertheless, I did find a small grill and continued to prepare for my day at the beach. 😁

Went in for a laundry bag, came out with that plus 2 pillows, 2 waterproof pillow cases and an extra mesh hamper bag. So yeah👌

One of my favorite places to shop for just about anything. Especially for unique gift items. The at Prices are great and the personnel are friendly and very helpful. There is so much to see, so plan on checking out all the isles. I like to pick up some grocery items while I am there. The prices cant be beat, especially the hand-towels and toilet tissue. Sign up for their rewards card as well and be sure to get on their email list. As you can count on store wide 20% off sales periodically. Tell them Frank send you..... LOL!

Cheap coffee, lots of things to browse through. There are a lot of regularly stocked items nowadays at big lots, but there are still a lot of items that are only on the shelves until that stock runs out.The staff is helpful and knows basically where most items are if you ask, and for casual shopping this is a good stop before hitting up the grocery store, as there are some good deals to be had.
